Great experience at this store. Bought a phone here two years ago and was very happy with the service. Went back today to upgrade my phone. I was greeted by several employees and was helped by Danny. What a pleasure to deal with, explained everything to me, offered several different options, got my new phone completely set up and got me all the accessories that I needed. 5+ star rating!

If i could i wouldnt give this location any stars at all. I was misinformed about information upon switching wireless carriers. To make a long story short the people who work here scam you. I wasnt provided all the information before switching from my mobile carrier and when i went in to complain DANIEL who i know is not the manager of the store told me he was and didnt offer me any resolutions to their mistake. They left me paying for two wireless companies my new and old one because i had to place an order for the new iPhone 13 pro max. He simply just told me that i would have to keep my tmobile carrier until December once my new phone arrives so they can port over my number. I am so very disappointed in the service i received and i hope no one else gets scammed they way i was at this specific location. I dont want to talk about Verizon in general because I dont believe all of them operate this way. I just want to help the next person that decides to do what I did. I thought i was going to be saving money and i ended up spending more money and its not right. I dont trust a single thing they say to me anymore and I will not be ever doing business again with this company. I asked if i could return the phones i did get and get my old devices back i owned todays later when I discovered for myself that i was still on a line with Tmobile and he told me no. They had already sent our devices out. I have reported them to the better business bureau. I have also tried to take the complaint as far as corporate. I am not going to stop until i receive the justice i need for being lied to and misinformed. Please whatever you do DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR LOCATION.

Great store and great service. Deseree sold me two new iPhone 12 phone and download all my old info from my old phone to the new phones. She also showed me how to operate the new phones. She was great and knows the meaning of service .

Being from around here, there are a few places that you go to. This one being right by the Starbucks is definitely one of those places. When I first came in Desiree was able to assist me. Rarely have I ever come in and wait. Even though the phone I wanted was not there that day, as soon as it came in, like the day before I was greeted and helped with simply the best customer service! Desiree was really helpful and knowledgeable about the different ways I could use my plans and the pros and cons of the phones. Thank you thank you I really appreciate it all!

Ask for Desiree!! Period. One of the best customer service experiences with Verizon. She was ultra accommodating and attentive to my 78 yr young mom. Walked her through her choices and wouldnt let her leave without making certain she was satisfied. Brandon, the manager, was also helpful and checked to make sure we had what we needed. The wait was worth it and mom got a new phone, case and screen protector with a nice discount because Desiree went the extra mile.

Danny Rozo helped me and my husband so much! We both got new phones and he spent a lot of time getting us the best pricing and helped set us up transferring all my Contacts. After being extremely frustrated with trying to buy a new i phone with Verizon online, I decided to go in to a store. I went to this Verizon location because it had great reviews. I am so glad I did. Daniel was great- he was extremely friendly, was able to get me a great deal, and set up my new phone - even doing it twice because my photos didn’t transfer the first time. I was in and out in less than an hour. All the employees in the store were very welcoming.

Came in for a content transfer and the staff was super helpful especially Aldrin and the store manager Brandon they helped me every step of the way and loved the experience!!!

Although we were not able to get the phone we wanted, Daniel was super friendly and helpful the entire time. He tried his best to try and get us the best deal and offer for the phone that we wanted and even helped us sign up for the verizon credit card and worked with us throughout the entire process. I always get excellent service when I visit this loctation but Marcus J really took care of me this time around. He reminded me of why this is the only location I have gone to for any and everything for the last six years. I went to the Verizon store in Plantation Florida and I was there to fix two problems. One issue I had with my iPad and the other issue I had with my iPhone. Desiree was helping me solve both of these issues in a remarkable way. She was very polite and cordial and pretty much rather remarkable when it came to solving the issues I had with my iPhone and iPad. I have been in many Verizon stores in many different occasions and I’ve never met a more business savvy individual as Desiree! Verizon Plantation Fl the best customer experience! I lost my phone at an airport immediate angst for me. Jeff was able to immediately deactivate and get my data on a new phone at every reasonable price. Beyond helpful. Im a Verizon customer for life now. Ryan was able to show features. Came in and wanted to switch my phone from AT&T to Verizon and he ended up giving me my two phones plus an Apple Watch for less money then it was for just two phones at AT&T plus he gave me all the promotions he could that were currently running! Verizon - store Manager Jeffery made the switch from a 20 year gig with Sprint absolutely seamless ! From the moment we stepped in- a breeze! It was some glitches with Sprint to end the agreement- but all good.Highly recommend this store in specific and again can’t say enough about Jeffery the manager- never had such a smooth experience.Looking forward to no drop calls at home and having some quality experience moving forward from this store.

