My total at the end was $500 lower than the estimate, which was awesome. Would definitely recommend. Robert, the team leader, was great, as were Nick S. and Bryan.

The first local franchise office staff, Lauren, directed me to another local franchise when they could not accommodate the date I needed to move. Staff in both offices were more than helpful, professional and informative. This is a business you can TRUST!!! When they realized I was overcharged $200.00 they immediately notified me and refunded my account. Their packing was exceptional. My treasured fragile items made the move without any incident. I am so grateful for a service that charges by time instead of weight!

We had a three man crew do our move. Robert was the crew lead, and Alex and William were the other movers. They did a fantastic job! From the quote to the actual move I felt absolutely valued, and protected by people who actually care about their clients. Amazing moving experience! We were able to adjust our quote up until the day before as we knew the exact amount of boxes and pieces of furniture we would be moving. They had a lot of availability. The office staff was very good with communication. But the best part of all were the movers themselves. Alex H, Nick S, Tyler and Matthew were outstanding! They had a great attitude, were very professional and took such good care of our stuff. I wish we had known to hire them when we moved here because it was such a good experience. She was someone who I spoke to on the phone a lot during the course of this last move I’ve made. She was outstanding with her service. Pleasant helpful and efficient the whole way through. Most often, when someone asks as many questions as I have, and makes as many changes as I have, and had as many moving parts and complications that I have had, you don’t get the chipper efficient help that you’d expect. This goes a long way.

I had a phenomenal experience with Two Men and a Truck. We were moved on July 5, and on one of the hottest days of the year. Laura was amazing and when two out of the three guys called out, hurried to get us a four man crew to make the move go faster. The guys were awesome and moved very quickly. Turns out, we had more stuff than we thought and needed the extra guy, so it worked out in our favor.The biggest thing I would say is be honest with how much you have. That way, you can get an accurate quote. It was much cheaper than we anticipated, even if it had gone longer. I would use them again in a heartbeat for a move.

We have used different moves before that were just ok. The 3 men Two men and a truck who moved our furniture NEVER stopped working. Everything was wrapped, they worked very good together and were done quicker than they quoted. Of all quotes that we obtained theres was the best but delivered with service. Very pleased

My family was moving at the very last minute before Thanksgiving and Two Men and a Truck were absolutely fantastic!!!! We had received a very pricey quote from another quote on Monday and didnt know where to turn. Some friends recommended this company and Im glad they did! I called them on Tuesday and they were able to squeeze us in the next day for an extremely affordable price (considering how last minute the move was). The team was great - extremely helpful and willing to make our move as stress-free as possible. I cant thank the office team and the moving team enough for all their help!

Robby and Jon were truly exceptional! They were on time, listened to my instruction, were very respectful of myself and the helpers I had there that day. They were polite. We were extremely happy with Robert and his crew both times they moved us (in May into storage and recently from storage to our new home). They were very professional, easy to work with and very conscientious of our furniture. Robert brought to our attention right away to an issue with water damage to our furniture so we could address it with the storage company. The crew placed our furniture where we wanted it. We were fortunate to have Robert lead the crew both moved. Tara in the office was wonderful with which to work. She asked questions and made suggestions which helped with our move. Excellent service! Knowing my furniture would be in storage for a while, they wrapped and bagged furniture and beds. Made suggestions on how certain items should be preserved. Nothing was dropped, broken. And no walls or doorways were damaged. Cant say enough how professional Robert, Bryan, and Sebastian were. And the price came in lower than I expected. I used 2 Men 17 years and am glad I used them again this time. Highly recommend!

We had a very positive experience with this company from beginning to end. The initial conversation with the representative was a few months before the big move. I continued contact with her and recieved a variety of quotes, options and scenarios and she was patient, quick to reply and very informative . Moving day finally came and they were prompt, and efficient. We were concerned because we had large furniture and they exceeded our expectations.We used the Plainfield location and we would 100% use them again.

I was very pleased with my experience. They called and gave me approx time of arrival that day. They secured all the items which was beyond my expectations so nothing was damaged. No down time and they hustled. No walls or items damaged in the move and the team was extremely polite. I will use them again.

Two men and a Truck were quick and stress free. The order process was very easy and quick. The actual move was very simple and they did everything correctly and easy. The two movers I had were Robert and Mike F. They were kind and courtesy and polite. The movers wrapped up the items in a concise and timely manner. They then made it up to Chicago with no problems and found the building without calling for assistance. The actual move in to the new building was a breeze and they did it in under a hour. The drive up to the city took longer i think. They were awesome and i will recommend them to my parents when they also move.

I have used Two Men and a Truck from the Plainfield location on my previous move and had a very great experience with them. So, I called them again for another move to my new home and the movers and the office people were great.I got prompt service and estimate from the office team and when I asked if I can add help with packing they added it to my estimate and explained everything.On the day of my move, it was snowing but the movers were on time and they took the time to shovel the walk way and they also put things down in the entry way and where they would be walking. Rob did an excellent job packing my kitchen, very neat and organized. They took extra care in moving my things.If you are looking for great movers and affordability, give Two Men and a Truck in Plainfield.

I spoke to a Lori her customer service was subpar to say the least. She was so busy fast talking me that her listening skills went straight out the door. She went on to explain how she had been doing her job for 14 years but not once listening to the actual items that were being moved just going by the size of my storage unit . I spoke to someone else prior to her and she gave me one estimate Lori however triple her estimate. So be careful who you speak with, they seem to determine the price. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere.

I only purchased boxes and mattress bags but Jordyn LaVigne did amazing and they were hand delivered all the way out to me. Two Men and a Truck did an outstanding job moving a very large boardroom table, 12 executive chairs and 10 office chairs. They disassembled the table and reassembled it without a scratch. The two employees were polite and conscientious. The move could not have gone better!

I was really impressed with our entire experience with the Plainfield 2 Men & A Truck office. I got a pretty accurate quote over the phone after giving them the list of items that needed to be moved and unlike other moving companies, I didnt have to deal with any sales people coming out to our house to give me a song and dance.Our movers John, Eric and Dominic were OUTSTANDING. From the time they showed up till the last box came off the truck, they worked their butts off and were professional and courteous. The entire time they were on the clock, I never felt that they were trying to milk more hours or pad the bill. When we have to move again, I will Definitely call this company again.
