Our experience was really good and Lyric, our customer service rep was awesome! She knew the products well and assisted us with finding the right bed and pillow option for us. She was friendly and patient with us as we made our selection. She answered all of or questions. We will definitely purchase other products there.

It was a great experience. We were greeted by Jordan when we entered the store and he let us try out several bed to help us in our decision. No high pressure sales pitches just information we needed to make our choice.

Everything was great up until the delivery date. We received a phone call in the morning verifying theyd be here with the delivery in the evening. Later on that day we gave away our bed to make room for the new one. That evening I received a text that they were on their way. Shortly after I received the text I received an email that my delivery had been moved 2 weeks out. We tried calling the delivery driver twice. No answer/full mailbox. We then spent 2 hours being bounced around with customer service. Eventually we were told that the truck broke down and they could deliver in 2 weeks. We refused as that made zero sense. Then we were told they would refund the $199 delivery fee. We refused because that made zero sense as well when I am now without a bed because of an issue on their end. We offered to go pick up the mattress but were told that they ship it back whenever a delivery doesnt occur and thats why we would have to wait. Again, not making sense. Then after speaking with a supervisor we were told that they were able to get them to hold the mattress and they could deliver it in 4 days. At this point it was obvious that I was getting nowhere with anyone. I explained that the appropriate solution was to get that mattress, which was local because it was on its way 2 hours ago, on a truck, first thing in the morning, to my house. While I understand that other deliveries were already scheduled for tomorrow there was no reason why someone couldnt get on that truck a little bit earlier or stay a little bit later and deliver it. OR...whatever truck that typically ships it back can bring it to my house instead. We offered to go to the hub ourselves and pick it up and they refused. Two hours later with no suitable resolution I asked for a full refund as I am now without a mattress, Id tried to be reasonable and was getting nowhere. I was told they couldnt do that. If I were to receive the mattress and not like it they would issue a full refund, pick it up and DISPOSE of it, but in this instance they cannot. After asking why this was I was conveniently disconnected from the call. Although I am now without a bed for days, I understand that things happen and it was unfortunate. It is the way that the situation has been handled that I have an issue with. Especially since no one even planned to call me and explain that the truck broke down and I wouldnt be receiving my delivery. I simply received a new delivery date via email and had to spend 2 hours on the phone to figure it out. I provided several ways other than a full refund to make this right and was repeatedly told by at least 5 different people that they couldnt do that. Things happen, but its how you handle it that really matters.*Update* They updated my delivery date to 2/20. That morning I thought it was odd that I had not heard anything from the driver. I called to confirm delivery was still set and was told it was. Fast forward to when it was supposed to be delivered and it was not. We were told that they “accidentally shipped it back to the warehouse”. We eventually cancelled the order altogether.

Very helpful and not at all pushy. We have had a sleep number for 20 years and love it. They are pricey, but ours has lasted a long time. If you have had a sleep number before, you will get a healthy discount.

Rick was pleasant without being pushy and did not rush me off of the phone he took time to explain the product, answer my questions, set up delivery and made suggestions that actually saved me a bit of $$.. The advertisement at the Sleep Number store is terribly deceiving! The big red sign on the front window says 50% off of the 360 bed. But when you go to pricing it, it is only 50% off of the mattress and the bed frame cost more than the mattress does. It is a Lie the way the sign reads. There is no small print that says mattress is only or anyting. Had a Sleep Number bed since 1998 and thinking seriously about switching instead of replacing with another one. Do you get it is terrible when a company does this kind of stuff!

Once again people that do not have a clue on what theyre doing when it comes to financing a bed we were told that they would only finance us for a couple of thousand less than what the bed actually cost they submitted it anyway so we ended up with an in-store credit of $2,000 which Dennis absolutely nothing considering each bed in there is any words from 4 to $8,000 bad experience and the only thing we wanted was to find out what the bottom line was we didnt want them to run numbers and they did anyway lack of experience whatever the case was not recommended unless youre going there with cash only

We already own a Sleep Number, however we decided to inquire on updating parts for our bed. Our 2 boys (1 & 4) were particularly onry that day. Jill was very patient and helpful. She let them play with with Mega Blocks and sticker books while the adults talked. It was very much appreciated.
