I used to hate going into this store but the store has turned around ever since the new girl Nikki has started to work there and the manager tony I think his name is. But the girl has been nothing but pleasant very knowledgeable was not pushy and was able to help with all of my needs I highly recommend that going into Metro on East Ohio Street you look for the girl named Nikki or Nicole same person

I was just there on Friday and even though the white there was by himself and extremely busy he helped me in a kind professional manner. He gave me options after I broke my phone. Every time I go here its busy which tells me people prefer this store. So I dont know what these others have seen but thanks for the awesome service. Id give a 10 if I could.

If you go in here. Go to Jim he is the best. He helped me get a great phone! A fresh new case and his customer service was awesome!!! The girl was nice too!... This place is where I will come from now on. I live in Tarentum and came all the way there to get treated like the great customer I am to Metro. I recommend this site for all. Be careful going into this phone store!!! There is a white guy with a lump on his face that rips people off especially if your paying with cash. He will tell you that something costs way more then it does so he can pocket the money. Go to the one on federal st where they are honest.

Omg I walked in and had such nice service and even when I had an issue.. the young man went above and beyond. Way better than Federal St

There another metro on 1202 Federal St the business there is more honest and the customer service is better I went to both and compared prices federal st store cheaper

THE WHITE DUDE WITH THE LUMP IN HIS FACE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND A RIP OFF. HE TOOK MY FIANCE CASH WITH OUT SEEING THAT I PAID THE BILL TEN MINUTES PRIOR ON MY CARD. TOOK CASH AND NEVER PULLED UP MY ACCOUNT. THEN DIDNT GIVE A REFUND. HE IS THE WORST IVE SEEN YET. WOW IM DISAPPOINTED IN METRO

My girl switched from cricket to metro she has had no phone for 4 days this is ridiculous and the gave her a different phone than what they gave her at first and it is an older model with less options like she Wouldnt notice

I used to like this Metro store but not any more. Phones are extremely outdated. The Male working there only complained that his coworker called off for no reason and when he called off he got in trouble for it. He didnt seem like he knew what he was doing he was also eating while on the job and talking with his mouth full

Very nice phone campany, but their headphones are very expensive

Came here and the guy running the store with the lump on his face starts cursing that he makes no money off of people paying bills all day! He walked out of the store with 3 others in the store waiting to pay! He said he was going to the bank. Ill never go to this metro location again!!
