I purchased 2 phones for myself from here. When I came here recently, one of the employees was very helpful and patient! I wasn’t sure how to do much of what he was explaining, but he kept calm and patient and explained it in a very simple way! It did take a while, and the store was packed, but I do prefer going here than any other place. The phone cases were $50, which is outrageous. My phone screen protected was placed on perfectly and it’s very durable! I would recommend coming here.
Dear Apple,If I bring my computer in to be repaired, I am in turn giving you permission to repair it. You dont need to ask me on a separate day at a separate time for approval obviously it isnt working and I obviously need it repaired. So you can obviously send it out to be repaired. Brought mine in 2 weeks ago for repair, and you didnt repair it because apparently I didnt give approval??? Please explain your company logic.
Busy location. It’s best to have an appointment. I waited for 15 minutes before someone assisted me after my scheduled appointment time. It took an hour and 15 minutes to repair a cracked screen. The store stayed busy the entire time I was there but staff was attentive and were constantly helping customers.I do think it would be nice if the store was easier to navigate and if there were more staff available to check in folks and make sure appointment times didn’t fall behind.
Despite having an appointment, was shuffled around from table to table, no one helped me and after 45 minutes I left the store. It should not be this hard for me to spend $750 on a new phone. This is really sad because the young woman checking in was great and tried to help but it was pointless. I spend my $750 + elsewhere
Be prepared to spend hours in the store for every little thing. One of my AirPods Pro stopped working less than a year after purchase (expected better quality for the price). Came here, was told to come back when they had one available. Got an email that the replacement item was ready for pickup. I tried to call the store to schedule a time so the pickup doesn’t take hours. I wasn’t able to get to anyone at the store. When I went for pick up, sure enough it took hours.
Just paid $1500 for a new phone. Directly from apple to have a good experience. He asked if I wanted assistance setting it up. He made me unpackage it, switched my SIM card form one phone to the other and then told me okay now go home and everything should load later. So now I have a 50 minute drive home with a phone I can’t even get the gps with ! 10/10 do not recommend and would rather drive to Akron Ohio than to deal with these “geniuses”
I purchased a new iPhone 13 at Ross Park Apple store yesterday.Poor service.. I went home & phone did not work. Went to local Version store & found out no SIM card was put in phone.Extremely disappointed. Will not buy another phone here.. will go to local store.
Its nice for Apple products. But, why do they make it feel like they are doing you a favor by allowing you there.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Even though I had an appointment, I waited for 45 minutes for someone to actually come to triage my problem. The shift manager and team members were very rude and walking around pretending to be busy. Then they wouldn’t stop trying to upsell me the “Apply Care”, which I declined several times. I will never come back to this location - the Shadyside is much better!
Way too many people needing help with their phones and everything. Thats why I dont like iPhones and I use Samsung. Less worries less headaches less needing of repairs.
Extremely poor customer service. They do not understand the principle that customers are what keep the business going. Why have a shop at a premium location if you can’t walk in and just buy what you need? The ‘sales representative’ ordered me to come back after 4 hours so somebody could help us, whilst the majority of the staff, including himself, were not helping any customer… just walked out the shop and will never put a foot into it again. Drove to another chain, bought within 5 minutes a high-end laptop comparable to an 16” MacBook Pro worth of $3000.I notice many similar comments here about this Apple shop in Ross Park Mall. One would expect that some senior manager would intervene to avoid reputation damage and protect the brand.
Had to take a friend so she could set up her new phone they helped her I would never buy an apple product just saying
Store is horrendously understaffed. Checking out is almost impossible, even when the store is empty. I asked to check out, was told someone would be with me shortly, and after 25 minutes of waiting, had to give up and get on with my day, empty-handed. I know all these stores are short-staffed with COVID, but even in the depths of the pandemic, no store I went to was unable to process a simple check-out. This store needs to dramatically rethink its customer service approach.
I made an appointment with Genius to look at my iMac in person. I was pretty sure there was a hard drive or graphics card issue. I thought I could drop it off at least. I waited in line for a half hour. An employee took me to an island counter and asked me what the issue with my computer was. After I explained, she said it sounds like this or that basically, and we cant get that part.Brushed me off to get me moving I am sure to get to the next person because they were busy. Pawned me off to Rotten Tomatoes. At this Apple Store location in Ross, they didnt even plug it in and turn it on nor any diagnostics. Total waste of time. Do not bring your computer here.
Its always super busy but the employees are friendly and knowledgeable.
