Customer service is severely deficient. I tried to pick up Medicine, we were giving 2 reminders to pick up medicine. When I requested it Instead of helping, the clerk was short with me and trying to lecture me. I left the pharmacy without the prescription medicine due the rudeness of the clerk . 5 minutes after I left, Walmart pharmacy sent text to notify the prescription was ready . We changed pharmacy where the employees treat us with respect.

Made an appointment two weeks ago to get vaccinated today, there was no one there once I showed up for my appointment. Spoke to other workers who just avoided my questions completely.

People at this pharmacy are always so helpful also prices are wonderful.

Ive been getting our meds here for a while now and yes theres like 2 employees that are rude but The pharmacy manager Is very nice and sweet ..some of these reviews on here are talking about the employees eating WOW when you work in the public theres times you cant even stop to eat but your body needs to eat ..and lots of the reviews on here are trying to shift blame on the pharmacy instead on the person itself. WE NEED TO UNDERSTAND that they just can give out meds without checking the dosage, quality and the med its self..

The employees were rude to me. I had come in when there was a few minutes left to pick up my terminaly Ill fathers medicine. I tried to explain that to them my situation and they didnt care. My dad didnt get his meds.

Service was fast but rude. I went here because I was sick and needed medicine. I had a coughing fit at the check out of the pharmacy and the lady didnt even offer me a tissue or anything but gave me a nasty look like I was doing it on purpose.

I was the only customer. The staff was friendly told me it would be about 15 min. I went to pick up after 20 minutes and it still wasnt ready they told me another 10 min. I ended up leaving and coming back. I guess get the app so its more convenient for you.

Pharmacy personnel work to have you understand your meds. Are good at helping customers find over the counter meds suggested by medical doctor to take for support of medical needs. Pharmacist will also help with information for drug interactions or possible side effects.

I needed pain medication for my husband with Lou Gehrig disease. They wouldnt give the correct number of meds he needed for his pain even though it was prescribed by our Doctor and they have a history of our meds for the terminal illness.

Worst experience ever. Will be driving to Lubbock or using a different pharmacy from now on

This business should be open when they say they are but hell no.... Im waiting for them to get done with their lunch. So daughter is in so much pain. At least employees ar Walmart dont miss a meal. Glad we have such caring pharmacist!! Dont mind me us customers are just in the way around here!
