Susanna was great help! We went in looking for a screen protector and a case for my new iPhone 12 Pro Max. I found exactly what I wanted and she offered to put the screen protector on for me if I bring my phone with me on my next visit since I left it home to update while charging and connected to Wi-Fi. I will definitely return again.

Im in Plainview TX and my old phone broke,went a Verizon store next to the Walmart,the agent a white female with a buzzed haircut was very rude.a very prejudice nasty attidude.I felt very Un wanted in the store.she was not helpful.she does not need to be affiliated with the Verizon company.I went to another Verizon store . help by a nice male(Andrew).very helphul.great attitude.

Sales was helpful and found what I needed (5 stars for that) however I think it is completely unnecessary to have to provide name, phone number and address to purchase accessory items therefore it is less stars. Verizon should reconsider doing this.

Made statements about screen protector that is was guarentee for ever just bring the broken one in and they would put a new one on free. Did not disclose one time charges for new phones . Screen protector (45.00) came off in less than a week and took over three weeks to get. Very nice while you are spending money and very very rude when something goes wrong. Called once sales person said he was very busy and would call back. I went up to the store and no one was in there.
