Employees here have always been friendly at this location. I had to come in this past sunday with some questions and concerns. Tom helped me out..clarified everything and was very personable and helpful. Thank you!

We had a very complicated series of issues, and Duane was fantastic. He was patient and very helpful, and we got everything we needed to do done! We had made an appointment, and the store got very busy, but James the manager was working hard to keep the line moving with grace and humor, and Duane never made us feel rushed or like we were being an inconvenience. I would certainly go back to this store, and I will be looking for Duane!

So there was a worker named Abdul-AWESOME! He was on point with time he was on point with the services I mean I was having a rough day and he made it better!!! THEN a worker named Tom was hilarious!!! He had me laughing the whole time! Went out of his way to take care of what I needed! Normally I DREAD going into these types of places because theres always an issue but when I tell you they took care of me-I am ready to switch EVERYTHING to xfinity, cable, security, cellphone and EVERYTHING if that means customer service will go thru them!!!

If ever you have any Xfinity problem GO! to this store!! Definitely! Not on line! From professional, excellent knowledge of what and how to solve your problem,or upgrade or compatibility the tecs that I observed, easily communicated with each other to assist a customer, if the problem proceeded to more complicated. Great Team! They communicate and seem to comprehend simple, non Tec language and clearly explain needs to do to get you up and running again!!

I got a new phone and needed to switch the phone in the system. Xfinity chat told me it would be much easier if I just went to a store. This store told me they could not do it and I had to go to a tier 3 store. Whats the point of a store if it cant do a simple task .

The company makes a big mistake, which I tried to avoid by coming to the store Monday. I was told if the mistake happens just come back and well fix it for you. Well thats not the case and I was accused of trying to make someone lose their job

I had to go two different days with my elderly parents and we had the good fortune of interacting with Mariah. She went above and beyond in her capacity as a representative for Xfinity. She was patient, kind and ever so compassionate towards us. She helped us problem solve a sticky situation and put two very anti-technology folks at ease. She deserves employee of the year!

My dad had contacted the automated system and was eventually in touch with a human. He was told all recordings were saved to cloud and thered be no problem retrieving them. Not what we were told at the Fox Chapel office. Horrible experience .

I had a horrible experience with the worker Alayah. She shut off my service because I had a change of address ONE YEAR AGO and then refused to fix it. I had to call the main costumer service phone number and wait on hold for an hour for them to fix it. This store is incompetent!!!
