From the moment we were greeted to when we walked out the door (after closing), we had nothing but the best experience. Purchasing a mattress is a chore, but our salesperson Adam was super knowledgeable, quite personable and answered all of our questions. We were able to find a guest bedroom mattress that is extremely comfortable and should arrive within 48 hours from purchase. The free gifts were a welcomed surprise. Thanks again for making our mattress purchase experience pleasant and painless.

I am glad I had visited this store. Alicja was very helpful and knowledgeable about the mattresses. I told her what I was looking for and budget. She showed me my selections and recommended which one. I tried the first mattress. This was the one! I tried couple more but the one she recommended was the best fit for me. I can’t picture and don’t know exactly what I am buying if I did online. I prefer trying and feeling the mattress by myself instead of buying based on all reviews. Because I believe each person has different preferences.The store is nice and clean. Delivery was fast and accurate. They gave me the update every steps. I almost forgot the time of delivery. Glad they texted to let me know. I truly support local businesses.

She walked me through the different types of beds that there are & we were able to find the perfect bed at the perfect price! First store I visited I was not impressed by the sales staff. Called the Joliet store and talked to an associate named Paul. Paul completely changed the experience for me. We had a really good experience working with Jackie to get our new mattress. She was patient with us as my husband and I had to go in multiple times because doing anything together with 2 small kids in tow is a pain in the butt so we went in separately. She was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. We ordered our mattress and some pillows and they were in the next day (we were told three days). We did not do the delivery because there is a charge and we live a mile from the store and have access to a pickup truck so it was not an issue getting the mattress. We are looking forward to restful sleep!

Easy and quick experience. I advised Salesperson Gorby that I needed a bed that would only be used in a guest room. Did not try to pressure sell into a high end bed that I would not need. Delivery was next day and was on time.

Brett was helpful and showed us several options in our price range. We purchased two Tulo mattresses and they will be delivered in a few days.
