The Peacok Queen engraving detail in the frame I got for a friend was a total success! She loved it!!! I wanted something special for the picture and they have a lot of options when you want to go unique and very personal. They did a very good job with the engraving. Customer service is awesome!!! Ive been there a couple of times, of course Ill be going back soon!

Nicole and the other employees here were SO accommodating and absolutely amazing! It was two days before Christmas, the store was packed and they were so patient and helpful to me and every other customer there! It’s been a long time since I’ve had customer service like this. Came here last minute for a gift. I need it a bottle engrave Daniel help me and had the bottle ready for me in less than one hour.Usually they need 24hr Daniel was kind enough to rush my order. I will recommend to all my friends ! Best service ever!Thank you Faniel

I was able to go in, order something nice for my gf and had it shipped to my home since the wait was too long during the holiday season. Nichole was the managers name that helped me I believe, she was helpful and polite.

If I could leave zero stars to this store I would. I was greeted by a very nice lady who’s name was Val. I had ordered online thinking it was going to be a little faster process to get my item. When I arrived she asked for my name and last name but unfortunately my item was not even started. Val went to ask a co-woker named Nicole and she just started screaming saying she had just gotten my order. That my order wasn’t the only one needed to be taken care of. That’s no way of treating or speaking about a customer. I waiting for another 30 mins and that when I asked again if my order was next. When they asked Nicole once more she got even more mad and started saying to give her the freaking glass. All mad and mumbling curse words under her breath and frustrated she went to do my order. I’m still standing in the store and she is still mumbling stuff under her breath to other coworkers about me. This is no way to treat a customer who is still standing in the store and can see all her facial and physical expressions. After this experience I would take my business somewhere else and would not recommend this store in Broward mall. I have never had such an experience with Things Remembered.

Great experience even though they were busy for Christmas. Tall African American gentleman was all over the place helping everyone he could with a smile on his face.

I went to the store and the store manager gave me excellent service! The next day I went and another employee named Andrea who had a bad attitude and had a terrible service offended me and did not want to look for one of my articles I had to go alone with only one and I call customer service and there was the same bad service, the only one who knows about customer service is the store manager.

I spent almost an hour in this store waiting for assistance only to be treated like I was a bother to the manager, who was the only one working. Customer service is non-existent in this store, especially when it comes to the manager! When I went to check to see if my $80.00 order was ready, not only was she annoyed but she had misplaced it and couldn’t find my work order or be products I had paid for. She blamed it all on stress. If the job stresses you out, by all means find a new one or get extra help. HORRIBLE! Will never ever be back!

Im sorry to have read that some of you have had bad experiences but, I just wanted write about the positive experiences Ive had each time Ive gone, which is close to three- four times a year. I coordinate a lot of events and award ceremonies for my job along with personal items for birthdays and holidays.Store Manager Barbara P. has always been very helpful and this last time, June 1st, I even had the pleasure of working with Max A.Each time the work, has been nothing short of impressive.I faithfully take my business for both work and personal engraving items to this store.Fyi- This store does have a high volume of traffic but not many stores have the items or provide the service that they do.*lol and no I do not work here, nor for the company 😊*

This is THE WORST store for customer service handling. The manager is a joke. She was annoyed ALL because I called to see if my order was ready. She told me I shouldnt call because I shouldve gotten an email confirmation...really? Sorry but I like to double check? Then when I got to the store she denied speaking to me on the phone and played stupid saying that mustve been someone else because I just got here right...what manager gets to her own store at 5pm when your store closes at 9pm. Im no idiot and I will tell you right now she WAS the person I spoke to on the phone and was EXTREMELY rude. Good job manager you just lost a customer due to your HORRIBLE human skills.

Worst Things Remembered ever!!!!! When I went there they said the item I wanted was last in stock, so I thought to myself how lucky. I was wrong!! They messed up my original engraving by putting a ~ symbol on the front with the persons name. I never mentioned to put any symbol on the item period. Then, the guy at the store said their shipment would be in tomorrow, so I can come pick up my item. He said he would call me for it. I never recieved a call, but I went to the mall anyway an hour before they closed. The guy then told me that their shipment was behind and I wouldnt be getting my item until next week. In other words, I wouldnt have been notified about the item if I hadnt gone into the store. I needed my item that week, so the guy called another store and said they would deliever the item to the original store the next day. I went back the next day, a lady said nobody delievered anything. After that day had gone, I tried calling the store to see if I could transfer my order or do something about this to get the item sooner. The lady on the phone said they finally had it, but was VERY sassy about the situation. I do not reccomend this store to anyone. Horrible customer service.

I felt like I was annoying the women who helped me. I regret getting my gift engraved and I feel like i am stuck with it. Not what I wanted at all! Bad customer service.

I had the worst experience today at Things Remembered at Broward Mall. The supervisor/manager is very rude and does not care about giving customer service! In addition, the customer service is horrible!!! I am never coming back to this store again!
