I just want to say how helpful and friendly your staff was today at your store at Southhills Village especially Rachel and the girl who was working the fitting room around 12:30. Rachel did a fabulous job coordinating outfits for my daughters senior pictures. I use to be a manager in retail so I know how hard it is to find a great and you have an outstanding group of girls working today. Thanks you

My daughter was removed from the schedule permanently because she needed a COVID-19 test. They wanted her to come in to work when school sent her home. She didnt want to risk spreading virus until after test results. The talked bad about her, then removed her from schedule. High turnover rate due to the manager treating minors poorly. Sad, very sad. I like AE but not capital city mall Location, does not follow CDC guidelines.

Shopped at the Grand River location in Leeds Ala. on 12/12/19 around six p.m and was returning some jeans for my daughters Christmas gift and the employees there was GREAT!!!!! I was needing to get a certain jean in a size 4 and could not find them anywhere. While I was trying to decide on another pair a guy walked up to me and said ma’am are these them. He had walked and checked all over that store to find those jeans for me. This store needs to be applauded for their caring and courtesy to help their customer. Thank you American Eagle for making this an enjoyable shopping experience.

I have been a customer of American Eagle for many many years. Over this past couple weeks I placed a large order which got lost as it said it was delivered and i never received it. I reached out to their service center. Below is a pic of the email i received. As far as i know I have ordered so many items from them over the years and I may have had one thing lost about 2 years ago, which they replaced.for them to know say that i have a history is absurd. I will make sure i reach out to the BBB. I am still in disbelieve in their service.I will make sure I never shop from them again. There are too many stores out there to shop at a place like this.

I always shop in your stores I made an online order for three pair of short cargo shorts on Monday July 15th I called up today to check the status of my order no one could find the status they sent it in for research to find out whats happening I called back this evening no one knows where my pants are no one knows whats happening with my order they want to charge me again for another order Im disabled I dont have the money to spend but Im going away and need pants supervisor Kim does not want to do anything for me saying Im sorry does not help I need pants they say theyre going to have to charge me again you guys need to do something. How could you guys leave me with no answers this is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with please make this right I need my pants or I need knowledge of where my pants are. You guys can do better than this

My daughter works at the Napa Outlets in CA, there is a girl their who was exposed to covid and refuses to get tested and even left the San Diego store to avoid being tested because it was a requirement to go back to work. My daughter inquired with her manager on what to do because she was worried about her health and her manager reprimanded her and said it was none of her business. I called the corporate office several times they won’t call me back. The girl my daughter works with keeps calling in with fevers and in Napa if you have a fever you are supposed to wait three days before returning to work this girl keeps going right back in. My father now has become ill and I don’t know if my daughter brought it home from work and gave it to my father and no one will look into it. I don’t think this company gives a damn about anyone or anything besides their bottom line.

Love the clothes...but the website needs an up date. Like three years ago!!! Its like dial up just trying to brouse clothes. Also there chat option is the same. Some messages dont go through.

Went into store to use a student discount I had acquired. First time it didn’t work and they had no motive to help beyond trying to scan it. I called corporate to try and get it fixed and see what I can do to ensure my discount is valid and they just said they can’t find it and I should try it but if it doesn’t work then it doesn’t. And that was CORPORATE haha

I used to shop at American eagle a lot. I would get my khakis there for work, but I am no longer giving my business there anymore because of the fact they make everyone wear a mask. It’s ridiculous. I have a RIGHT to choose whether I want to wear one or not. ONLY workers should have to wear one just like any other store around!!!

I have been going back and forth over months regarding a single per of jeans not received from 2 that was order. Sadly I have invested more time then the actual cost of the item.! The Customer service I received reflects on this whole company as I have received the worse treatment rather it be in store or online! I dont get it!!! My money holds the same value as anyone elses. I strongly recommend American Eagle train their staff on cultural diversity before it hits the fan! Sad to say my in store experience was a simple return but the worse experience ever so I elected to purchase online but when items are not received and you back and forth over 2months !!!! I would expect and respect that my issue would be resolved in a timely manner, to date I have gotten no where!!!!

I ordered three items online and when I recieved them the colors were off. No big deal, I took them into the Fresno store to return them. The ladies were so confused on the process. I asked for an email receipt and they said I will receive one but I never did. I still have a balance on my American Eagle credit card. I called The credit card department and they said I didnt retrun the items. Now, I have to go back to the store, which I know they will say there is nothing they can do.....Very disappointed.

Had an extremely disappointing experience with American Eagle today. I was trying to place an order online and something was wrong with my bag and it was not letting me checkout. I chatted with Skyler C. And he/she was very short with their responses and was not making much sense or answering the question I was asking. I then called in to customer service and spoke to Debbie. Debbie was extremely rude and got an attitude with me very quickly. On top of that my question is still not answered.

Ordered an item online, selected express shipping. The order confirmation comes in and the express shipping it not on the order. I figured I may be ok with the item arriving before Christmas... Order still hasnt shipped and wont until the 18th. When I call and asked them to update the shipping as it should have been, I was told that was not possible and they can not guarantee the item will arrive before Christmas. The research team is not in on Saturday and someone may get back to me, before the item ships. Nice doucey move before Christmas.... will never order from them again...

I had an AWFUL experience in the leeds alabama store this evening. i’m always shopping in that location. although, i went in to ask about my card if i exchanged something while i’m still charged for it on my credit card and the man said i should be still charged because i bought something else after exchanging and the older man which was MANAGER told me i needed to learn my math and was extremely rude just like his everytime i’m there.

Terrible customer service and a complete joke. Order arrived missing 3 items and AE is refusing to refund/replace those items that was not sent to me on a big order of over 25 items. Worst customer service ever and will not be buying from again, lazy and lousy overall.
