I dropped my laptop off because it wouldnt start up properly. They were quick to identify the problem and get it fixed (think like 4 days) it cost me $90 which compared to the $1000 laptop is nothing. The laptop runs much better than when I sent it in. If there is one thing I would complain about it would be they arent very good at communicating, most of the updates on the repair and stuff came from me calling them about it. Still a great experience with people who seem to know their stuff. Ill definitely be going back if anything happens. Their follow up support is great as well.

Real professional and honest. Needed my Mac OS updated, they updated it and when it ran slow due to having a slow mechanical hard drive they recommended a Solid State drive. Runs like a champ now! Very good service and very affordable.

I took my apple MacBook pro to get the screen fixed and they put on a non apple screen which caused true tone and backlight to stop working. They business lied about thier knowledge and skills on Apple products. They promised to provide further help and have completely ignored my calls and have refused to speak to me.

I bought a Desktop PC off ebay and it didnt seem to work. It would turn on and the fans would spin, but there wouldnt be anything going to the display. I brought it in here and they diagnosed it, and found that nothing was wrong; it just didnt have an OS. They tested the machine, all of the ports on the graphics card, and the hard drive itself (to see if it was still usable to put Windows 10 on it).After the 15 minute successful diagnosis, they sent me away with every penny in my pocket. Im still surprised they didnt charge anything. I will definitely go back any time I need something fixed on a future computer.

Ok, before I went to Blue Thumb...i called Staples...and also had bad experiences with others. Staples...simply overcharged by a lot...and this was just looking at the problem..not fixing it. Blue Thumb was fair pricing....and they downloaded as much as possible ...and tested my computer before it left., again...it was more ready to go than other computer companies I have dealt with.When doing the final check...there was a glitch...and they fixed it immediately...continue the great service. I highly recommend them...listen to what they have to say...it seems they really are wanting the best for your computer needs. Will use them for all my families needs :)Guys...this is important. One week later...I hit the wrong button...and my computer looked like it went to default. (Note: I am a Christian and believe in giving a fair honest review). I run a small business off the computer...and my lack of faith was evident...I did not need this to happen to me now. In a near panic...went to Blue Thumb....they immediately reviewed the computer...was able to get everything back in a few minutes...out the door in a few minutes...really grateful for these guys and gals. I am turning from a loyal customer to a fiercely loyal customer. Until the evidence changes....I will support these guys and say they are the best computer shop that I know-or have ever worked with.

I was let down by another local computer repair shop (PCU) and went to blue thumb for a second opinion. Ive used Blue Thumb for my computer needs for many years now. Although Ive always been very pleased with their services, Im most excited about my recent experience! I wanted to get a new computer for my home office but decided to try and fix the old slow laptop I already had. Jessie suggested a Solid State Drive as a means to get my laptop running quickly and efficiently again. I am amazed at the boot time and general speed of my old laptop now. I worked on it all weekend and felt like I had a brand new computer! What a savings!!

I went to a different local computer repair place that I wont name and the owner seemed like he wanted to help but was too busy and wouldve had to wait. I went to Blue Thumb and the dropped everything they were doing to help me. It was a simple fix but for what it was they were quick, knowledgeable and not trying to up sell but instead trying to make you pay less as possible. I actually lost my license and they tracked me down and made sure I got it back.

Was having alot of trouble trying to build my first pc and I was really nervous about continuing trying to do it by myself when my parts were so exspensive and I was afraid I would damage something. I took my pc to bluethumb and they built my pc no problem and even worked after store hours to get it done for me and at a really good price also.Overall bluethumb is a really good shop I would recommend to others, they know there stuff pretty well.

I brought several devices in. I will say they did an excellent job recovering data on my old external hard drive. However, on 1 computer I waited 2+weeks for the new keyboard which did not work. Also, the other laptop I brought in has more problems than when I brought it in. I went back on the following Saturday as I work and don’t have time during the week. The store was closed that day which contradicted the posted hours. I will find someplace else to get my devices repaired.

Great integrityStand-up owner - when my phone was stolen on a business trip and someone tried to take it to his shop to have it repaired. Rather than just repair the phone and get paid for his time and effort he contacted me and sent the phone to my address (in North Carolina) at his own expense.

This place is the most honest group of people to do business with. They do great work and dont overcharge or do anything unnecessary to your computer. IE add software that shuts down your hard drive after 365 days forcing you to go back and have your system worked on....... Like most computer stores in the area Plant City area.

Needed a 200ft internet cable for my router, theyre the only store ever to sell it in store not online. An for 25 bucks then taxes not bad at all. An works great I consider these guys for any pc to internet needs.

First off I like to say Im a amateur at building computers. With that said when I took my computer to BT with monitor shut down problems I thought they could figure it out quickly. The time they had it is not a problem its the holidays. So I told them that I could smell a burnt smell and that I had took each component out and inspected it but couldnt find the problem. This is with the monitor shutdown problem and I did leave the CPU fan off (water cooler fan)and they put this back on. So 75 dollars 1 video card driver upgrade,CPU Paste and nothing said a about the burnt smell. The computer under 20 minutes of load crashed. Total tear down of the computer showed that the atx cpu power connection had melted (the burnt smell remember). This took me all of 30 minutes of taking my time to figure out. In the end I blame myself for not just doing it myself but it was the holidays and I thought taking to professionals that did this everyday would be a good move.It wasnt. Will I recommend BT no. Will I be a return customer no.
