Great experience trading in my PS4. Patient, knowledgeable, friendly staff!

I have been disappointed by this gamestop to many times to even count. If it Isn’t a pre order guaranteethat has mysteriously disappeared. Or a online stock that is drastically different from what is in store. It’s something else. This store is poorly run and poorly managed. I wouldn’t recommend this store to my worst enemy!

Adam really knew his gamer stuff as well as hooked us up with finding some cool stuff despite a few things not being on stock. First class service and very personable.

Favorite GS location cool knowledgeable staff

Their customer service line is a joke! They refused to transfer me to a supervisor, stating that they do not have one. Don’t loose your receipt, they will give you the hardest time about reprinting it. It took me three days to get their customer care to agree to email me a copy. It takes almost two weeks to get that. When I called the store they told me they might NOT be able to reprint it. What a con. I called another game stop location, and they told me it was possible to be reprinted, gave me no problems. At first I just wanted it for the warranty on my items. I will be returning everything because of the service they give. This location is dishonest and I will not return. Also, do not expect anyone to try and make it right with you either. This location makes their company look so bad. Save yourself do not shop here.

Great games and very helpful service

Tyler sold me the most incredible games for Budget and the genre I wanted. Incredibly nice staff.

They advertise the curbside pickup but they’ll tell you over the phone you have to come into the store. Also paid for my preorder in full and still made me pay an extra $5 to to pick it up. Won’t be shopping here anymore.

They have great people working there and they will help you out if youre trying to find a game or if you need anything else in the gaming section or controllers

Selection is so-so and the prices are steep. Maybe twice a year I am impressed with an offer available. Pro membership does not lower the prices of used games enough to make a big difference, and there are no discounts on new games unless the store is specifically having a sale. I have also noticed that the staff struggle to answer my questions, so I generally just look up the answers myself. If youre looking for toys or collectable items, youre going to be pleased that half of the store is devoted to it.

I never have n issue with the employees and my experience has always been good. I just wish corporate would stop having the employees try and sale you more stuff. If I want to buy more I will.

This place has become a real ripoff. I went in looking to grab a game or two from the used rack oly to find out it was $2 less than a brand new one of the same title and edition. I found similar results on many other titles too. If you buy online, you can avoid tax and it more than makes up for the lousy used discount. So bottom line is you get new for less than used. It is such a scam.

I love the redhead gal who works there shes awesome..

I came in for several trades today and the employee said she doesn’t have the money to give for the trades. She then started blabbering several reasons why she can’t give the money. She sighed and made a big deal about it. I would not come back here and instead go sell it online or at another gaming store.

Young man working there was boorish,rude to each customer as I calmly waited.He actually talked downto customers.When it was my turn,I fixed a stare on him from my 6 ft 6 inch 300 pound body...........he wilted.I also had 1.800 dollars in my hand to blow it ALL on stuff.........but I walked out.

I stopped coming to all gamestops about 8 years ago because they were rude and Id rather not deal with it but I came here because nobody else had what I needed and the service is just amazing I would definitely recommend and I will be coming back here

This has been my primary game stop since 2003. Workers here are definitely gamers and are well knowledged in everything they sell. If you are a parent amd dont know whats what... Just ask... They will even give age appropriate game advice. They will also ask for ID for restricted games (a practice I rerely see anymore). They will let you know if a new system or game is coming out instead of buying something that will be obsolete soon or if a sale or price reduction is coming up. They also stand behind their used games 100%.

They put games into a plastic bag and call it new so you cannot return them if it is not the game you want they are a scam I have spent thousands of dollars at that store I will never go there again.

Nice place to buy games or sale unwanted ones

I usually abhore a visit to GameStop. The company employs predatory practices upon its customers and even worse with its employees; Google GameStop circle of life. So, when I have to stop, on that off chance they have something cheaper than anywhere else online, and I cant wait for two day shipping, this is the brick and mortar I go to. Aside from the standard selection that most every other shop has, they have an excellent toy section. My daughter loves the stuffed Pokemon plush selection here as well; which are just pricey, not GSs fault. So, if you are like me and get a little physically sick in your mouth at the thought of visiting GameStop, try this place, it may help. Unfortunately, you will still be upsold on the air you are breathing etc., Nothing to do about that.

Preorder, bought and pick up the game no problem. Went there for Playstation 4 midnight launch and everyone is friendly, no cut in line, no fights, no nothing. Im still going back to for couple of my pre-ordered games.
