This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. the MANAGER messed up my transaction and gave me the wrong change back. when i go back in line she refuses to give me the correct change back.

The only time this store opens on time is when the female staff opens the store!

Ive been coming to this store for the last 6 years. I always stop for essentials, and I always loved the staff. Since its so close to home, it was like family. Everyone loved me and my chihuahua. In desperate times, Ill get coffee there. I add sugar & cream to my huge coffee after I get home, so I was putting packets in my backpack to take with me. I was told by the newer male manager (and his sidekick on her high horse) that I wasnt allowed to do that. I told him where he could stick this coffee. He made me leave. This new manager then made sure I was never allowed to come in ever again. The owner is obviously a hag that pretends to be your friend & like you and your dog. Oh...and they NEVER have change. They couldnt give me change for a 20 on several occasions. There is another Cogos right up the street on Bailey. I go there or Taste Buds. So much better.

Terribly slow service and unfriendly workers. 4 employees behind the counter and only 1 person could ring people up while the line grew. And they were rude on top of it.

Avoid any food. They are overpriced and staff has been rude. My opinion
