I visited the shop in hopes of getting an older laptop repaired. They hooked my laptop up to an external monitor and told me they could not repair it and I should just buy another computer. They then charged me $40 just to hook up an external monitor, calling that diagnosis- which is actually a 12step process. I paid them then took my computer to BLUE THUMB in downtown Plant City, which has free diagnostics, and they repair my computer for $40. BEWARE going there, they charge for a diagnosis they dont properly fully perform.