Made an appointment with me and then did not meet with me or reschedule. Poor service. Wry poor service.
Nice workers so helpful 👍🏼👍🏼
Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. No one could be bothered to help me. And I was RUDELY told that they did not have time for me and I could just “go online.” Even though I knew EXACTLY what I wanted and just wanted to purchase it. Ridiculous and disappointing howa billion dollar company can not have employees that have any sense of customer service.
Drove all the way from Youngstown Ohio to be told they had no appointments. I’ve had nothing but issues with apple products lately. I’m going to switch to Samsung today after 10 plus years of Apple
Awesome service,, very busy at times,, great staff,, clean,, they always truly treat everyone very kind and professional,, the parking is very good,, I recommend Apple care,, well worth the price,, at this time we only get apple products,, the best,, you get what you pay for,, I recommend this place to everyone,, we love this location ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Had to get my MacBook repaired because the battery had died. The repair was originally quoted at $480. I thought that was pricey for a battery replacement but I needed the computer back. They ended up sending it to the repair facility. I got it back in a few days and it only cost $299 so I was pleased. What they didn’t tell me is that there’s a chance the computer would need to be factory reset. So there goes 5 years of work and 200gb of data. If I would have known they may wipe it, I would have backed up my data, or not chose them to repair it. All three associates I talked to failed to mention that I may lose data and didn’t tell me when I picked it up either. More clarity would have been helpful. If you decided to go here, ask as many questions as you can. I can’t believe I paid them. I can’t even express how upset I am.
I went to the Apple Store because my verification codes were not working. They quickly determined that my phone was not activated. When I could not activate the phone at store they sent me to the T Mobile store on McKnight Road who quickly took care of that. The truly did all they could to help. Thanks so much!!
Absolutely horrific. None of the people that work or supposedly so have any idea about the products. They have this being nice but they are actually not helping customers. I think that Apple does this on purpose. Worst company to do business with. First they wrecked my HD. On a 5 year old MacBook Pro 13 then they said they can fix it if I would allow them to erase the Hard Drive. Reluctantly I agreed but they not only did not fix it but made it worse. On a second visit I left the laptop with them for 2days then they called to tell me that my hard drive was wrecked and it can be fixed if I pay around 470 dollars. I have to say that the problem with the laptop started with an update and locked up the laptop. So it was a software problem and all they had to do was reinstall The operating system. No luck there. Second time it was the hard drive gone bad. Who and what made it go bad if true. It was their software, their inexperience and or the whole story was to rip me off 470 dollars. Please stay away from this 2 Trillion $$$$ shysters. I could say much more but I think I got the point across. BAD DUDES. By the way I had bought an iPhone 12 mini but I returned it as it was using up the battery and it was not better then my old 5 SE. only bigger and had a better sound but nothing else.Thank you.
Great Covid-19 system and process. Im glad that Apple is keeping their employees safe behind lots of acrylic. I ordered an express pickup item. Despite their being several people ahead of me, the line moved very fast, and my transaction was very rapid. I also appreciated that I didnt have to touch any payment systems or anything like that. Its a shame that there are so many negative reviews from people that have had a year to live a covid-19 life, yet still dont understand that they need to be aware of new processes or at least call ahead to many businesses to understand how their processes might have changed.
The manager is extremely rude. The employees have no idea what they are doing. What is the point to buy a 1700 dollar phone with a warranty and can’t even get DECENT service. Tyrone is rude and told me I had to wait behind people who were late for there appointments. After I told him I checked in then he checked and his wonderful employee NEVER even checked me in. Apple is beginning to crumble. EVERYONE IN LINE AND IN THE STORE WERE UNSATISFIED.
Very clean not a lot of people lots of things to do and great places
I took my iphone 11 here to repair the screen. The Apple provides a replacement. It took 4 hours to restore the new one from the cloud, and they do not allow me see what is going wrong. They just keep me out while waiting. The phone is downloading data and obviously something wrong. No one solves it and keep me wait outside for 3 hours. They don’t allow me to get in even I have an appointment and my case is not solved.
This is a very popular location. They will take your temperature upon arrival and separate you into two separate lines one for urgent issues and the other for not so urgent issues. They have a fairly big store with lots and lots of employees to offer there help. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful and always willing to offer their advise. They no longer will set up a new phone for your or pull up you’re previous iCloud backup and for some reason I have the hardest time doing this properly I ended up merging my 2 apple account because I have more than one line and it’s always confuses me which backup to choose and I’ve actually messed it up so bad apple support even said they can’t figure it out lol. Have to start over from scratch if I don’t want to share the data over both devices.
