The manager assisted me with finding my frames, and she was excellent. She had great customer service and was patient with me. Dr. Scott made me feel comfortable in his chair and treated me eyes with eye correctors and not reading glasses. This was a first! I enjoyed my experience overall. All the staff was helpful.

The customer service was very attentive to my desires for frames. She seem to start to rush me a bit to make a decision. It was not that the store was busy with customers. I brought in my prescription from another eye doctor who examine my eyes. I wanted to seek a different company for frames. She did not volunteer any information about post purchase. I asked if Lenscrafters give free lens cloths. She said, only 1 with the eye glasses and 1 case. After the 1st lens cleaner you must pay money no free ones.

I ordered glasses here for the first time about a month ago. I noticed they had smudges or spots on the inside. The spots werent normal scratches, they looked like the lenses were wearing off. As well the smudges were only on the inside, when normally it would be on both sides. So i came to see if they would repair, what was obviously a factory defect. I came, and they told me it was my fault, and that i was cleaning them wrong. I have been wearing glasses my whole life. I will accept that i clean them with my shirt, or any cloth. However, i have never seen lenses that have been scratched like this. They made me pay, for a defect that was their fault. Dont come here, I will never come here again.

Don’t ever go to this place ever they use the worst material I got a pair of Versace glass that cost me over $600 dollars and in less then a month they ar chip of the glasses and I could no longer were they cause it blocked my vision I am some one with a serious eye problem and could go crossed eyed if I don’t were the wrong glasses. When we got there I told them the issue and the manager said that she could not do anything about and that it was the wipes that I was using which is false cause I had use these wipes forever and had never had a problem in any other glass and now I am left glasses less and with 600 out the drain please don’t ever go here don’t waste your money.

I can’t speak for the bad experiences others had, but maybe it had to do with incompatibility of vision Insurance, in which case I could see things getting very expensive very quickly.I’ve had good experiences at LensCrafters thus far, and only paid about 200$ or so for my glasses, including thinner polycarbonate lenses. The customer service was good, and the employee who helped me was friendly, patient and helpful.Maybe other people have gone on an off day, which I’ll be on the lookout for. But so far, 5/5

My wife Beata lost her glasses and this LensCrafters was truly the best in South Florida. Jordan and Robert are true professionals at what they do. My wife had a prescription from France and everybody that I spoke to said, I would have problems. Not a problem if you go to LensCrafters in Broward Mall. One associate working.Wait time is unacceptable.The actual eye doctor is great.(Dr. AU) But every other aspect is aweful.If you do get anyones attention on the floor, they will attempt to upsell you features even after you tell them you do not want them.How this dump stays in business is a real mystery.I suspect its days are numbered.We will never return and I suggest you stay away as well. There are just too many other places to buy glasses without the hassle.Doctor Au, its time to abandon ship!

Customer service was not there. The place had 1 other customer yet no associate offered any assistance....no greeting at all. Hmmm why would I spend my hard earned money there?

The Dr side of the business is A++. The service from the Frames and Lens side of the business is A+. However, the Selection of frames was much less than I was expecting to see. They did have a decent selection of RayBan and Oakley, but in comparison to what is available, it was limited and niche. My only complaint is that they (Lens Crafters) Doesnt allow you to order frames online and have available at the store I visit. So, Im forced to either travel to a Lens Crafters that does have the frames Im interested in or, select from the inventory at that store.

Horrible service!!! One star, only because I couldnt rate with a negative star. The customer service is non existent. Eric, apparently a manager, brushed me off when I walked in, told me to have a seat and never came back. Another associate Robert Alvarez hesitated before to help me only to talk down to me, once I had to explain the issue for the 5th time today. He responded to me with grunts, not words, when I asked him not to speak to me in such a deamining tone. I became discouraged and asked when a store manager would be in. Its when Robert told me she will be in Sunday. Eric asked why. I said I was turned off by their attitudes, lack of service, and that neither seemed to care to assist me. He responds with I dont care. I am absolutely appalled by the lack of quality in associates and products. I will take my business elsewhere!!

Guy who greeted us said glasses would start around $450, didnt offer to show us any,clearly didnt want to be bothered,went to Cohens was like night and day.

Friendly and helpful employees! The nosepiece on my glasses were broken, and I went in and they fixed them for me super quick!

This is place has the worst customer service that I have ever seen. I walked in, no one acknowledge my presence. I waited 30 minutes, still nothing. Then finally, a rep became availabe and proceeded to help a woman who had just walked in. At that point, I just stormed off the store. I will never go back to that poorly run store.

This was my first time at Lenscrafters, but I was recommended to go to the this specific branch by some friends from work. I went in to get an eye exam and purchase new glasses. As soon as I entered I was welcomed and led to the back area where eye examinations took place by a young gentleman. He offered some great deals for brand named glasses and quality lens if I decided to purchase glasses after my eye exam. When I went to towards the back to get my eyes checked, a young man named Christian kindly helped me become adjusted to the eye examination process and thoroughly informed me on what my insurance covers and doesnt. I have been wearing glasses for more than half my life, and this was the first time I felt comfortable enough to come back to a store like Lenscrafters to have an eye exam done and to purchase new glasses. I highly recommend this Lenscrafters specifically because I ended up getting my glasses in an hour.

Horrible customer service, the same man who does the automated greeting(which is awful) by phone answers their line and is rude as can be. I dont have to see the guy to know how disgruntled and miserable he is. How hes still working there is a mystery but it apparently shows how the management in that office is a joke. I will be visiting another lenscrafters instead.
