Nothing to see here. But order online and then pick up your games from the warehouse once they let you know theyre ready. Friendly with great prices.

Just ordered my CyberStrike structure deck from them and how I heard about G.N was through Google so thank you internet and was not disappointed with the pricing for pre-orders, cant wait to stop by and check the store out soon👍

It took a while for them to ship my order. When it finally arrived, it was missing three items. Turned out, they canceled those three items. That was never communicated with me. When I contacted support about getting my money back, they talked circles around me. I still havent received my refund. Theyve essentially robbed me of my money.

As of right now I am straight up offended. I bought two Pokémon card booster packs and all the cards inside are resealed. I can prove it with the code cards. It says they’ve already been redeemed! How is that possibly if I bought them “factory sealed”. I called and asked them if they were genuine and they told me yes. I’m hoping I can get a response tomorrow. I recorded me opening all of the booster packs I’ve opened so far. If I don’t get a response or a refund I’m reporting to the US fraud bureau.

Always fair prices and responsive customer service

Ive been a big proponent (and customer) of GameNerdz for a long time now. The thing I love about them (other than the customer service) is their pricing. If its not the lowest around its going to be pretty close - but the real kicker is they have fair pricing. What I mean is when something is scarce or insanely marked up elsewhere - they dont do that. That goes a long way in making me come back because it makes me feel respected.I do local pickup since Im lucky enough to be local and its always been awesome.

Stopped in out of curiosity and everyone was very friendly. Can only place orders via website however but they appear to have very good pricing.

Giving 5 stars at the moment. I live 15-20 minutes away.. please Tell me y’all do will call options for shipping. I really don’t want to deal with shipping for such a short distance..

I ordered the 5 commander deck precons for Strixhaven and received a duplicate of the Quandrix deck and didn’t receive the Lorehold deck. I contacted customer service 2 weeks ago and they have done nothing to resolve this issue. Very poor customer service

Good prices and they have a lot of inventory. Although they do NOT allow local pickup/will options like another review stated. Im sure you must have an in to have that option. Waiting 5-10 days for products that are sitting on the shelf 5 miles down the road is a little inconvenient.

Pre-ordered a couple items from GameNerdz. Only my 3rd LGS Ive ever used and Id put them at the top. The transaction was easy, well priced, and they had good communication on email! Thank you for what yall do!

They have excellent prices, but do not seem to be able to get new releases in a reasonable amount of time compared to other shops. Ive ordered from them several times in the past and as long as it isnt a new release, they are great. I preordered a new release from then recently and weeks after launch day, all my friends and other reviewers already had their copies of the game from other retailers and mine had yet to even be received by GameNerdz, let alone shipped out. It might not be their fault, but it is definitely a failure in their supply chain somewhere.- edit-It was Aliens, Another Glorious Day In The Corps and its expansions.

I want to like these guys, but 2/2 on bad experiences. 1st order took 8 days to get to me and I live 45min away. Some of that due to Xmas shipping delays, but also how they shipped it. And now with my 2nd order it took them 9 days to ship the in stock product out which is just crazy amount of time. Also says it wont be here for 4 days and again I live less than an hour away. Also both times took over 48 hours to get a response.

I recently tried to place an order for 1 structure deck. Upon entering my payment information I was told my data was invalid. I tried to enter my data a couple different times and was given the same error code. When I checked my bank account I was charger for 6 structure decks. I have reached out to support but I havent been helped.

Doesn’t answer phone and takes forever to ship. Price is lower than some others but that doesn’t make up for the order uncertainties.

Ive spent like 700 with these guys in the last several months and not one issue.david goes out of his way to make sure customers are happy via social media.i buy all my heroclix from these guys.
