Most on the front desk, not quick service are not helpful or show any concern. I stood in front if them 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged. Finally the lady said go see them referring to quick service. If was not for the fact Grieco is so far I would never come there.
Ive been taking my 2014 explorer there for service since I bought it there new. Good service department. Knowledgeable mechanics. Quick lane is usually in-out in 2 hours or less. Mechanics will answer any questions and will take you out onto maint. floor to explain details at the vehicle.Quick lane check in at 7:30am is only one person named Cammy. She does a great job and knows the ends and outs of checking in vehicles. She doesnt stop working for the customer from check-in to check-out.
I bought a used car and with that I bought maintenance at ford when they sold the maintenance I was told I can go at any ford dealership for it but when I call for my maintenance non could do it
Very efficient. Got an oil change and tire rotation, was informed of other services. Priced decently and quick. Definitely will return and service my Fords here. Great staff!
