Ulta is one of the best cosmetics stores it’s all cosmetics, hair supplies and perfume and cologne it’s a girls ones stop shop for everything you could possibly need! The makeup selection is out of this world! And they always have something on sale. They have a great rewards program! And even more perks when you become a credit card member💜

Logan was the most wonderful help to me. She was so kind and found me everything i needed.

I’ve never used curbside pickup before, but today I used it because my mother has recently fallen ill and I don’t want to compromise her. I placed a curbside order for two products and showed up over two hours later, after seeing online they weren’t even moderately busy all day. They did not supply any instructions on how to use curbside or how the process works so I tried to navigate it myself. I went when I did because I had a final to take online shortly and didn’t expect curbside to take more than a few hours. I called and said I had arrived, they said on the phone we’ll be right out with your order. Shortly after a worker comes to my window with horrible attitude, expressing that I should not be there without a confirmation email. Again, I’ve never used curbside before so I wasn’t aware, she cut me off before I could apologize and say it was my first time. Continued to give me horrible attitude saying she doesn’t know what to tell me and I’m gonna have to wait. I’ve never in my life experienced that type of attitude from any worker at any type of establishment. I’ve worked in retail for 4 years and have never given any customer an attitude even when they gave me every reason to give attitude. I’ve never even left a bad review for a place, that’s how horrible this worker made me feel. I’m never one to complain, but with the new procedures going on and all the stress in the world, I don’t think it’s hard to just be kind to people because you never know what someone’s dealing with. I will definitely never return to this location, and suggest to anyone to go to an Ulta with more friendly and mannered staff. You should never talk down to a customer, and if you can’t be nice, get a new career.

Went in for a brow service after never setting foot in one of your stores before. The store has a very cluttered layout, and it’s not obvious where you need to go if you’re doing anything other than shopping. After looking around for 5 minutes without assistance, I asked the salon stylist because everyone else that worked there just walked past me. When I found where I needed to go and was standing there waiting (no one around) finally I got a raised eyebrow from one employee and a “can I HELP you?”, and then she turned her back on me and looked for my appointment, mentioning to her coworker that I was late. Yes, because I was looking for where to go for 10 minutes and couldn’t find help! I have never felt so unwelcome in any retail store. I always teach my own employees to be friendly and available - this clearly is not the case at this store, as yours were neither. Definitely will take my beauty needs (and money) elsewhere, where I don’t feel like a bother.

The staff was kind and very helpful finding a product for my daughters skin.

A big shout out to Dara at the Salon at the Settlers Ridge location. I have been one of her many satisfied clients for well over five years. I walked into this location after being butchered at a nearby SuperCuts, and the rest is history. Her cuts are of the highest quality, her color techniques (gray blending) are unmatched and her recommendations and advice on styling is unparalleled. Need a good stylist? She is the one!

Customer service was completely non-existant. We spent over 30 minutes looking for products while the staff just stood behind the counter and talked about personal issues while completely ignoring us without so much as a hello.Normally I would ignore this and go on with life but ther are literally signs everywhere asking you not to touch anything due to covid.So to sum it up, we couldnt find what we were looking for, staff was useless, and we wasted our time at settlers ridge Ulta. We will not likely return to this location. Other Ultas are not guilty of these infractions so please dont apply this review to them.

With all the girls working only 1 was ACTUALLY working and that was the girl with the green highlights in her hair. She was awesome. The others were way too busy socializing and gossiping to help me with my pick up order. The petite girl working the makeup counter was VERY VERY RUDE. Will NOT return here.

I wish there is zero. I purchased an online item and it was damaged. I really want this item and it wasn’t available at the store. I had to order it and pay for the shipping fee. I want it before 17th of Dec. so I ordered it on 2nd of Dec. to be sure I received it before this date, then I received it on 11th of Dec. but BROKEN!!. I called The customer service so they can help me replace it with a new one before that date. They were unhelpful and they do nothing for me. It is not my fault to get it leaking and all over the package. I will never order online from Ulta. I don’t recommend it all. Bad customer service.

Since moving to the area, I’ve struggled to find a good hair stylist. On a whim, I made an appointment at the Ulta salon, and they were able to get me booked for an appointment with only two hours’ notice. Sarah, my stylist, was friendly and skilled, and gave me just the refresher I needed, while being attentive to my curly/wavy hair needs. I will definitely be back!

