Jeff was fantastic, I took a few samples home and picked one I liked. A couple weeks later my carpet was installed. It looks great.

Not sure why this company has bad reviews my experience with this company was great! Their prices u cant beat anywhere else and had all sorts of quality. If u buy cheap quality it wont last remeber that when you purchase. But their installing was great 👍 they were very professional, very flexible and all around good company. They worked fast and efficiently & cleaned up well. Highly recommend

The carpet installed in my sons bedroom was amazing!! Great install, great cleanup and not a seam in sight!! This company is highly recommended! And to top it off, THE PRICE WAS VERY AFFORDABLE!

We are so pleased with our new carpeting. Ray is wonderful to work with, thorough, explains everything throughout the process, and we will use him again. The carpet he installed is exactly what we had envisioned. It feels amazing, and looks even better than we could have dreamed.

Worst experience ever! Jeff sold and his team installed carpet in our house in May of 2018. In March of 2019 I noticed the carpet fibers were pulling up and it looked terrible. I called Jeff back and he came back to our house to take a look and said the carpet needed to be replaced and that it would be covered under warranty. We have tried continuous times to get this resolved and Jeff continues to ignore our concerns and calls/emails. He set a date for replacement and his team never showed up after we spent a good portion of our night removing all items from carpet area to make it easy for his team to replace carpet. He isnt a person a his word and shouldnt be given the chance to waste your time and spend your hard earned money on his product that he doesnt stand up to. I understand some things like defective carpet are out of his control but he CERTAINLY has control over retaining customers and providing good customer service. It has been over 6 months since initial contact was made with Jeff about our faulty carpet and the issue still isnt resolved!

Wouldnt recommend, once the job is done and paid, any other issues youll never hear back from him.