Very impressed with the level of customer service provided by Ryan Paull and Jeffrey Snyder. After a phone call to Verizon Wireless to change my service, they completely messed everything up and disconnected my phone, charged me multiple times for something I didn’t order, I went to the Plantation location and Ryan and Jeffrey did everything they could to straighten it out. It took many hours but they didn’t give up. I walked in ready to close my account but when I left I was a satisfied customer. Thank you both for your help, it is greatly appreciated.

A tip for anyone transferring to a new phone - dont show up an hour before closing time. I didnt realize that it can take several hours to transfer photos/etc if you have a lot to transfer. This team was wonderful and patient, and stayed past closing hours to assist me. It was very appreciated; next time I will know to come in earlier. Thanks Jeffrey!

Switched carriers and due to a technical issue, the porting process took much longer than it should have (through no fault of Verizon), each time I contacted the staff they were very helpful; Jeffrey specifically went above and beyond, took my cell,gave me his and even after hours when he was not at work, continued to follow up with me until the issue was completely resolved to my complete satisfaction.

Went to Verizon to use an update to get a new iPhone as well as a few other complicated things with my family’s phone plan. Daniel, Nicolas and Jeffery could not have been most pleasant to work with! They knew what they were doing and went through all of our options to save us the most money on our plan! This is our go to Verizon store near us (and it isn’t the closet one). We have never had a negative experience. We definitely recommend using this store as your go to if you live in the area!

I wish I could rate it a 0 star because thats what this store deserves with their terrible customer service. I called to find out if they had a phone that I wanted to purchase for my husband for Fathers Day and at first they refused to tell me because theyre not allowed to. Thats a lie because I called other Verizon stores and they were able to tell me if they had the phone I was looking for. Anyways, after sharing with them that we were coming from miami lakes and didnt want to waste time and gas to go to Plantation if they didnt have the phone, the rep told me he has both phones that we were looking for. He said you can come I got you, ask for Daniel Well we drove to Plantation excited to get the phones. When we got there he asked for our information and then said he was going to check the back and came back with no phone. They didnt have the phones we were looking for!! Then he said, his district manager would pick up the phones from the office and would bring them to the store in 20-30 minutes. We waited and the phones finally showed up after 40 mins but they brought the wrong color phone. After waiting all that time we couldnt purchase it. We left the store. My husband tried to GPS our way back home and he noticed his phone was disconnected. Daniel had changes our account, added the new phone to our account and removed our current phone. We went back and he tried helping us, went to the back and left home. Another rep finished helping us but it took an hour and 30 mins to get our account back to normal. We will never visit this store again and I wouldnt recommend it to others.

Best service for setting up a new Android phone. Very knowledgeable. Was able to recover all contacts from destroyed previous phone via Google even though I never saved my contact list.

I came by to buy a Motorola razr for my business account. I called over the phone prior to coming in to make sure the phone was in stock. When I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly staff. I mainly dealt with Oscar since he was the one that took my call. The other two gentlemen were just as nice and polite. The transaction wasn’t a walk in the park as we did run into a few hiccups. Oscar did everything in his power and beyond to make sure that I did walk out of the store with the phone and not empty handed and a wasted trip. I appreciate the extra mile taken. I just want to say that customer service is of utmost importance in a business and this branch definitely demonstrated how well they take care of their customers. Thank you again!
