I have been using The V Shop for years. Its the only place I will take my car and my sons cars to for repair and maintenance. As a female, Im used to being quoted a much higher price for everything by other mechanics. When I found Roger and his shop, that problem stopped. The V Shop has been servicing my 2002Honda Civic for several years. I recently purchased a 2018 Honda Civic and took it to them for a full inspection as I trust them explicitly. They are professional, offer the highest degree of honesty, efficiency and exemplify what all businesses should offer in service.Here is an example of honesty and integrity:- when I had my 2002 Honda Civic, I took the car to the dealership for an airbag recall. On arrival, they checked my battery and advised me I needed a new battery. After the recall was completed, I called the V Shop and made an appointment to have them check the battery.Not only did I not need a new battery, because that particular battery lasted me four (4) more years.What I appreciate is the fact that they advise you of what might become an issue in the future.This business gets a 5 out of 5 stars.

Fabulous V Shop! This car shop is honest, rare attribute these days, great communicator and with more than fair price. They were half the price of the Mercedes-Benz dealer using OEM/high quality products. They dont advertise but they get a lot of referrals from word of mouth which save you money. The Shop is awesome. Highly recommended...who cares they dont serve you coffee in the waiting room. Benz will give you free coffee and charged you 50% more on your repairs. Your choice.( though, I didnt ask for coffee) :)

Since Tom answered the phone it was a pleasure to speak to someone who knew his trade. This was my second time bringing my car to him, and he did not disappoint me. Very easy to deal with and kind. They took care of my car problem, and I’m very happy about it. When they gave me my car back, I was happily surprised that they cleaned inside; it was spotless and SO clean. Besides the engine coolant problem, they also fix one of the lights on the dashboard, as this was on for a long time. I will bring my car back again if I had troubles with it. Great repair shop! They were quick to respond with a quote and had a fair price for the work. After taking the car to the shop Roger and Tom quickly reviewed the work required and got me out and followed up with a very professional report on the status of the car and work to be done. They did the repair on time and they washed and cleaned up my car after the work was done. I called Tom when I was out of town and made an appointment.I got there, they road tested my vehicle, ordered the part, and put it on. I went in because the hatch back door of my Buick wouldnt open. The liftgate latch needed to be replaced. I was very happy with the professional and speedy service I received at The V Shop. Tom, the manager was very courteous and attentive. He took my car in and had it fixed and ready in just a couple of hours later that same day. The car was given back to me cleaned and disinfected as well. The cost of repairs was also cheaper than it would have been at the dealer. Once we finally got the car towed to his shop, he was in constant communication with us. After he examine the car, he let us know what it needed, which was much less than we had originally told him it needed. I knew the engine light error cause and they were able to see me with 72 business hours, and address my concerns and needs with the engine light plus a synthetic oil change. The customer service was excellent and they took the time to explain their efforts. I appreciate the transparency and attention to detail. They washed the car afterwards and assured me of the sanitary steps taken to ensure my safety due to the recent state of affairs.

Totally worth it. They worked really hard and excellent to figure out what was wrong my car. (A bearing problem) Even took it for a test drive. We set up an appointment for repairs and pricing. I arrived the week after for my appointment, waited a couple hours but they kept me updated through the day. Once they were done, they even cleaned interior and exterior of my car. Which made me really happy. Prices were reasonable, labor was excellent, and service was great.

I was looking for a mechanic in the Sunrise and Plantation area that would be professional and honest. Rodger was very helpful and was able to diagnose my vehicle and give me a fair estimate for repairs. I went in just for a brake job and he was able to evaluate my entire car and give me suggestions for the highest priority items to repair. In addition, the V Shop washed and vacuumed my car and I received it back cleaner and sanitized. I plan on using him in the future.

I took my car in for an oil change and they also did a complimentary inspection. Roger which was very genuine and professional let me know that they found my rear brake pads to be low and nothing else was wrong with the car. Normally when I go to a mechanic they’ll tell me the car has this problem or you need to change all these engine fluids etc. but the V Shop is an honest place. My car felt smoother on the road after they checked the pressure on the tires. I also felt the engine running smoother after the oil change. I went here because they had really good ratings. I went for an oil change and although it was a little more expensive than other places they offered a free car wash which is probably why the oil change was $10 - $15 more than other places. But they did a good job overall. I would recommend to anyone. They are well organized and the owner is really nice.

Being new to the area, I had needed to find an auto shop for a little while now and after some issues with my radiator, I came across the V-Shop. From the first conversation with Roger, I could tell he was a kind, honest, hardworking guy that would treat my car and me well. I have a Chevrolet Tracker (they don’t even make them anymore), and he and his guys took excellent care of it. It was reasonably priced, especially for a local shop, and it made me feel a lot more comfortable knowing that I’ll continue to bring my car there and suggest it to others as well.

Notice their work area is clean and organized, always a good sign for a shop. Based on my experiences with multiple shops around Plantation, V Shop is exceptional in their quality of customer/technical services and attention to detail.For example, when I get my oil changed, they install a new drain plug gasket rather than reusing the old one. Small things like this are comforting because it indicates they do it right, not twice.

My car went in for an ignition coil and came out with a full courtesy inspection and a small list of things that I was not aware of, but no pressure from them to get these fixed right away as a sales pitch to make more money. I needed repairs for my 2003 Honda Accord and found the V shop looking at reviews on Google. Roger came highly recommended and I was not disappointed.
