Probably one of my best experiences dealing with any storage company. Char was extremely friendly and showed me some of the units I could store in. Definitely a good experience.

The friendliness of the staff. The ease of getting questions answered. Feeling safe on tge grounds. Staff riding through checking and asking if folks need something, have questions.

We had a lot of issues with selling and moving but I have to say using this CubeSmart was the easiest part. The young lady running it was so professional and accommodating with last minute changes and smoothly directed a 53 truck through the facility. Many thanks to you. The unit was large and clean. The facilities in whole were monitored and well cared for. We would absolutely recommend this facility with no hesitation.

Convenient location to Plainfield. Great service if you need it but if you dont their Covid setup lets you get setup and into a unit without any contact at all. Easy in and out with nearby street light and the units are of a good quality. The interior is also easy to navigate and large vehicles can maneuver with a spotter or an experienced driver. Rates are also very reasonable and in-line with local businesses.

I was in a bad situation where my friends no longer let me park my truck in their side driveway. I found it wasnt easy to find outdoor parking storage. I tried Extra Space, but they only had one space and it was 30min away. I called then number for Cube Smart spoke to Kaylee at the call center who checked inventory and was able to reserve me a spot. Not a minute later after hanging up with Kaylee, I got a call from Marie Maione to confirm my reservation and set up a time to view the space.Marie was very friendly and gave me the run down of how the storage facility operates, times they are open and showed me my spot before signing any paper work. She even showed me how to operate the gate! The whole process was very fast and painless. Marie was able to make my first ever storage lease simple. If I ever need another storage space, I will definitely come back to her location. Ive worked in some form of customer service all my life and her service was outstanding. Ill recommend this location to any friends I hear needing space for our cluttered lives. Im so glad I found local storage that I can trust with my vehicle.

Walked in looking for a box and the lady behind the counter was EXTREMELY RUDE. She asked me what i was looking to store and then told me all her boxes were in the corner then asked me again what i was looking to store and before i even said anything she told me no, my box sizes are all over there. Rudest place ive ever walked into hands down. Ill never consider this place for any sort of business of mine! BEWARE!

I recently finished my final move of my things from CubeSmart to my new residence. Moving has always been a traumatizing experience for me.I was grateful to manager Pam (and in the past also to co-manager Michael) for her help in reducing stress on that final move-out day. Her calm demeanor and morale support shown helped tremendously. Although I am happy to finally move my household goods to my new home, I will miss Pam and her wonderful supportive spirit. While my goods were stored at CubeSmart, Pam and Michael put my mind at ease that the items would be ok and that all would be well. What a great group of people. I highly recommend this CubeSmart location to others looking for a good storage experience. Thank you again, CubeSmart, for hiring such great staff.

Dont store anything you actually care about here! I rented a unit here for about two years, and I had to throw away a lot of my stuff after it got ruined from either mice or water damage. Ive had other outdoor non climate-controlled units at other places, and Ive never never had problems like I did here. It was raining when I went to empty my unit (#1009) and when I opened the door, everything along the concrete block wall was soaking wet and had to be thrown away. I had boxes falling open on me because they had molded from the water damage, and there was mold all along the cracks in the concrete. On top of that, there were several dead mice, and mouse droppings everywhere, and they had chewed through some of my things. Insulation was also falling from the ceiling, and I had pieces inside some of my boxes that had opened from the humidity. When we checked out of our unit and told them that the unit leaked, they asked if we were talking about along the concrete block wall and said they were aware, but apparently its not a problem theyre concerned about fixing.

Pam the General manager is very professional explained everything very well. Facility is kept very clean. Storage unit is well maintained. Rates were very competitive and I believe better priced for location, cleanliness, safety, storage security

We just rented our fifth space at Cubesmart. As always, Pam was friendly and helpful. She recognizes most of the customers and greets them by name. This facility is absolutely tops in my book.

We have used storage for our motorcycles in the past and have not had great experiences. Marie Maione was extremely helpful in selecting the right facility size, confirming our insurance details and walking me through the security features. I highly recommend CubeSmart in Plainfield, IL for a good location and friendly staff.

Pam was AWESOME!!!!!! She laid everything out that was required and expected. I had my daughter and her friend with us and she took us on a golf cart to view the property and they had a blast!! Its all they talked about. Someone that has fun with their job like Pam does is definitely a benefit to the company. The only thing Id complain about is the forced insurance. Thats not Pams fault thats the company. Pams customer service was spot on, thank you. That mandatory insurance is bs and the company should state that more evident than they do when you reserve your unit.** 11/28/2016 My business with Cubesmart has ended. Pam and Michael stayed as professional and courteous as they had been when I first moved my stuff in. If I ever need another storage unit I will be back without a doubt. The company hopefully realizes what a great asset these two associates are. Without Michael and Pam, its just another storage place.

I recently visited my local CubeSmart storage to obtain a unit.I was greeted by Pam and immediately assisted in my rental request for a unit, everything was explained to me to the point that there were no questions left .the unit was clean and easily accessed and the hours that I can get in and out really worked out as I have to make these trips at some odd hours.Allin all I dont feel there would have been a better choice for me .Price, Location and the friendliness of the staff are fantastic !