The employees are very friendly, but my overall experience was disappointing. I had an issue with my MacBook Air that ultimately required a system wipe and reinstall. Tough luck but not their fault. What I do take issue with is that I spoke to an employee earlier in the week to describe the issue I was having and ask if it was worth making the long drive back to the store with my MacBook for an officially scheduled appointment or if I should cut my losses and wipe the system myself. The employee assured me that they could do other things for my computer that the phone customer service techs couldnt. I made the appointment, did the long drive back to Ross Park Mall with my MacBook, and within a minute of talking to the Genius Bar Tech (giving the same info I gave the other employee) they told me the only thing they could do was wipe it. Complete waste of my time for a completely disappointing outcome. I dont feel that the Genius Bar Techs are as knowledgeable as they present themselves. Ill probably reach out to a local store before coming back here for tech assistance.
So I made a reservation for 10:15am to 10:30am today at the Ross Park Mall Apple Store we pull up around 10 o’clock and the mall doesn’t open till 11 so I don’t know why they gave me the option to do the 10:15am appointment? so we had to go kill an hour of time till the mall opened once we got to the Apple Store The lady upfront said the next available time for a reservation would be 3 PM.... The whole reason why I didn’t earlier appointment was because we had other activities going on later in the day... I had no issues when I did this for my iPhone 12 pro all I wanted to do was trade in my iPhone 11 pro max for trade-in and use that towards a new iPad I booked an appointment at the South Hills Village Mall location wish me luck!!!!
Worst customer service ever. What is the point of booking an appointment if they still ask you to stay in line for more than half hour (still standing...)At least have the courtesy to let the customers know there would be delay so that they dont necessarily rush in for this facade of online appointment.
I walked through your doorway and a 3rd party, security officer started yelling at me in a nasty tone. I was just confused, as I saw no sign for a waiting period or a queue. The reason for my visit, a large laptop purchase. Funny, I never thought Id buy an Apple laptop. Im definitely not now, Ive reconsidered. Bad form, youve just lost a customer, communicate better.
This place is huge! First time visitor and to see Michael kors, burberry, coach, tiffanys, a tesla store... Wow
Super awesome initial interaction. The tech was incredible and explained everything to me in detail. Took 2 hours to change the screen on iPhone X that was “ghost touch” and Apple has a replacement free of charge for. I take the phone in with 9h screen protector on it and I received back a phone from “Nolan” with no protection. I understand it was a screen replacement but they should have advised ahead of time to bring a mew protector if they weren’t going to replace. Nolan just told me it’s my fault and I should have been told that I would not receive a new screen protector. Basically an awesome experience ruined by a negative associate “Nolan” who I would never prefer to work with again. I will go out of my way to not utilize this Apple store in the future because of this associates disdain for customers and inability to help.
I was just walking by and wanted to see new iPhone 12. And the employee who was standing outside of the store didnt let me in even the store wasnt crowded at all. He said that I needed an appointment just to take a look at the new iPhone? That doesnt make any sense!!!Just so you know, there were more apple store employees than customers themselves, if you really worried about health safety!!!So, dear manager whos reading this, please teach those unprofessional front line employees how to treat customers whos willing to purchase the product!
Average Apple store. I am not an Apple user-- at least since the 80s ended.
Had my phone stolen yesterday. I have Apple Care+ and went to apple to get a replacement phone. As you can guess ld need this phone for work and school. The security guards insisted I needed an appointment. I understood but wanted to talk to an employee cause the customer service on the phone was no help. Went on the website and they would tell me use FindMyiPhone. This was pointless and made clear to security I needed help. Worked on this for 35 min and asked helped for multiple times. Finally gave up after the security said weve been standing there too long and had to move. December 18, 2020.
Horrible service, went to Ross park location to have my iPhone looked at because it has been malfunctioning for a while and was informed that due to a new phone release the soonest available appointment was Monday. I’m glad a new phone release is more important than customer service to existing customers. Also glad I didn’t purchase an iPad like I was going to for school
I’m prepared to walk into a store and spend thousands of dollars only to be told I have to order online and then come back to the store I’m already at to get my products.
Arrived at store two hours before closing in order to upgrade phone, but told by front team member that there would not be an available person to help us in the next two hours and thus the purchase could not be made that day.
