This place is so much fun! Kiki, our Whirly Ball ref, was the absolute best! She made the whole event 10 times better. Thank you for the best birthday party ever.

This is some.of the BEST FUN we have had. It takes a minute to figure out the bumper cars and how to scoop the ball but once you do the game really takes off. 1 hour flies by quick but you are pretty wore out by the end. Wish we had this in Memphis.

Church group rented a court as we try to do every year. Place is very run-down, 50% of the arcade games are out of order, 50% of the bumper cars failed to work properly (if at all--two cars were removed from service), the goals no longer respond to hits from the ball (which means the ref has to determine the points), and our ref spent half the 2-hours with head down on the phone missing our scores and not seeing the timer run down. Then, we were almost arrogantly reminded as we were checking out-- Last chance to leave a tip!. No doubt this probably ended an annual tradition....

I went here for the first time with my job and we all had a blast! We did laser tag also which was awesome. Definitely bringing the family back to experience this fun!

It has other things to do, but we all know youre here for the whirly ball. I dont know how good the Lazer tag is though.

Jenni is always so helpful and sweet! I called today and she was so polite and easy to work with. She helped answer all of my questions quickly and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of! Such a lovely lady!

Weve been here several times over the years,we always have a blast coming in a small group. Had an event this past weekend & it was great!They do a good job cleaning.The only downfall we had was the scoring is done by a person & our person was not always paying attention... When you have a competitive group of isnt fair! If your going to manually take score then make sure they are paying attention.Other than that we had a blast & would recommend it for parties or team building events.

Ive been attending events at this location for a decade and the staff are polite and helpful. This time was exception, they waited far after the closing time and did not mention any discomfort. The attendant serving my group was professional and friendly.

Place needs a major update, clean and retro-fit. They praise following COVID guidelines but do not clean the equipment in-between games. Walls are dirty, games dont work and cars are slow and unresponsive. Place has gone to the dogs.

Fun, but the place is not maintained well and several of the video games werent working.

Came here over the weekend for my sons birthday party, we dropped $600 dollars here!!! For what!?!? Most of the machines were broken, the place looked like no one had been in it since the 90s. It was awful. It was HOT. They even over charged us $350 and refuse to give the money back (even though I have receipts)PLEASE don’t go here, it’s discussing, hot, overpriced and not fun.Staff has NO customer service skills, they got annoyed everytime I’d come up and ask a question (because they didn’t explain any rules to the party package I bought)We rented out the laser tag arena for an hour for $350, the Referee that would be instructing the game was 30 mins late, so we had to wait to start our party, and they charged us more money.I AM ABSOLUTELY UPSET WITH THIS PLACE!

Best place to come and have fun with the family!!! I went with family and friends and had a blast!!!! Really recommend this place!! Staff are amazing and always on it!!

The game itself is really fun! Great for large groups of people! Tonight we had 3 technical difficulties with our carts but they were resolved in a timely manner.

Whirlyball is a lot of fun! It is a combination of lacrosse, basketball, and bumper cars. You will work up a sweat trying to play the game. It gets more intense as you get better at driving, since it’s not a simple steering wheel. The games are 5v5. On court 1, there were a couple of cars that did not work too well, otherwise they were pretty good.

Great concept, but terrible execution.Only a couple cars work. Most are significantly slower than the normal ones, and quite a number of the cars dont even work. They seem to frequently lose contact from the power source and need a bump from another car.They dont seem to be interested in fixing the broken cars, however

Our group of 16 had a fabulous time!! We played the whole hour with no interruptions!! Cars all worked the entire time! The scheduling person, host rules guy, and the referee made everything go smoothly for the event!! Thank you for a great hour of fun!!Holly SanfordRockwall, Texas

Had so much fun at this place! Its like a mix of lacrosse and basketball but in a bumper car. It can get a little rough and some cars work better than others. Super fun time with the family

Played this game for the first time. Just loved the complete experience. We attended for corporate event but I would recommend if there is a group of 10 people this is one of the best places we can go. Different from routine bowling or any other game. If you havent tried it I would recommend playing it once.

Came here for the whirlyball! It was a blast! Had a group of 10 which was perfect because ten cars can be on the court at the same time. Not a bad price split between 10 people for an hour of fun.

