Wonderful place to explore and great excercise. Its a bit of a hike back up from the bottom and not something to undertake right before you start work like we did. We got a full on workout running back to the car to make it to work on time :)

This Walmart is good. The price of banana is good but the price of their other fruits is not the best. They closes at 11 pm since pandemic instead of 24 hours now.

Walmart always has a good selection of things on Sale its truly best one stop shopping. Only problem passing up Sales I just always want to get everything

Im been coming here off and on for years. Its not close to my house but when Im in the area I stop by because they have a huge selection. The store is always clean. Staff is always friendly. Theres not a whole lot of people of Walmart lolIts just generally a great experience and I find everything I need! My mother recently moved to the area and went to a different Walmart not too far away and did not have a good experience, so I brought her here. She swears this is the only Walmart shes going to from now on!Shes in need of a handicapped cart due to surgery and they had plenty available and they were all charged and ready to go at the front of the store. Well definitely be back.

Always busy but self checkouts are usually fastest option. Kinda subpar customer service no one seems like theyre happy to be working there. Clean store good prices and decent variety of products plus the location is convenient with lots of ways in and out so youre not stuck sitting in a line of cars to get out the parking lot. Just avoid on Black Friday its a zoo that day.

Garbage customer service, purposely puts the bare minimum of human hands possible at the cash register to inconvenience customers. Took me 30 minutes to check out. Customers were visibly angry while in line and remarking about the super long lines out the door. Walmart had plenty of employees stocking and organizing shelves tho at this time.

This place is always packed and they dont have enough cashiers working. The lines are so long and most of the time I just have a few items. And the self checkout is backed up as well. Also most of the stations arent on just a couple. They should all be open in self checkout when its overcrowded at least. Another thing I wondered, do they stop everyone at the door to check receipts? Because I swear they always want to see mine! I can see if I had a big expensive item then fine make sure I payed for it. Sometimes I just have food and they still stop me to see my receipt. Its annoying!

Its your typical Walmart Supercenter. This trip, I purchased tires. I bought the tires online, but had them installed at this Walmart. While I was waiting, I did my familys grocery shopping. My wife also picked up a couple of outfits for her job. Only at a place like this Walmart Supercenter could we buy tires, groceries & clothes for work! The prices were excellent, as always & the staff was, as well. The only nit-pick that I have, is that it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone here. I had called over half a dozen times & finally, managed to have someone from jewelry dept. answer the phone & transfer me to the Automotive Dept. Otherwise, Id have given this store 5 stars.

Cashier was great!I have an issue only 4 lines open this morning.Walmart you can do better. Stop being cheap and give better incentives to work there.

This store was not stocked very well.There were only 3 cashiers, 1 of which was in self check out. The store had a good amount of people in it. There needs to be more cashiers.

Customer service line was real long but they had 3 workers so it went quickly. The guy Vin was especially efficient and timely. He was having a not so good day but he kept his manners and remained kind at all times. Vin deserves a raise!

At this Walmart, some products that I wanted were not on the stores shelves, so I will buy them instead from Walmarts website. I was able to find several other products from my shopping list. Prices were low, and the cashier did a fine job with ringing up my purchases.

July 2021 - Again long check-out lines (30 minute wait at least) Had to call corporate customer service to get the store to open more check-out lines. Store phone number just rings and rings.Why does the store have music blasting in the daytime. I am shopping not going to a rock concert.Where are all the price check terminals? Many times items are stocked in incorrect locations. Where does the customer check the price? Why is it Target can have price check terminals and Walmart cannot?How Walmart enforces the state restrictions.

Plenty of parking, the store was well stocked, I found everything I came for, check out time was fast, prices were reasonable.

This location is always busy. Expanded self checkout helps reduce wait time.

The prices that are marked on the shelves are not what is charged at the register, this has happened to me numerous times where I pick up a product and for example the price was shown as $1.97 at the shelf and when I go to the cashier the price ice rings up $2.13. I know this is not much but when I happens often and with multiple items it all adds up and it is not right to the customer.

During my last shopping trip, I saw that most of the shelves were empty. I attributed the empty shelves due to the pandemic. Even though Walmart has recently started using self checkout has created longer lines and congestion. Once I used the self checkout, I found that the line can move quickly. Definitely not the same now but I hope that Walmart will recover.

This was a very organized and clean store. The store was not very crowded and everyone was wearing a mask.

I absolutely love this WalMart. They always have what I need at a very good price. I just wish the cashiers were faster and there were more people on the floor to help me find to things.

This location does not answer their phone for anyone. Also, good luck picking up express orders. Ive sat in the express pickup spot for as long as an hour before. And when I pulled up to the other pickup spots, I was told to go back to express, because I wasnt supposed to be there.

Well organized and well stocked compared to other local Walmarts.

Store SUCKS. Customer service desk is a 20 minute/10 person wait no matter when you go and I’m not exaggerating.Then after waiting 20 minutes you have to deal with the women who work up here who are rude c*nts.Probably one of the worst Walmarts in the city next to north Versailles and west mifflin.Didn’t always used to be that way. Shame.