I went to the Apple store in the mall to get 2 IPhones for my nieces. While the staff were friendly, the customer service and process is unrealistic. 1. Don’t you come to the mall to shop? Not at this store you must go online to get an appointment. You can’t just get an appointment at the store. So much for Apple being a technological based company. 2. Their are 5-6 representatives just standing outside. Why do they not have IPADs registering individuals for appointments instead of letting customers walk away without the appointment, close the deal!3. The store did look clean and very COVID friendly. 4. I’m Still on the soapbox about the employees just standing outside the store, definition of insanity? I don’t know.Make sure you have an appointment before you venture out to this store.
This store is ridiculous, I went to buy a new computer and they said Due to CDC Guidelines you need an appointment? The store is in a mall and hundreds of people walking around but to keep the spread down you need an appointment to go inside even though the entire fronts open and its the same air!! I had on a mask so there was no cause for waiting two weeks for an appointment the customer service out side was also horrible and zero help looks like ill spend my money else where!! What a joke.....
Extremely unhelpful unless you are purchasing something. Always a hassle anytime I have to go time there. Thought of going there makes me cringe.
Called to make sure they were open. Drive and hour and a half. Got turned away at the door because they were closing due to the weather. Meanwhile, they had people in the store and no one else in the mall was closing. Had I not called, I wouldnt be upset, but that was just ridiculous. There was no professionalism or apology in the rejection either. Very disappointed.
The Worst Unhelpful Technician in Apple store I ever seen -even I have a appointment and Request for help to Apple technicians to transfer My Backup info from old to new cell phone But they just keep on ignore and waste 3 hours - Better Go to Other Apple store
Super helpful and friendly. Just needed a guard for a new apple watch. While waiting for it to be brought out an associate showed me alot of features that will make its use much more enjoyable and efficient
Not crowed at all .everyone i seen wore masks
Excellent service from expert staff who were kind and hilarious to talk to. Once we checked in for our appointment we waited about 10 minutes. While it seems the store is busy all the time, they have a very large staff working, even if you don’t see them on the floor. Our battery/warranty issue was resolved quickly. You can’t help how much time it takes to transfer data, but the guys working at the Genius Bar were really engaged. You can tell this crew likes their customers and their employer!
The guy working the door with the grey beard was rude and cut me off when I was trying to explain how the Starbucks discount works. He need to learn how to interact with costumers. I’ve used that discount a few times at Apple, but for some reason he did not want to help me. If I’m going to spend my money at your store you shouldn’t be rude to me. I’ll go to Shady side and give them my money.
Took my phone in for repair, they had to send it out, the employees I dealt with were all great (they are the reason this review is not 1 star). However, when I went back to pick up my phone a few weeks later, many of the employees were rude. Maybe the employees on the weekends arent the same quality of employees on the weekdays?I also do not understand this stores logic, instead of letting a reasonable amount of people in the store, they have them in lines outside the store and the employees come out in the mall corridor and talk to you, where there are people all around walking around, bumping in to you. It is more crowded in the mall than it would be in the store! Also they are processing some customers solely outside of the store on a little rollaway cart, which I thought was very strange. I am not sure how the quality of service and experience at Shadyside is, but maybe try there instead.
Worse management in the morning shift if not the worst
I had an appt made through Apple with an email confirmation when I showed up they told me my time was changed to an hour later. I was NEVER informed of this either through email or phone call. I am disbled and needed to find a ride to this store, I live over an hour away and they would do nothing to help me. Kept saying they cant turn people away that have an appointment....I HAVE an appointment and you turned me away! You either need to have more Apple stores around or better reservation setters. I will never buy Apple again
They never took my temperature and do not separate folks 6 ft apart. Super disappointed
Great service and helpful employees
Staff is always extremely helpful and fix anything
Staff greets you with a smile a you come in the door. Even though its always crazy busy you dont have to wait for someone to help you. Sales process is laid back with no pressure and no attempt to upsale you. The also stay with you until they are absolutely sure that theyve satisfied the reason you came into the store and understand how your apple products work
Worst apple store I have ever been to, literally the reason I’m switching to Samsung is because of my experience here. I make an appointment but still end up waiting 30 minutes, I get in and they tell me there’s nothing I can do and I have to go online. Save your time and money, don’t go here.