This is my hometown Ulta Beatuy. Always in this store. The staff is always, always so friendly and helpful. When I ask for recommended products, its awesome because they will recommend the higher end makeup or the drugstore- so they reach all price ranges. I spend a lot of time and a lot of money in here but, it has always been a good experience. Ive never had an issue returning makeup I did not like (due to it being the wrong shade/color/or just didnt work) and when products were out of stock I ordered online directly in store.

First time I was ever at an Ulta and I wasnt blown away. Its nice, but nothing amazing. I do like how they have a hair products section! However its not a huge selection of youre looking for extensions. The people working there were amazing - very helpful & kind. Ulta just didnt have what I was looking for.

The online salon booking system is easy to use. It gives an estimate of the price as well as the length of time. The salon staff at Robinson is AMAZING! All of the ladies are friendly, helpful and professional. From Carrie at the desk to the stylists Jillian and Lindsey, it feels like we are old friends and every experience is a good one. All of the services Ive received have exceeded my expectations for quality and price. I would HIGHLY recommend the salon at Ulta in Robinson to anyone.

The prices and deals at Ulta are great. This is a great place to check in at the holidays because they have a ton of cute holiday-themed packaged goodies. I do find the staff to be a little intimidating at times but that might be what theyre going for. Its not often I have someone ask if I need help and Im too afraid to ask. However the great selection and deals are what keep me coming back!

Im a middle-aged person who didnt learn to do makeup when I was young, so Ive decided to teach myself recently. My visit to Ulta was lovely. I half-expected to be judged for my inexperience, but everyone was so supportive and sweet. I got a few things, and Ill certainly be back.

Their version of “professional make-up” artists is extremely (and disappointingly) comical. They put me with this guy (who was honestly very sweet, so I won’t mention his name), who just had no idea what he was doing. I spray tanned so they forewarned me they didn’t want to use any foundation, but I literally had to tell the guy step by step what to do. He was going to try to get away with just doing only one color eye-shadow, he forgot mascara, he needed my help to put the false-eyelashes on (he wanted me to settle for them half on half off), and literally didn’t even use concealer. When he did the blush he barely pressed the brush against my face and hardly put any on. I had to get up and look in the mirror every ten seconds bc he wanted to make sure I liked what he was doing (why there was no hand held mirror available in a beauty store was beyond me). Finally after awhile I just wanted to get the heck out of there bc it was taking forever every step of the way. Worst $45 I ever spent. I called customer service a month ago and they were supposed to call me back in a “couple days” but that hasn’t happened. Staff was friendly, but at the end of the day, I care about the service. Or lack thereof.

I went to Dawn there for the brow bar to have my eyebrows waxed and filled in and she did an amazing job. I was skeptical after reading a poor review and since I had just moved to the area but she did wonderful. I had been working on my brows with another girl for some time now and she was able to pick up right where she left off. My go to place for my brows now!

Staff is very nice. I went to have partial highlights and came out good, but the blow dry was really bad. I had to blow dry it again when I got home. They don’t know how to blow dry curly hair.

They had what I needed but being a regular customer I would think that the scowls and nasty looks could stop. Nope. I assume its because Im a man but I dont know. One employee even called me boring because of the make-up I bought. This is the same woman who insisted that men dont wear make up to my roomate (also a man). They stare you down while youre shopping and act bothered when you ask for assistance. A little research shows that they rarely hire men. I think from now on Ill pay a little extra and go to Sephora. They hire men, gay people, and women alike. They dont discriminate and theyre willing to actually help me. They make me feel like Im wanted there. I think Ill skip Ulta all together from now on.

The selection of merchandise is great, nicely organized. The cashier was friendly. But they werent enough cashiers thats why I had to wait. They need to raise the wages of their employees and add more cashiers because this store is proximate to the city of Pittsburgh, and theres retail stores everywhere in Allegheny County.

Friendly staff, available for help if needed. They let me shop around and didnt bug me with questions on how I was doing or if I needed help. Checkout line is always quick. No complaints here.