Didnt have our reservation on file but we had a confirmation email AND despite the fact that the place was half empty, they told us they were sorry but could bump every party after us to make us happy. Oh ... Also, there was an empty room available that SAT EMPTY for almost an hour while we tried to appease the kids with laser tag. Also...its old, its dirty. Find a better place to have a birthday party or event for kids. Wouldnt take much!

Carts are old and broke down many times. Balls are not in a good condition. Scoops are broken. Restrooms are not clean. This is a rundown place. Goal board didnt light up when hit. Personnel didnt seem to be experienced. If I have another choice I would not go back to this place.

This is an odd, but fun activity. Combination of basketball and bumper cars. Highly recommend for adults wanting to compete.

This place is amazing! The game is one of the most things Ive ever played! Call and schedule a couple hours for any event from family time to business team building day. Its a bumper car game with machines made to crash into each other, eventually things are going to break. Thats how physics works!

There were 19 of us who played laser tag tonight. The staff was great. Not all the vests and guns worked for each game which was a bit frustrating for many of us. The staff only charged us for 2 of the 3 games we played but we would have gladly paid for 3 if all the vests and guns had worked

Exciting & fun bumper car game with plenty of intensity. Especially exciting for the competitive family or co-workers.

The place is really worn down and old and needs some updates. I think the idea is good and could be revamped and cleaned up. The kids had a lot of fun playing and hanging out in the arcade for a bit but it didn’t feel comfortable. Everything felt dirty and worn down. If it was cleaner I think we would come back another time to play again. This was a good first and possibly a last time fun event for us.

My first time there and had a lot of fun. I would have given 5 stars but the place could use some TLC!! (Whirly ball court walls and lobby)

The Competition is Real! 😅I had only played WhirlyBall once a long time ago & had forgot just how much fun it was! We came out here for a team builder event & by far one of the most fun activities we’ve done together.Imagine Bumper Cars meets Basketball with rackets aiming at basketball-like targets, add an extremely competitive group to the mix & we had a Gladiator Battle Royals on our hands! 😅💪The staff was friendly and took the time to explain to us how the game works & even invited anyone not participated to join the referee to be the announcer for the game, how cool is that?! 😎We rented the space for 1 Hour, each game lasting roughly about 8 minutes so definitely plenty of time for fun & games. My body is Still feeling it from all the bumps driving into each other on those carts! We were thinking about doing laser tag After WhirlyBall but could hardly move after all those games. If you’re thinking about doing both, definitely do Laser Tag 1st. 😅If you’re looking for a different type of game to bring friends, family or co-workers together this is a good spot. They serve drinks but will let you bring your own food to event which is a nice plus to consider. 😁

The gaming machines were not functioning properly. The bumper cars were old. We were a big team and had a lot of fun but couldnt stay for long. Needs repairs and replacement.Sorry.

The game its self was fun but the out of order video games with no sign, rude employees, flat expired bottle sodas take the place to a new low. The bumper cars are old and worn, but if you come with a competitive spirit and a fun group you can make the best of it.

Place needs an update. During the game our cars kept going into dead zones and you had to have someone come and bump you out the way... but they tell you not to bump the cars! Holes in wall. Physically the place looks like a mess, cars need to be updated, walls painted.... just take care of the place!If your company blocks arcade establishments prepare to pay out of pocket and not a corporate card....

Our family had a great New Years day playing Whirlyball. The ref and manager were very attentive. Everyone enjoyed playing whirlyball and playing the arcade games. Thank you for a fun start to the New Year!

We had a signed contract / reservation for our group of 10 boys for Whirlyball. Despite our signed contract, we were informed by the teenage manager that we weren’t blocked out in the system and that we couldn’t play. When we asked to speak to the Owner, the employee told us that she couldn’t give out his number. We had 10 very disappointed boys.

Poor customer service. Not properly staffed for when the kids are out of school. Brought my family there (7 of us) and the manager told us they didnt have the staff for us to play. This was at Noon on a Wednesday. She offered a time slot at 4:30 but was only able to give us 30 minutes of game play. We requested at least an hour. They had 1 group of people playing when we arrived. Will not go back.

