I had a the fastest, easiest phone experience of my life at the T-Mobile. Thank you, Richard! I was adjusting my phone onto my family plan moving from AT&T to T-Mobile, and I was in and out in minutes.

Got my last two Samsungs from here but wont be back. Super pushy sales attempting to tell me the s21 is above the note when I went in knowing what I wanted. Nobody uses the stylus the fact that the sales rep things its simple a stylus says a lot. Samsung retained spen functionality on the s21 ultra for a reason. Maybe your sales reps need retrained.....
I bought my first iPhone today and my team member Ana was AMAZING!!!!!!! She helped me out, read my agreement with me, and she even helped me map out my payment so that I know exactly what Im paying. Highly recommend!!!

This t-mobile in East Liberty in Pittsburgh is a corporate store and Ive been here roughly ten times over a seven year period and every time Ive had tremendous customer service. One of the reasons I stay with t-mobile is this store and the people who run it. I always leave there thinking other establishments could learn so much by watching and listening there folks.
Fast friendly efficient
This is my preferred cellular service and they offer a lot of incentives to customers who has been with them the longest but the gentlemen who helped me at this location was more interested in talking to me and my girlfriend than properly helping me and he talked me into these lense protectors for my camera that he did not put on correctly because they slipped off within 24 hours and he also misinformed me that they had a lifetime warranty that came with them which they do not so when I went to get new ones I had to pay all over again and I was not very happy about that situation
Outstanding prompt service in an extremely busy location and the manager Brennin is as great as they come.

Stopped in this location today after work. Tuan helped me. He was wonderful. Didn’t mind that my phone transfer took like an hour. Managed to wait on other customers as well. He definitely kept the flow of the store going. Great personality, cared about the customers needs. Will for sure be returning to this store.
My new T-Mobile service does seem to be faster than my former Sprint service but the transfer from Sprint to t-mobile was difficult maybe it was because it involved business account but I had to make 4 trips back to get it accomplished

This is my usual T-Mobile Store..and they are usually very cool and easy to work with also very good with helping me because Im not a tech person.Coolest thing tonight was tonight, I had to pay my bill at the store because my credit card was stolen and the girl that helped me remembered me. Ive not been there probably since last winter and no one remembers you in retail anymore unless you are crazy(Im not ) lol. So that was awesome and says a lot about the people who work there and maybe T Mobile as a company since Ive normally had great experiences at their stores and the workers are always happy and friendly.

Great location and very nice store. Great product selection. However the store manager, Adam, could use an attitude adjustment. Normally T-mobile reps are extremely helpful and very nice and polite. He however was the complete opposite. After having another sales rep help us everything went smoothly and worked out. Id still highly recommend T-mobile to anyone that is interested. Maybe just try a different location. The McKnight road location is my favorite.
Went in for a new line. Got charged for the Sim card (ok) and a $20 support fee (not ok) for a 5 minute interaction. Be aware of the secret fees.
Great service. Staff was very helpful selecting a plan for me. I also happened to get the Nexus 6 when it was mostly out of stock everywhere. Apparently it was the last one in warehouse. The staff was able to make sure I got it for me. I was very happy with the service and new phone.
This is a corporate-owned store. The employees have always been helpful and knowledgeable, and are always great at getting me in and out in a hurry. One of the few stores Ill always visit.
They have a stable staff who have been there for a long time. Very friendly and they also know what they are doing! I really appreciate having them as my support location for T-Mobile. From technical support, to billing matters, and new technology, they area great store and group of people.
Always a great experience! Longstanding staff. In an industry with a notoriously high turnover rate they have been able to keep an amazing staff. In my opinion this speaks volumes about the managment and the T-Mobile culture in general. I highly recommend this location.

T-Mobile has great customer support and one of the best call centers around. That said, this store is THE WORST. I tried to move a plan from pay-as-you-go to their Simple Choice plan, and the manager would not reimburse me for the full amount already credited to the line. He only offered me $20 credit to my plan, less than half what was credited. Only until I threatened to walk away from the deal did he finally budge. However, he said he would not reimburse me until after 2 weeks - the time it takes to return your plan. Sounds fishy, right? Thats what I thought. So I called T-Mobiles costumer support center and explained my situation. They apologized, said that a credit could be applied ANYTIME, and gave me the full amount. Also, I learned that there was no activation fee - which this store had me pay. All in all, my trip to this store almost cost me $100. Dont go here. Call in.
I love there service and everything they did for me when I purchase a new iPhone 6s plus.. I just wish if u pay a certain amount of money with them they should give you 1/2 off of something in the store .. but other than that I like them so far

Unable to receive text messages in the Point Breeze/ Shadyside area of Pittsburgh- Once Again. Some type of outage. May not be able to receive texts until next week according to TMobile employee at TMobile store Eastside. Seriously considering changing cell phone provider. This keeps happening.

I have been a T-Mobile customer for 8 months. I just purchased a new I-Phone 5 from the Shadyside location. Had a 100% great experience with Jen H. Super quick service, transferred all of my contacts, photos ect into my new phone. The store is clean and organized.
