I visited the Plainview office looking for a better cellphone plan for my husband and I, I was help by Johanna an AT&aT representative, who helped me in a very attentive and professional manner. We left happy to update our cellphone plan and we definitely are staying with AT&T. We were helped in few minutes and prefer the attentive and professional service.

This doesn’t even deserve one star, but it’s the only option. No one was in the store when I arrived at 5:15pm, but all the lights were on. There was a sticky note on the door that said “on break”, I sat in the parking lot for over an hour before I left! Tried to call numerous times with no answer, this is ridiculous!

Good store and good employees. The address isnt correct though.

Horrible service here, my sisters iPhone was stolen and we used find my iPhone to help us trace it and my sister put a message on the stolen phone for them to take it to AT&T so they can return it to her and on the find my iPhone app it clearly showed her phone at AT&T but when my sister went and asked the manager kept blowing her off and just kept telling her to call support.