Had a very bad experience here today. My iPad that is 3 months old started glitching and having lines across the screen. I contacted apple support and they told me to make a shopping appointment at my closest store, which is 45 minutes away from where I live and they would either be able to fix it or replace it that day. Made the appointment and showed up and was refused service. Apple told me to make a shopping appointment and the manager told me they can’t help because it wasn’t a tech appointment, even though I did what Apple support told me to do. She was very rude, wouldn’t do anything to help me even though I drove 45 minutes there and followed the instructions given to me by their support team. The manager said to me when I asked if there was anything they could do for me today “no, I opened the store and know I don’t have any appointments” and said it very rudely. Not gonna lie I was already on the verge of an anxiety attack (have bad anxiety going to new places) and I told her “f you” and walked away. Shouldn’t have said that but her attitude was terrible and not helpful at all.
I was satisfied with my visit from what I remember. Not thrilled, but satisfied. Lots of folks showing up with a variety of questions and issues, along with a confusing queue process made the experience a bit frustrating. I’ve found that when my Apple hardware decides not to work, it really can be a challenge to figure out what exactly is the issue, which is surprising to me. Parking is available in the lots that surround the mall.
My husband and I came in to purchase iPhones, which due to some difficulties with our phone service carrier, resulted in a few trips to this location. The staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful. John and Eric went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and that everything was right. Thank you guys!
Evan at the Genius Bar solved my MacBook Pro and iPhone problems literally within seconds. Great help and service! Make an appointment.
Incredibly unhelpful. Genius guy glanced my way. No help. Second guy reviewed my case. Would not help even with my apple care issue. All I needed was a new power source due to unraveling cord and intermittent power. One hour drive for nothing. Called corporate to complain. Will see if their legends hold true.
For such an environment, not allot of concern for the customer..in many stores.
A fat young man with a scruffy face at the front door was extremely rude and disrespectful. He was an unacceptable representative for Apple.
Employees are quite frankly pompous and arrogant. Apple needs to clean house here!
Told them what I wanted when I got in line. Waited in line for an hour just to be told that the device that I wanted was not available when I finally got in the store. Rude staff. First bad apple store experience.
Great customer service, the apple store was packed but we got help as soon as we walked in. They helped us get two new phones, answered all our questions and out the door without any delay. The overall experience was very pleasant. It’s a shame we live so far from Ross park as I would buy all my apple devices from this location if I could. A+ service
Crowded but cute
Pathetic experience when they want to sell under pressure they will give you a trade in full value 200$. But a different executive on a different day offers only 50$ trade in value, wonder how the first time we went with the same trade in phone and we were offered 200$.Never Trade in your phone here!EDIT : FORGOT TO ADD, THE MANAGER WAS RUDE
I dont understand apple or the apple store. In my opinion, they make certain aspects of their product unnecessarily difficult which perpetuate s the need for this store. If they would just make the path for retrieving your Apple ID & password a bit less convoluted, the store would be far less necessary. I appreciate the security aspect of protecting that info, but come on.
Wait in long line to be told product is not worth fixing. 2 year old ipod touch. 30 minutes to learn the product is of inferior quality?
Always a quality experience.
Terrible.... just terriblelet me start off by saying I am a life long Apple user, and genuinely like their products. I walked into the Apple store on a Thursday afternoon to get my phone repaired because It was covered under Apple care. I was initially told it would take 10-15 minutes before they would begin to repair my phone, 45 min later I was still waiting. There was 20+ Apple store employees, at least 5 of them where not helping any customers. I highly recommend not coming to this apple store unless you absolutely have to, do your self a favor and go to a more helpful Apple store somewhere else.
Its very busy and when walking to and from other stores it is very hard to stay socially distanced and squeeze through the crowd. They have it spread out through two walkways with a lot of foot traffic and the few times I have got to see in the store. Everything is super close to the front and that is why it is difficult to get through. The Apple Store is always very busy
I have a brand new I phone 8s plus. Not even a year old keep it in an otter box defender case and baby the thing. The home bottom broke. Nothing else just the home button. They want 160 dollars to fix it. How is it my fault your phone broke from being used the way it’s meant to be used, when it’s not even a year old. Why is the 160 dollars coming out of my pocket. I paid 900 dollars for the thing, I’m not paying anymore for it. The repair or replacement should not be coming out of my pocket.
My wifes phone screen was broken so we checked in today and waited for an hour to get a technician. He came talked with us and told us that (find my phone) has to be turned off. The problem here my wife forgot her password so the technician told us a number will call us to resolve this problem. I got a call and they insist to talk with my wife since she is the holder of the account. The problem here is that she doesnt speak ENGLISH! So they told us to wait until they get someone who speaks the same language (ARABIC!) We waited.. god knows how long.. then they hang up!!! I try to get it back but its hard!I understand the store is busy during this time of the year but I believe we could get better service.