It’s Walmart the store that has more stuff then you should ever need and if you can’t find it here go to Amazon. Unfortunately the bathrooms are disgusting. I had to clean off the toilet before I could even use it.

Shelves are generally well-stocked. Its clean or quickly cleaned where it isnt.Almost everyone here is fantastic. I do, however, go out of my way to avoid dealing with Shari. I have never had a good experience with her.

Dont go there as much as I used to but the employees are all pretty nice. Usually helpful but not pushy. Polite and mannerly. Qualities you like to be around.

I have always enjoyed shopping at this Walmart. No temperature checks to get and I noticed most people were wearing their masks. I love the self-checkout. It makes my shopping experience more bearable.

They usually are understaffed so if you need something locked in a case youre going to have a problem. Its reasonably clean and stocked.

Went to get those 60$ Soresto flea collars. There was an associate in the isle so I thought it was my lucky day as the collars are locked up. I asked him to unlock it for me and he didnt have a key. Ok fine. I look for a call button and there isnt one. So I ask the associate if he can call for someone. He says he doesnt have a radio and walks away. I assumed he was getting someone to help. A few minutes later I find him a few aisles over and asked if someone was coming. He again informed me he had no radio and Im like well dude theres no button how do I get someone. He replies, I dont know, customer service maybe. So I stand in front of the collars and call the store from my cell. The lady that answers says she will try to get someone over. I hear the call over the intercom. Some time later still no one shows up. I finally find 3 different associates who are just as clueless. I wound up going to another store.

Subpar customer service within the store, it would be nice if they would open more check out lanes instead of just trying to expect everyone to use self check out. Its Walmart though, nothing fancy

Poorly stocked, empty shelves throughout the store. Very disorganized. Deli closes at 4 PM due to having no help. An all around disappointment... PS, Our checkout person never greeted us, never spoke to us, never thanked us... This location is going down hill fast!

Walmart is notorious for only having 1 or 2 of their registers open forcing customers to use self check out..acting like self check is always so busy and people must love it..NOT SO..numerous customers complaing about this..Walmart wake up and provide the customer service experience you show on your televised commercials Ive yet to see it. Also on walmart.com they have advertised prices that once you put the bargain price in your cart they can no longer fulfill the order and blame the 3rd party vendor. Walmart youre raking in the money..you can afford to offer a better experience to your customers and employees..shame on you~!

I like this store, except pet supplies are located in left field. My deli lady, on the senior side always cuts my ham paper thin,the way I like it. I appreciate the attention to detail. Many thanks!

I find it pretty easy to shop around in, things are usually well organized and easy to find, just really dislike their produce.. I would go somewhere else and you would probably be able to find a lot better quality with around the same price.

We went and got everything we needed. Unfortunately we stood in line for more then 40 minutes and we were the forth person in line. He did not wear a badge to give a name but he was very slow and only bagged one item per bag. There was only 6 registers open.

So the wife decided to do a run to the Walmart supercenter at 8:30 PM, the place is buzzing with shelf filling, so no difficulty in finding help if you need it, unless you need someone with keys to open a locked case. That being said, busy staff are only to pleased to help, the place is clean, for once a pleasurable trip to the Mart

Thai Walmart is one of the largest in the area. They have many items in a good variety.I think we all have similar views on Walmart. They are large and well priced. They do what they can with the staff for assistance and store upkeep. We all occasionally have worse experiences and at other times we have above average experiences.So the reason for only 4 stars is that they are missing that something extra.For example, biodegradable grocery bags at the registers.A powerhouse company like this can do something better.

Cashier overcharged us and had to wait in the customer service line to be reimbursed and she was very rude, cold, and ignorant. After spending 3 hours there and $300, you would think she could be nice, or at least smile!!! She was at the customer service desk...wasnt upset about the overcharge at all and we were VERY polite to her! Ridiculous!

The Walmart in Robinson township is the saddest excuse of a Walmart I have ever seen. They have disabled employees outside pushing carts with no cart machine, they never have their shelves stocked with merchandise, the prices are never accurate and on top of all that... They would not allow me to carry a pack of socks to the register. They had to escort me to the front for a pack of $10 socks because they were fearful I was going to steal them. I will never again shop at this Walmart. I would rather pay double and go somewhere else. The management staff should be ashamed of themselves!

Some things are now in locked enclosures. Pharmacist has the key, but not there until 9 am. Wasted trip.

We were just there and when we were walking in my boyfriend didnt have a mask so the guy stopped him and told he couldnt go in the building without one and usually when we go there they have you go to customer service to get one but I guess thats not an option anymore. And another thing was we were there yesterday too and another guy sitting there wasnt wearing the shield right and the way you should be wearing it is over your face not not using it as a hat for sun protection. And I know how it is to work through this but dont be rude about it .

NOT ONE SINGLE CAHIER WAS CHECKING CUSTOMERS OUT BECAUSE NOT ONE SINGLE LINE WAS OPEN. ONLY THE SELF CHECKOUT WAS AVAILABLE AT 7:30PM ON A MONDAY. CARSON, THE YOUNG MAN AT THE SELF CHECKOUT WAS ON HIS PHONE! DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK HERE. WEST MIFFLIN HAS ITS ISSUES BUT AT LEAST IT HAS CASHIERS.