TO THE OWNERS: I own my own business, have built it from the ground up. You need to invest money to make money. The cars are absolute pieces of junk. We literally had to pick up broken pieces between each round. About half of them work. The walls have holes all over the place and the employees have taken the attitude of the owners in the fact they simply dont care. One of them even said I work at this dump. dont blame them. This place could he a gold mine. Its the only whirlyball place around and if the owners cared you could make a fortune. Its unfortunate, the game is really fun but the stinch of the owners and employees attitude really ruins it for you. It all starts at the top. Probably the reason the place was mostly empty on a Sunday night when everyone is on vacation.

The court we were on had a dead zone that was >20% of the entire court. Carts were stuck continuously.Also, the person keeping score was on his cell phone the whole time, and missed half of the points our teams scored. We had to continuously tell him to update the score while sitting next to him in the referee area.Not happy at all with my experience.

Let me preface my review by stating my love for Whirlyball. Its a great game thats tons of fun and I always look forward to it. The problem is with the facility, not the game. The cars a old and dying where some of the seatbelts actually do more harm than good. The floors are uneven and scuffed. There are literally holes in the walls near the courts. Some of the arcade games are nonfunctioning and dying too. On top of these issues, some of the staff are a little too lax about the rules. Some lenience here and there makes it fun, but it gets frustrating at a certain point. Overall, its a fun experience at reasonable prices, but the place needs some TLC to be comfortable.

This place is a lot of fun! The customer service was great and the employees were friendly, but the equipment and facility needs major updating. Some of the cars were frequently “ sticking” and were unable to move without getting a little bump.

This place is so much fun, dope whirlyball game. Recommended for groups of more than 10 people. Some of the cars are bad and can get stuck at grey spots during game. They do mention it honestly where one can get stuck and how one can get outta from there. This place also provided other games like arcade, pool, fooseball. They need better pool sticks honestly and many in number with chalk too, I would still rate them 5 since we mainly go there for whirlyball event and less of pool.

I went here with my cousins for a night out and it was very enjoyable. Here are the pros... Very fun, employees are nice and respectful. The cons are the equipment is very old and broken, the game space is broken as well, carts are very unsafe and broken, and unused carts are left on the court. This place need to renovate their equipment.

The cars were rundownand in a state of disrepair. We would lose forward control due to lack of power and one car nearly tipped forward because the body wasnt mounted on..... All too often the cars would get stuck due to poor electrical conductivity. It was fun but very frustrating to be stuck so oftenThis place looks like its straight out of 1980.

I’ve never played Whirlyball. Long time listener, first time caller. Within the first 2 minutes of playing I was in though. The game is fun!But - Whirlyball Laser Whirld is a pretty bad place to play a fun game. Woof. Staff was friendly enough but when it came to actually serving their customers they just really didn’t seem to care. Three carts were motionless for the entirety of a game and a half. After several times of notifying employees who were watching and reffing they didn’t even acknowledge us, let alone fix the carts. When we asked an employee after for a free game since our carts were busted she replied: “My manager already went home.” Frustrating to pay money and then have over half a team not be able to play. If they at least tried I would have given them three stars.

Horrible service first of all. second they treat their employees terribly. they clock them out illegally when they think their not working hard enough and clock them back in when they are working and they also take the tips employees get and keep them. the equipment isn’t safe at all and the female manager always looks like she’s on something. don’t come here, there’s better places.

Whirlyball is so freakin fun! Its like a hybrid between bumper cars and lacrosse. I remember coming here during high school, and its still exactly the same. I usually try to come around once a year since its a great activity for large groups.

I had to rate atleast one star in order to leave a review. Cars were in poor condition with modi of them being stuck half the time. When complained about it the responded was we had bigger teams Im the day which caused the fuses to get jammed (if you know this is happening, why take more reservations at all!?)The host/assistant in the room who was keeping a score didnt seem too enthusiastic to have us there. Overall, not worth the money.

A great place for kids and adults! They also have Laser Tag for $5 and Arcade games.

Whirlyball is a blast. Equipment is run down like everyone says. If you come with a group of 15 or less, it will be great to reserve a court because everyone will get their fair share of time.

Very cool spot with laser tag and whirly Ball. I took a group of adults and they were willing to open up early so we could have time for us old folks to get settled.

While the games themselves are fun for groups, this place is badly in need of some investment. The poor staff have to tell you all of the things that aren’t working (big dead spots on electric floor, scoreboards that don’t work, cars that don’t work). Perhaps the business doesn’t support investment, but the place is very run down.

