Not only did he fix our car up, he made us feel like he cared about our car let us know he was confident he could fix it. Great guy to talk to as well. Its always good to know that your car is being taken care of and that you get to support a local business.Just a little backstory - while on a long road trip with my fiance, our car started acting strange near Pittsfield. Shaking, noises, etc. We looked at Google Maps and luckily found this place. We rolled in to see if our car could be worked on, and met an ecstatic Val! It was clear he had a lot of work to do but took the time out of his day to help us and get our car back up and running. Thanks Val!

Awesome! I finally found a trustworthy and honest mechanic. I just bought a great car from there. The owners are amazing and i am so happy with my car and the great service. I have been looking for a mechanic for a long time and i finally found a place that is not too expensive and they treat females with respect. They dont try to charge extra or treat you like you dont know anything about cars just because your a female. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for an affordable and reliable used car or looking to fix anything in their car to go to north end auto service.

Ive heard the journey of a 1000 miles begins with a broken fan belt and a flat tire. In our case it was a coolant leak as we were headed back to Long Island from a couple days at Jiminy Peak. I usually do most of the work on my car myself, but being away and having snow on the ground isnt the best time to poke around. I called these guys and asked for a consult before starting home, hoping that it wasnt anything too serious. As soon as I got there they looked over everything and gave me an honest assessment. We agreed that the leak wasnt too bad and that I would check every hour or so on the road because you dont want to get stuck on the Taconic Parkway in the winter. We ended up making it back home okay, but we really appreciated the generosity and kindness of the guys at North End. True gentlemen, and I am thankful for their advisement even though we werent getting any service done there.

I thought he was a nice guy and learned the hard way he is not at all he did work on my car and only changed out half the spark plugs i took the car back twice he told me it was fine and a short time later my car died and a mechanic told me that north end auto only changed the plugs in the front of my car this short cut he took almost blew my engine i will b seeking help from the court with 3 mechanics with 40 yrs experience to speak for me with my proof please beware of what. And how u trust him with your car hes cost me alot of money and denies any wrong doing his actions were very unprofessional and his lies will come out