I am finding less & less of stock on the shelves, I find, especially in the frozen dinner selections (Im handicapped) and I rely more & more on these frozen meals. The selection is becoming scarce. If you go shopping in the evenings, only 1 cashier open isle both self checker sections are open, but lines are longish.

Does not know what the words customer service means. The manager Mike will blindly support anything his people do or say no matter what it is. They will even lie and say that you cuss them to try to make you the aggressor in a situation. According to Mike Walmart never makes mistakes and it is the customer that is wrong. He also as not able to read his own receipts. Filed a complaint with customer service about the lack of respect, I was supposed to get a call back from the store....over a week still waiting. All this store cares about is getting your money. Nothing else.

The worker by the doors was hard to get an answer from as to where electronics was but the gentleman working in electronics was speedy and knowledgeable. Selection was decent.

Like all Wal-Mart stores, the prices and selection is great. This store, though, has very friendly and helpful staff. When I couldnt find an item, the person I asked for help walked with me to the isle and helped me find the item I was looking for.

This West Mifflin Walmart is where I worked over ten years and unloaded trucks and worked overnight a night owl and I worked four other Walmarts.

Considering Walmart was open 24 hours until the unfortunate pandemic, I am shocked how closing at 11pm makes some employees think they will turn into a pumpkin after 11!!! I respect the fact that people want to go home but when i am locked INSIDE of the store at 11:06 to prevent one more person from walking in I often wonder if the way we lived prior to Covid will ever exist again.

We went there to take passport size photo. Attitude of the supervisor is horrible.

The lady at self-checkout working seem too busy in her own mind to help with a question then didnt know how to separate my food and non-perishables. Luckily the manager was awesome understood you needed the train the old dog a new trick

They shut down ALL the check out lanes at once forcing everyone to use the self checkout. One employee commented get used to it as next year you will have to do it any how. I spoke to a supervisor and he said due to automated scheduling, which he didnt like, created this issue. I didnt go to Walmart and spend the amount that I did to be forced to have to self checkout. If they are that short sighted on a Saturday night then then need to re-examine their staffing needs for their customers.

Amazing supermarket, low-cost items and food items ever seen in Pittsburgh. Accessible area with all means of transports. I really appreciate and enjoy being in this amazing supermarket.

Have you ever been to a Walmart supercenter? Close your eyes and imagine being surrounded by a million fluorescent lights and 600 different types of junk food and paper towels. Add some obese guys in tank tops and self dread at low low prices and you got it.

This Walmart never has registers open. And it makes you self check out but they are good about stocking lysol and other sanitizing products.

Hello! I have been to this location many times and have always had a great experience! Its worth the drive and in my opinion the location is awesome! Winding road going up a mountain a fort like structure in the woods yes! The employees i have incountered have always been friendly and helpful 🙂 the place is very well stocked and super clean! My experience yesterday was a bit upsetting. I feel like, if you are going to lock up the powdered milk like its an electronic, you all need to have someone readily available to open the case for a person who needs it. I pushed the call button so many times and was passed by a good few walmart associates. Not to mention the 3 associates that looked at me time and time again while I stood at the milk case for about 15 minutes. I guess the one lady got tired of looking at me, and decided to come and ask me if I needed anything from the case. What led you to believe that? The frustrated look on my face, or the fact that Ive been standing here for 15 minutes and we have made eye contact more than once? I understand that you are busy, but to be passed up and to be looked up and down like Im an inconvenience is not cool. I hope Im not being a karen, but the associates didnt give me the time of day.

They dont seem to have as much as other super centers Ive been to. In fact, I go to a smaller one closer to home more often because of them having more.

Hit and miss on things you are looking for all and all not bad

I havent been out of the house for many weeks due to the pandemic. When I went to Walmart I was like a kid in a candy store looking at things for the first time. The best thing that happened was that after many many months I was able to finally get my gas burner insets which were always out of stock when I went to the store. The fact that I went to the Robinson store may have made a difference because I have never been at that location. Would I go back there?? thats a definite yes.

Can somebody please tell me why Walmart associates feel the need to announce that the store is closing for the last 3 hours that the store is closing . Every 15 minutes then the last hour every 10 minutes. I mean thats probably an exaggeration. But its damn near close. It makes your whole shopping experience horrible. I thought maybe I just had bad luck that one time. But I went back a few times after that and it was still the same. not only that but then they threaten that if you dont have all your stuff up there by a quarter to 11:00 that youll have to come back another time and purchase it. Thats not cool. Seriously Walmart this isnt the only store that does this. How are you letting your customers be treated this way.

Had a pretty long list of groceries when I went and was able to get everything except sliced pickles, which they had not restocked yet.

Quick in and out for Christmas tubs. A CSR woman went above and beyond to find lids for the solid red storage containers on sale. She needs rewarded with an all paid vacation week. She was recently married, and deserves a blessing. Kindness goes a long way!
