I originally went to a practice that had a lot of sites as I thought that would be more convenient. Everything was OK except that the staff always seemed in a hurry. I had a problem with the hearing aid shortly after the end of the warranty. I was told I needed a new hearing aid. As it was only several years old and cost a lot of money, I decided to try another firm. Ms. Payne looked at the aid and had it working again within 10 minutes. Since then, I have had nothing but good experiences with her. She is patient, willing to spend as much time as I need, and has a pleasant personality.
The doctors and staff are stuck up and have no regard to your wellbeing.
