I’ve been experiencing hearing loss for several years and finally decided to look into hearing aids. Had an appointment with Tammy and she was very helpful. After asking me some questions about my hearing loss she recommended I go to an ENT as she had some concerns that I may have an underlining reason for my hearing loss. She still performed a hearing test on me so that I could have the results. She was very helpful even though I was not getting a hearing aid that day she still went out of her way to answer all my questions. If anyone is on the fence on getting a hearing aid and has questions or concerns I highly recommend going to see Tammy!

Ive worked with Tammy in the Bethel Park office for for a few months now to fine tune my new hearing aids. GREAT service. If / when I have any questions, they are right there to help.

The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Not only was I properly fitted with the exact perfect match of aids for my needs, but the service Ive received since buying them almost 4 yrs ago has been great.

My mom goes there and she always has great service and they are equipped very well with the most modern technology. They definitely are very knowledgeable too. They helped my mom, Connie to be able to hear again. My mom was really worried about being able to see them in her ears and they assured her that they would fit her with a device that no one would be able to see and they did. She loves her hearing aides now. So definitely go see them. You will be glad that you did. I know that my mom, Connie is. :)

Swift Audiology is an amazing office, they make you feel comfortable and explain everything from beginning to the end. Wonderful staff!

I have been going to Swift Audiology for over a year. They treat me in a very professional manner and do not try to sell product that I dont want. All follow up visits are included for cleanings and batteries. I had some adjustment problems getting used to my hearing aids and they were very patient with me. They educated me and made adjustments to tweek the instrument performance.I had a negative experience a few years ago with another company that kept trying to sell me products and services that I did not want.