This place used to be fun, its obvious they gave up on maintenance, dont give them your business.

Do NOT, I repeat Do NOT take your kids to this place. My daughter and her friends came to this location(Plano) on Saturday for a birthday party and while riding the bumper cars was ejected and hit her head on the wall. All the kids advised the 2 younger guys that worked there did not do a seatbelt check but just let them get in the carts then immediately went to the top to watch them ride. She even said no one came over to her once she was ejected and hurt or stopped the game. She also hit her head on the glass while leaving out because she was dizzy. I spent hours in the emergency room with her to find out she has a concussion. When I called and spoke with the manager “Arlesha” she was so rude and was more concerned with telling me they weren’t liable than concerned about her staff not following safety protocol. I asked to speak to upper management and she gave me the run around and then hung up on me. My child could have been killed due to a head injury. The kids advised this place is unsafe and they are very unprofessional and seemed to only want your money with no regards or safety to your children. Spend your money with a company that will not just make sure you and your family/friends have a great time but more than anything care about your safety because Worldly Ball does NOT!

I visited this location for a birthday celebration to play whirlyball with 7 other people. Our reservation was for 8:00pm and we were all present and waiting patiently for instructions by 7:45. The group that went before us didnt leave the arena until a little after 8 and the instructions started late so our game started late. During the game, 2/8 cars kept stalling due to loose parts which caused our referee to stop the game at least three times to attempt to fix them. Ultimately the cars were replaced and we were able to enjoy the game. Out of the 5-8 minute games we were supposed to be able to play we only had time for four because at 8:55 we had to get out so the next team could start in a timely fashion...what a novel idea. Im certain that they enjoyed themselves considering we ensured that all the cars were functional for them. So to remedy the situation the manager offered a free game of laser tag which maybe would have been okay if there wasnt an hour long wait to play that game. Anywho, being a first time guest of this establishment I was extremely disappointed with the level of service we received from management on down. However, the game itself was fun...while it lasted...once it worked.

First off, I would give them no stars, but Google wouldnt let me. We paid for an hour and a half and we only got at the most 40 minutes of playing time. The equipment kept breaking, cars wouldnt go, seats were coming off the cars and into the playing area!! They made us pay full price and did not offer a refund for any of it. Not a good experience at all!!!

We colleagues went there. The food was okay, however the activities whirlyball and laser tag were really awesome. We had great fun.

U may need to call the place and make sure theres 2 workers, or there is a ref to ref the game. We almost went there for no reason cause only one worker was there. Fun place!! Although the go carts should be serviced, repaired, or updated. Some of the go carts got stuck. But I had a blast!!

It was fun but the machine broke down and the workers werent that into it (I understand). Its a good team building exercise, and it shows who is an a-hole in your company or not. Pass the ball guys!

Our baseball team booked a whirlyball court over a week in advance, but when we arrived, we were told there was no reservation and they did nothing to accommodate our group. We were allowed to play one round of laser tag, but a hard no on whirlyball. Never book a party here as no guarantee they will hold that ressie.

Great spot for fun group activities.

This place is horrible. Staff lacks experience in customer service, professionalism, or even experience. We arrive there 15 minutes before our start time. Our fist game didnt start until 10 minutes after our scheduled time. Then the game was stopped twice because the previous games player lost their keys in one of the cars. So fist the staff stopped the game to ask us to look for the keys, no one found them. Then the player came to search himself so we had to stop the game again. After that we lost the ball in a room that was open and blocked by a bumper car. So he had to stop the game, come down from their viewing area and find the ball. All the mesh for the scoopers are broken, ball would get stuck in there so you couldnt toss it. Then one of our cars stopped working so we had to get a spare but all the yellow cars were broken so we had to get a fourth red car to drive. Overall the place is dated and equipment was in poor condition. Seems like the owner is just milking the money at this point and doesnt see a reason to update the equipment or train staff to handle customer issues or complaints. I just called to speak to someone who supposedly the manager and after I asked to speak to someone else she said that is our policy and the GM Will tell you the same, then just hung up on me...

I had a team building event here and it was for the birds. Half of the cars did not work and the ref was asleep.

Drove all the way here for them to say some fantom phone call was received to cancel our appointment. The manager blamed the other manager who was no longer here and kept saying I’m sorry with no alternative solution. I will never and i mean never spend a dime in this place!