Overall it is a nice store, has a lot of availability and cashiers are very nice. But the floor workers are unhelpful and not friendly. I have been in this store probably 5 times within the last 2 months and each time I have asked for help or recommendations they dont offer any. They point me in a direction and say that is where you can find it. I expect Ulta workers to give me advice and color match me to a foundation if I ask. Instead I got color matched by a clinique technician that was at the store. She was very helpful and friendly.

Ann at the Ulta Beaty Salon in Robinson is fantastic! I have naturally curly hair and she is a master at blowing it out and giving me sleek, straight hair. Just love her! For anyone looking for a great stylist that can work with curly hair, Ann is your girl!

This store is every girls dream! A hair/skin/nail superstore with a salon & Benefit Brow Bar inside! The prices can be higher than elsewhere, but its exciting to go and look around. They sell both high end and drug store brands.

I had Donna as my brow tech over all 1 star experience. She did not shape my eyebrows and just slapped dye on them. One brow was squared and the other was rounded with the dye, and it was also all over my eyelids. When she removed it my eyebrows were uneven and blotchy. I had to get them fixed right after somewhere else. Will not be returning.

There are a lot of options in this store which can make me feel overwhelmed, especially since I know nothing about makeup. The prices are exorbitant, I feel like I can buy 85% of the same product at WalMart, or Walgreens for waaaayyyy cheaper. The sales staff is only helpful when you get to the register with a basket of merchandise. O, and open and examine products before you buy them because Ulta cleans up and resells returned merchandise.

Love this place!! Employees are always FABULOUS, very helpful and go out of their way to find a product that you need.

This is the worst Ulta I have ever been to! No one asked if I needed any help and all of the employees (besides the one at the register) were standing and talking. It was very difficult to find someone who could help me find what I was looking for. Usually I find Ultas amazing but I don’t think I’ll be returning to this one.

I waited a week before writing a review because I wanted to be “clear minded” before posting. With that being said, I’m new to the area and needed my hair colored. Nothing fancy, I was already a natural blonde who just wanted a “splash” of summer. So I looked around online, found Ulta Salon which had good reviews, I called and booked an apt for a full head of highlights with a trim. Simple right? ... I arrive at my apt, showed the hairdresser a few pictures, she assured me she could achieve the picture and gave me reassurance that she has 15 years of experience on the job, I told her perfect! Do what you need to achieve the picture. Next thing I know she is darkening my roots, bleaching the middle of my hair, not using foils at all!! I ask her what technique she is using and she tells me she is winging it .... I give her the benefit of the doubt and just wait. Three hours in and it’s Time to wash my hair, as she is washing my hair, she is starting to stutter and tells me to wait and she is going to do more, so I wait at the skink, no mirror, not knowing what is going on, she returns and she tells me she is going to give me a bleach bath with purple shampoo and toner. Now I am not a hairdresser by any means but this I know isn’t good for your hair. Another stylist comes up and questions what she is doing, she tells the other stylist to not tell anyone. At this moment I realize while my head is under the water that this cannot be good! She drys my hair, we walk back over to the chair and I finally see my hair... I have brown, orange and white hair. All I could say is “I have orange hair”, stylists responds “it’s not orange it’s warmth” . At this time it is now closing, the stylist try’s to get me to leave and tells me I can come back in four weeks for a second apt! I told her I cannot leave here with orange hair. She tells me “well we are closed so you can come back tomorrow morning and someone else can fix your hair”, trying not to cry I tell her again I can’t leave with orange hair and she has to fix it. I ask her if she can just put me back to my orig color, she says yes it will only take me 20 mins. Again I’m skeptical but what else can I do? She uses one color over my whole head! Yes you read that right! The same color over three different colors! Color is in, waited for processing, now washing time. While my head is in the sink and she finishes washing. She says “ please don’t freak out, don’t freak out”. Now the time is an hour and half after closing. And if someone tells me not to freak out, I just know it’s bad. We get you the chair and I see my hair, it’s BLUE GREEN GREY BROWN. yeah.. my hair looks like it is Chlorine damaged. The stylist is again getting rude and aggravated and I’m just trying not to cry!Also. I called the salon on Monday ( the next day) asking to speak to a manager, informed the manager of my concerns and she wasn’t pleasant and told me I would need to come in that day before 5 to be assessed to see if they can even fix it or not. I informed her I don’t get off until 5 so that won’t work for me and her response to that was basically “to bad” ...This is just the shortened cliff notes for the sake of this getting any longer!Suggestions to Ulta Salon: salon workers should have a dress code or uniform, most unprofessional attire I’ve ever seen in an establishment. & Management on shift to overlook style and colors can intercept issues like this.Moral of the story: Worst service ever, stylists don’t know what they are doing at all! I would never recommend Ulta Salon to anyone.

