My wife and I went to purchase our 11-year-old a new mattress and we had a great experience... However we would have liked to see a little bit more enthusiasm when initially asked for a budget under $500... But we returned because we felt the experience was good enough to give it a return visit and we purchased a $599 mattress and at that point salesmanship was very good... But always remember its best to treat all potential customers the same regards of their budget... It only helps for repeat business.... as my wife and I will be looking to replace our 15 yo mattress in the future and probably will spend a few thousand dollars... But overall I still rate it a 5... Probably will revisit for comparison shopping when were ready... I do recommend them or at least give them a shot...

Pricing was much less than other quotes. Their BedMatch system helped narrow our options. Delivery tracking from their website took the guess-work out of scheduling our day and set-up was fast & efficient. Special shout out to Jocelyn in the Washington store & their district manager for their quick response to a small matter.

So helpful. The bed match program is really great. You tell it what problems you have and then lay on a mattress for a few minutes and it gives you a list of 5 options of mattresses that will work for you (and your bed partner if they are with you). It definitely knew me better than I knew myself and my husband and I found the perfect mattress. Customer service is great. We ordered our new mattress with free delivery and a free box spring. Then we got home and found it for $300 cheaper online. When we emailed the salesman he said no problem and refunded us $450. Overall fantastic experience. Highly recommend.

Ken was great so helpful. Spent time and walked us through every mattress in the store. Big section so you can compare brands and types. They had the lowest prices and best service in the are, we compared many places on Mcknight road.

Ken and Jeff were very helpful! They only showed us mattresses that were in the range of what we were looking for and took a lot of time with us so we got the right one. We feel confident we made the right choice as there are several other retailers on McKnight but Jeff and Ken were so helpful!

Bought a mattress on Friday November 23rd from store on McKnight Road they promised it to me by that Tuesday when I never got a call from them I called them and asked what was going on and they had no idea finally store manager Jeff figure it out that they didnt have any of the mattress I ordered in the warehouse so instead of appease in the customer I express to him I was sleeping on an air mattress that runs out of air by the morning and I need a mattress now.so instead of upgrading me he tried to hustle me and get me to take this plush mattress that was a downgrade from the pillow top mattress that I already ordered so I told him I didnt want it and I was upset about it. to make a long story short told me he would call me back again, never did so I called back the next morning talk to a guy named ken. And ken helped me right away. Got me upgraded from a full mattress to a queen and waive the delivery fee for me for all the trouble I went through he was awesome he should be the store manager not Jeff he he took care of me right away Jeff just tried to scam me and was lazy about trying to be on top of getting me my mattress right away told me I have to wait another 7 to 10 days never offered the way the delivery fee never offered to upgrade me from Full to Queen when I talk to Ken he handle for me within 10 minutes

We bought a mattress here at the end of January and the experience was great. One of the reasons we chose this place was because of their comfort guarantee. My wife did not car for the feel of the mattress and we decide to do the comfort exchange. That is where the experience went from great to disaster.We went back into the store and were waited on by Ken. He has little knowledge of how to help a client. We did the bed match just 2 months prior and had the print out in hand when we arrived. He kept trying to get us to redo that since in his words “your bodies may have changed in two months”. We told him we were looking for something less firm than the bed match suggested since my wife was miserable sleeping in the firm bed it suggests. Ken proceeded to continue to try and sell us on the firmest options in the store because the bed match said those weee the beds for us. We finally told him that we wanted to look around on our own.We found one that worked for us and let him know we wanted that mattress. He then tried to up sell us a pillow and we told him we bought one the last time in and it was so hot that we don’t use them anymore. He insisted we were wrong since the pillows are made of Kevlar and that makes them the coolest on the market.Fast forward 2 weeks. Mattress was delivered and it was the wrong one. Ken put in the wrong sku. Now at this point she and I had already taken off work 2 days for this ordeal to wait for the delivery. Headquarters set up the delivery for the next day to get the actual mattress we paid for to be delivered. They would not let us choose a time for delivery despite all the issues and now I am stuck taking a third day off of work to wait for them to deliver again. Complete disaster of a company and their sales agent Ken should be asked to search out greener pastures. Stay away and go somewhere else.

I bought a nectar mattress which was too high 10 inches and hard to sleep in as too firm. I fell out of bed and asked to exchange for memory foam 6 inch mattress. Derrick manager was uncooperative and would not return or exchange it. The regional manager, Jonathan, would not return my calls. DO NOT BUY FROM MATTRESS WAREHOUSE!!

Lots of choices, but somehow every time I buy a mattress its always $1000 despite lots of sale signs. Trying them out in the store is not the same as sleeping on one for the night, if you have to return a mattress it is a pain.

We went in to look at mattresses. We were greeted at the door and Ken walked us through what mattress wharehouse was about. He did an assessment to see what type of mattress fit us best and started walking us through the mattresses that fit us. No pressure and great explanations.The regional manager Alcideshappen to be there so he stepped in and helped us with questions and found us a great deal. He was extremely knowledgeable and never pressured us either.Great experience and I highly recommend them.

Went in for a pillow because I saw online they were on sale, it was crickets. No one there to help me for about 10 minutes, then I left. Previously working in retail myself, that does not fly. Zero customer service cause there wasnt anyone around.

I called the store and spoke with ken bungard and then i met my newlywed son and new daughter in law there shortly after the call. I was purchasing a new mattress for them as a wedding gift. Their wedding was just yesterday. I have a established credit account with Mattress warehouse through synchrony bank. Ken Bungard greeted us at the door and was so informative showing us all the different beds and after 30 minutes and a try at their technology called BEDMATCH my son and new daughter in law chose a mattress. Ken was an amazingly helpful and knowledgeable salesperson. He stuck with us answering every question and recommending things along the way. Although synchrony bank could not help our salesperson log in through two phone calls, Ken persevered and on his third phone call to the bank someone actually helped him and after 1.5 hours, my son and his new wife had a lovely mattress .What a great person to represent your company.
