The staff was friendly and responsive. I got hellos from every staff person on the floor and they quickly got the game i wanted for me and got me out of the store nice and quick.The store is mostly full of shelves that were behind glass. They seemed to have a big selection of music cds, video games and even consoles. Some of it is new some of it is old. You can also sell video games here.

Didnt have what I needed but I honestly didnt expect to find what I was looking for there anyhow. The staff were all attentive and nice.

Electronics overpriced, resale undervalued so they make a profit well giving you minimum amounts. I intend to avoid ever going back there complete waste of time.

Ive always thought the prices to be a little more fair but Ive been going there for 20 years and its been the best place for all my video game needs whether Im selling buying Trading now the expenditure anything you can think of from CDs to movies to video games systems phones you name it they got it

I am usually waited on with courtesy every time I go into this store,But this last time I went in to look at some cd(s). One of the male clerks (tall with long hair) stood right next to me looking to make sure I did not shoplift. I took immediate offense. I did purchase one cd but only because I promised a family member. I was extremely offended because I had been in that store a number of times and would never think of stealing!!! They should be more selective in the type of people they hire. This person will certainly not go far in life and I find such behavior disgusting!!!!!

Never had a bad experience here! Everyone who works here is always very enthusiastic and engages in interesting conversations with me. As a fan of having movies on hard copy DVDs, I will always cherish stores like this. Cannot recommend the Exchange enough!

Cool store! I like employee timb derty mike and othe r tall guy brown hair probaly his brother. they are funny to talk to and now about video games my son likes (xbox fortnight and mario cart) they help me find everything i look for. lots of cool funky pop figurines. Rock on guys! John

The Exchange always has great stuff to find for a good price. The staff is incredibly friendly and personable. I dont often trade items in, but Ive gotten average to above-average deals for those I have. The staff will work with you if you feel a price is too high or a trade-in credit is too low. Buy and sell your used video games, CDs, DVDs, records, stereos and speakers. And old, vintage toys. They might not buy what you are trying to sell. You might not get the price you want for what you want to sell, but that’s life. Sell it here for cash on the spot. You get extra in trade value, which is good if they have something you want.

I love The Exchange because when youve got a nostalgic itch, they are there to scratch it. And if they dont have the obscure item you were looking for, they will have it shipped to the store for you to pick up. The people that work there are nice and attentive. All around, this place is a blessing to geeks of all ages.

The people that work there are great, not the problem at all. 2 months ago I bought a 2T external hard drive for my Xbox one. . It cost just about 100 and came with no warranty or anything. Well 4 days ago it quit working. I lost half of my games that were on there which Im obviously jacked about. Thank God for Amazon. I now ordered a new one with a 2yr warranty for $80. I will never shop at the exchange again and would highly recommend checking Amazon before buying electronics from them

Got a beautiful copy of the soundtrack from Animal House here on vinyl for $8.Cant mess with that.

I go in all the time everyone there is so nice love talking when theres not a lot of people to wait on.. they will talk about anything from games to books to consoles. someone always knows were something Is if one doesnt. I love seeing when it gets busy and they work like a bad ass team. if your ever looking for anything go to these guys.

Prices are great. But I was upset with the customer service. I think certain situations should be handled differently. When I explained that after we ate and went to 2 different places with broken bathrooms, my 5 year old was about to lose control of her bladder. I was already upset that 2 different places had plumbing problems, but I asked if they would make an exception so that my daughter didnt have an accident. They said no public restrooms. Which I understood, but because 2 different places I went to and spent money at had plumbing issues, I think they should have accessed the situation and made an exception. I worked in customer service a long time, and sometimes you go that extra bit to not just help a customer, but to have a heart for a little girl crying in pain. To be denyed was upsetting I wont be coming back.. Ill stick with Gamestop.

The only reason why its not five stars, is because because I went to six different stores today, and not one had a CD by the group Player, but, I bought 54 CDs in the last 24 hours so, who am I to complain!...

Just got Madden 18 (5.00), Trick or treat Sams lolipop (15!, and this is great price for hard to find item), spiderman comic poster(8.00), harley quinn pin (12.00)and 2 magnets(3.00 each). The prices were very reasonable and fair. Selling things to game exchange you get better instore credit than cash. Staff was very helpful and fully available and knowledgeable. Store was neat, clean, and easy to find everything; also a great selection on anything you made need entertainment wise or collections wise.

This place is amazing. Better prices than the likes of GameStop. Its the only place Ill shop for games, movies, and music. Highly recommended.

They gave me a playstation 3 power cord and controller in my ps2 bundle pack, I spent 180 dollars and when I tried calling back I couldnt reach anyone because their store has no call waiting. I went back to make a complaint and they didnt care they told me they would switch it out and were quite ignorant about it. I ended up returning everything I bought. The management here and at every other exchange is terrible.

Very disappointed with the Smithfield location. We was speaking with a rep about a wii and another rep just kept getting involved and trying to take the sale which was rubbing me the wrong way greatly.

I went to sell a Walmart gift card. Over the phone, I was told a price, and when I got there it was a lot less than I expected. Dont scratch your gift card before taking it in. They failed to tell me that before I went into the store.