Got my eyebrow butchered at the Brow Bar. I do not suggest going here for brows. Especially when they dont even ask how you want them and then dont even get all the hair that needed cleaning. (Note: Ive been getting waxed for 6 years, I know how long my hair needs to be for cleaning, and it wouldve come out if I had gone elsewhere).

I think the overall experience at this store is better than what other reviewers posted. Ive only encountered friendly sales staff. I actually like that they dont hound me and follow me around. Im a Sephora fan too, of course, but I like coming to this store because I can actually walk around. Pretty much every Sephora is so cramped.

I swear every time I go into this Ulta it is always a bad experience... Staff is rude, especially the girls in the clinique section, and beyond incompetent .. I have been buying the same soap from that ulta for the past year. She acted like they have never carried it. She was too busy talking to her friend and did not want to help me. I will never be back. Just rude girls... I will be contacting the corporate office.

I only shop here because of Rebecca, shes very helpful and most employees should learn from her...Im so glad the ppl at Ulta finally start hiring ppl like her. As a woman of color I usually cringe going into this store because of my past experience nobody wanted to help me the list goes on but Anyways, i walked into Ulta i came there to find the Clinique beyond perfecting foundation,Rebecca approach me and ask if she could help me, I was impressed she helped me find my match, we did some shade swatches she asked me questions I didnt think to ask myself, she took her time and before u knew it I made a purchase found my match, she was very pleasant, the following weeks I came back in and my girl was working, she helped me find the concealer match I was looking for spot on, you go girl! Made another purchase and went home happy...thanks Rebecca in the Clinique section!

I work near this Ulta so I stop on my way home if I need anything. I have never had any issues with rude or inattentive staff and I have been shopping here since it first opened. I like how open the store is compared to Sephora, their shelves are squished so close together. Its always clean inside the store and the shelves are always stocked.

There very helpful handling the exchange on our cosmetic.

I am a woman of color I didnt appreciate the 1 employee at the checkout being dishonest with me the SHADE I wanted was a test but didnt know becuz of the packaging she said this is a tester let me grab you the real one....but INSTEAD of saying sorry we are out of this shade let me check the back or can i help you find something else INSTEAD she went to where the foundation was and she GAVE me the shade color that was way off my skin color instead you could of givin me the next shade up but no she went 4x darker and ASSUMED I was the darkest shade to me that was so rude, i felt like bcuz i was black that i was automatically the darkest shade in her eyes, I looked in my bag seen the shade she got me, had to turn around go back get a refund and then she says ILL CHECK IN THE BACK TO C IF WE HAVE THIS SHADE U should of been did that b4 I made a purchase bcuz I would of left happy that u did your job and tried to help me and I wouldnt waste my time writing a review!

As a man who likes to take care of his hair, skin, etc. with more premium products than you find at Wal-Mart or the big box pharmacies, this is where I go. Its not just for females- there is a large section of mens products, and of course shampoo doesnt care if your man or a woman.

I go here all the time...the sales people are really nice and know the store really well! I just love this place...parking is annoying tho :(

I use to go here all the time. Not anymore. I would use the store coupon and manufacturers coupons to be able to afford premium hair care products. Recently a new male manager told me he couldnt take my manufacturers coupon with the store coupon. Ive done this at multiple stores before including ulta with no issues until now. I emailed customer service and received a very vague reply with poor grammer. Only one coupon per purchase. So by that logic, if I got two items and had manufacturers coupons for each, I could only use one? O.o Went back for more and showed the girls my receipt and coupons. They said it should not have been an issue. They fixed it for me and apologized. The girls are nice but I dont like the new male manager. I wont be going back because of him. Ill be going to sallys now.

This store is in serious need of some new help! The customer service is soo rude an judgemental. The lady who waited on me didnt acknowledge me until I said hello. She couldnt bother to even look at me as I came to the counter to be checked out. She did however managed to give me some serious eye rolls. I guess i interruppted her time on her phone.