No cooperation from workers at Apple Store - were not interested in helping with my problem; had to call tech support to resolve my problem. The techies used to be bending over to help, not anymore.
Took my laptop and iPhone in because both stopped working and the service was amazing! The staff was very fun and professional, especially Vito who helped me! He was very knowledgable and patient, he was also helping 3 other people while assisting me and took care of all of his customers! Thank you, Vito for all your help and time!
Very nice. Friendly people
Not a customer or a fan of any apple products, but the store looked nice as I walked by. Note, Ive walked by this thing 3 times now, each time there were at least 20 people in line waiting to get in. They were practicing social distancing, but I would expect to wait if youre going there
My iPhone 8 was locked, and neither Consumer Cellular nor Apple phone support could figure out the problem. Enter Chris, an assistant manager at Apple’s Ross Park store. I was early for my appointment, but he took my phone and diagnosed the problem right away. In less than 10 minutes, I had my phone back. Chris was wonderful!! Give him a raise, Apple!!
One of greatest experiences I ever had. John helped with the jimu reboots was great. Best employee there. Will definitely come back again.
Every time I have arrived with an already set up appointment and not just walked in with a problem I have had a smooth interaction. Can get too busy just walking in if you need genius bar.
Id just like to start by saying that I am not that much of an Apple fan. I respect them as a company but prefer other products. But occasionally I do have Apple products and whenever I come to this Apple Store its always a great experience. Theyve fixed iPhones for me, helped me buy an iPhone and have a huge amount of accessories. Their repair service is excellent and always done promptly. So if you ever want anything Apple related, Id recommend coming here before anywhere else.
Love them
Twice, I have had major issues with how they handled a trade in resulting in HOURS of wasted time at the store going over receipts etc.
Very well managed and organized.
Are u kidding ? A disorganized mess.
Blaw blaw blaw about covid and what Apple has done. Apple acts like they are the only company to suffer through this. We all have and we have all made adjustments. Just open your stores and get on with it. Good grief.
Horrible customer service. Ordered device for pickup over the phone and was spoken to like a child at the store for pickup. Floor workers couldnt comprehend picking up an already purchased item. Have you purchased a device already? Oh, so you bought something? Is it broken? Where is it? After that frustration, it was discovered that the phone associate bought a product from a different mall, after confirming that i would be picking it up from the Ross Park. The associates were absolutely unwilling to work with me to change the pickup location even though the product was in stock. Unwilling to do anything even, I was told to log in to a computer on the floor and cancel my order just to repurchase them again. Unacceptable. What could have been so simple and easy was a horrible experience.
I had a fine experience here
Dont waist money on an insurance plan for your phone. They will not honor it.
First of all, when I called, I got to talk with a real, live person who could answer my questions! Excellent! They took care of my issue in a more than satisfactory manner. The only reason for 4 stars, is that I still had to wait for over an hour.Would I return to the Ross Park Mall Apple Store?Absolutely.
Called Apple around 3pm and made an appointment for this location at 410. They were prompt, polite, and informative. My phone screen cracked near the front camera and spidered down to the middle of the phone. They were able to replace the entire screen within an hour. I also did not backup my phone and although they mentioned the risk behind this, they were able to fix everything without one thing being erased. Thank you!
Cody was awesome!!! I just want to say thank you to him for the outstanding customer service!!! There was an issue with the repair for my iPhone and he took his time to figure out what exactly happened and then spoke to his manager without me even having to ask and he made the situation right! Cody understood why I was frustrated and was calm and helpful and came up with a great solution to the problem. He deserves a raise!! I’d come back to the store if I have any more issues because of this level of customer service. Thanks again Cody.
I’ve never had any issues with going to an apple store before this one. Went there today and had to approach an employee because I waited forever to be waited on. She checked me in and had me sit at a technician table to get my phone checked out. Employees kept walking past seeing me waiting and never once checked on me. After an hour of waiting for someone to come over I left. I know apple stores are always busy but this one is just ridiculous. The least they can do is acknowledge their customers.I’ll stick to the south hills village store!
I had an extremely good experience at my appointment here. I arrived late but they made sure I was seen promptly anyway. Matt was very knowledgeable and talked me through my options on fixing my MacBook. I know nothing about technology and he was very good at explaining everything. He got everything squared away so my MacBook could be fixed in a timely manner. It was a big plus to be in and out so quickly, I can’t say enough good things about this location and about the staff!
Always great service at any Apple Store. Staff are all very friendly, and will help you with any issue or question you may have. Love the great folks at Apple!!
