They need another process in place to deal with covid. Maybe get a kiosk as well. Line is always wrapped around. Have gone 3x at diff hours on diff days. Youd make so much more money without 15+ people waiting outside. Imagine how many people walk away not wanting to wait. Waited 5 minutes until it was clear the line wasnt moving and brought our business elsewhere. Would love to shop here but you guys need to get it together and come up with a solution for a better customer experience.

They said that a kit of Pandora cleaning set has an extra cloth .. and they show to me. Meantime when I was paying $25 for the kit, they took a extra cloth away ( the menager of the store). When I asked for the clothes they said no is inside the cleaning cream. It was only one.No words ... disappointed

This store should be ashamed in their customer service skills. I came to this store looking for something specific as a gift. Upon entering the store, not one employee welcomed me nor gave me the information I might be waiting a little bit for assistance. I asked an associate for help looking for my item and at that point, was told it would be a few minutes. After seeing people come & go with their purchases, watching an employee stand at the register talking on her cell phone, and person after person receiving help, I asked if there was anyone to assist me and again told, it would be a few minutes. Why couldn’t the woman on her cell phone help me? Why couldn’t the woman organizing catalogs help me? Clearly, customer service isn’t a priority here. I have no idea if this store pays commission to employees, but I would rather purchase online because not one employee in the store provided me the experience I was hoping for. I left the store after 25 minutes without any product because still, not one employee helped me or asked what I was looking for.

I went to return a couple of items and my mother wanted to exchange the damaged earrings she bought. The young lady, Shaylyn, that was assisting us seemed to be having a bad day because she had a bit of an attitude when she was processing my return, and when I wanted to exchange one of the charms I bought on sale, she tried to get me to pay full price, she changed her tune when I made her aware of that and she immediately said she can fix that. With my mother she had trouble finding her order and assumed that the previous sales person had rung up the wrong pair of earrings. When she did eventually find the right order she tried to get my mother to exchange them for an expensive pair (the rose gold ones) and didnt try to find another solution, like having them ship to the store or recommending another pandora store that have it in stock. In the end, what resulted in this visit was not only a bad experience, but my mother returning everything she bought last week due to her baf attitude (also the fact that flung my mothers credit card back at her didnt make it any better). But well be back, however, next time well be requesting Stacy over Shaylyn for future purchases.

They are not organized at all I try to buy something for valentines i was in the big line and they were telling to order online for pick up I did so at 12:02pm is 11:20am almost 24 hours and my order is not ready and they said they can’t do anything they don’t even try to help me. The worst

I was there on 7/16, whenever I go Stacy has the best customer service ever. She makes sure I leave that store with a smile and satisfied with my purchase.

We had a great sales tech named Mikeal. He was very helpful and super polite. He answered all of my wifes questions and helped me to pick out the best gift for her. Overall it was a great experience.

I recently was gifted a bracelet from my boyfriend that was purchased from the pandora website that was very sentimental but he bought the wrong size, after receiving a complete NO from Pandora website Customer Service Representative the bracelet just sat in a box 📦 so I was very sad about it, I didnt want to give it away because of the sentiment behind it, so I reached out to the Westfield Broward Pandora store and after speaking with Alan he truly made me so ecstatic when he found the size I needed Alan is so gentle and caring to speak with and extremely empathetic to how I felt about the entire situation after doing his due diligence he made it happen for me, and had my bracelet shipped to his store and I was able to make the exchange as I am a very emotional person and I wear my heart on my sleeve this total experience has made me have a different insight about Pandora jewelry not only did he go above and beyond for me it basically became personal at that point because I am a very customer service oriented person and it looks like he is too thank you so much I really appreciate you between you and your store in Westfield Broward Mall I will never ever forget this experience and I will keep shopping with you guys as a matter of fact I was able to come in contact with Tanya the store manager and she was able to assist me with picking out a new charm so not only did I get my beautiful bracelet and its sitting on my wrist I also got a new charm that expresses me and my personality Thank you both for this wonderful experience it is a blessing that there are still people in this world who actually care and you both have expressed that thank you for your awesome customer service thank you for your empathy and thank you for seeing it from my point of view I really really appreciate you both!! ❤️❤️❤️

If I could give zero stars I’d feel like I was actually being honest. Stacy and Vivian were there this evening and Stacy was extremely rude. I came to return a bracelet I received 3 days ago, and was told at the Pandora I purchased it at that I could return it for refund within 30 days. When I went to return it with Stacy, she told me I could ONLY get store credit. When I showed her on the receipt where it says I can receive a refund within 30 days, she was adamant that I cannot. She was rude the entire time, condescending, treated me like an idiot, and was extremely unprofessional. I will NEVER come back to this location and I will discourage EVEYONE I know from coming to this location. Thank you.

The employees are completely and utterly inneficient in their work, I was in line for 1 hour and it didn’t move. They lost at least 10 customers who were tired of waiting in line to be served. Very disappointed

Would not purchase any more Pandoras jewelry because the sales person lied. I try to return my Pandora gold bracelet that I purchase in Tallahassee Florida I found out I can only return it to the Pandora store in Tallahassee Florida. This was an expensive purchase which cost me $200 and after reading the information on the bracelet found that you had to be very careful with the bracelet. I went to Broward mall to return it and the sales person showed me that I can only return it to the Tallahasse store. It was my mistake for not reading the receipt but this was after purchasing it 2 Days Later when I tried to return it to the store in Hollywood Florida. I have spent over $1,000 in the stores. And I will not buy any more Pandora.. Not happy with Pandora.!

Horrible customer service. I asked for 2 items, the employee spent approximately 45 seconds attempting to “locate” the items before telling me they didn’t carry them. I was visibly irritated and she put zero effort to turn things around. I asked for a manager and she was rude and sarcastic. I told her I would be leaving a review about my negative experience and she actually said “Go for it.” I left upset and very disappointed. I will NEVER be back to this location.

Worst Pandora store to come to. Understaffed around the busy holiday season. They have customers waiting in a line to purchase their charms. Associates are letting customers in one at a time, almost a 30 minute wait to even step foot inside of the store.

I am extremely upset with pandora....I bought the Ariel shell its an 80$ charm...and because it did not fit right it stripped the middle and now does not go on right...but they would not exchange it Because it was a little over the 30 day mark to exchange. Extremely upset I am finished with pandora and will no longer advise anyone I know to buy any more pandora items.
