My visit was to have my hearing aids cleaned. The visit was pleasant, the technician very friendly and thorough. She also checked the average time Ive been wearing the aids daily (and Ive been wearing them a lot), as well as updating the software, asking if I had any issues or concerns, and checking my ears for wax buildup. No problems, and I was done a half hour after my appointment time!

Mom an I were very pleased with the attention and service that we received at our last visit. Melanie is very through and caring. She was willing to give Mom the she wanted with her hearing aid!

I lost a hearing aid and visited Hearing Unlimited the following day. I received loaners of a new design; a new set was ordered.Two days later, my apartment garage attendant found the lost hearing aid. Hearing Unlimited graciously accepted the cancellation of the order for a new pair.By wearing the loaner pair, I will definitely buy the new design from Hearing Unlimited when my older pair finally needs replacement.

I and my Mother we welcomed at the clinic, my hearing devices were cleaned and maintained, as were hers. Mother as well had her periodic hearing test to monitor her situation. Everything went smoothly.

Good to know that a bona-fied audiologist is the person who checks out my hearing ability with a follow up professional recommendation. Even the receptionist at the desk upon entering is kind to patients. A lady came in and needed water to take her meds and the gracious receptionist brought her water and offered to hold her bottle of pills while the lady needed to take the pill. Shows the quality of service (people) on every level who work at Hearing Unlimited !!!

Dr. Katelyn Hill is very kind and explains things so very understandable. This was the best hearing testing we have ever had. I would strongly encourage anyone to choose this place and this doctor for a check up.

I have a very bad hearing loss. I went and mentioned with Doctor Howard. He got me fixed up fast. Then I has a problem went back to him five days later and hw fixed right their he gave me a new pair of hearing aids and took the defected ones back right in that office. Henqaa determined not to let me leave their with not being able to hear for a week or two while mine was being repaired. THANKS DOCROE HOWARD. You are the best. Go to Jefferson hills hospital. They are the best.

ViUrus. The The staff was friendly and polite. The office was adhering to p CDC guidelines regarding the COV. Also understood that wearing a mask posed problems when removing a mask. Hearing Aid tend to come out with the mask.

Mark Pie is great at his job. He also is the artist that does the comical drawings hanging on the walls in the office and hall. I love my hearing aids!

All of the staff is always outstanding and very considerate of their patients. I never feel rushed or feel like Im an inconvenience. Audiology tests are done with great care. Im extremely pleased to feel like a valued customer!

Great staff; always kind and efficient... hours are terrible!! I will be seeking alternative vendor in the future.. your hours are not helpful to anyone that works.. as a care provider or patient. Please consider a later day once a week or even a Saturday morning once a month. (Penn Hills office).

Why is your Harmar location not listed? Janice there is a fantastic specialist, as are all of the other doctors and specialists who rotate regularly. I highly recommend Hearing Unlimited, Harmar to everyone I know who has hearing issues.
