The offices were clean and organized. They did not rush me through the process of testing my hearing and going through the programming of my new hearing aids.Would recommend them in a heart beat. Great experience.

Patient and friendly staff, everyone is considerate. The doctor goes into explaining how and why she does what she does so the patient is informed. It made me very comfortable knowing she was competent in her field. Millie definitely cares more for her patients than her pocketbook, its great to see the medical field isnt just about numbers in this office.

Great hearing center, they are clear about everything plus for a 21 year old guy i didn’t feel taken advantage. They were doing everything to help me. The nicest people ever!

I was very satisfied with Dr. Van Dorn’s honesty. She is located in the Plantation office. Others tried to sell me a very expensive hearing aid which would not have helped me at all. Dr Van Dorn told me what the most I could achieve in a hearing aid based on my hearing loss. I was very happy with the choice of hearing aid she suggested. She was very patient with my ability to only read lips and she took her time in explaining everything to me. I would recommend her to anyone needing an honest opinion on what hearing aid would benefit them.

Ive been to the Hearing Center of Broward on several occasions at two different locations. Every time Ive been, Ive had a great experience. Everyone Ive interacted with, including office staff, techs, and doctors, have been very nice and helpful. Dr. Jennifer Van Doren, who Ive had the most experience with, was recommended to me by a family member. She is very knowledgeable, competent, helpful, and kind. They have been able to see me on short notice and have always been willing and able to correct any problems Ive had with fit from previous visits. The employees truly want to make sure their customers are satisfied and go the extra mile to ensure it. I highly recommend this business!

My husband had an appointment at the Plantation Office last week and and we went back today for a fitting. What a wonderful experience. From making the first appt with Ruth, who is very helpful and caring and an amazing front desk staff. Then we met with Jennifer Van Dorn who is the Audiologist. She is so knowledgeable and professional. Took her time with my husband and made sure he was comfortable putting on his hearing aids and learning how to care for them. I would HIGHLY recommend this location and staff. What a pleasant experience!!!!

I brought my elderly Mom in because I was told she needed new hearing aides. Ruth at the front desk was kind and caring both on the phone and in person.Dr Jennifer Van Dorn was an educated, sweet and knowledgeable person and made us both feel at ease. She could have easily automatically recommended new hearing aides but instead explained our options. She made some adjustments and spoke to us about the situation. Mom left with her same devices but a much better understanding of their use.I highly recommend the Hearing Center of Broward & Palm Beach and Dr Van Dorn.The center was professional, clean and I am thankful that we found them.

Extremely competent audiologist, supported by first-rate equipment and systems. Appointments and contact availability by phone are excellent.

Finally found a place for all my hearing needs. Dr Jennifer Van Dorn and Ruth took care of my hearing aid issue when no one else could figure it out. They gave me a temporary wire while waiting for my new hearing aid wire. Dr Van Dorn is so nice and giving with her time (was able to see her after my work hours both times). I will definitely be purchasing my next hearing aid from here!

I have been a patient of the Hearing enter for over ten years. First u der Dr Rahe and now Dr Vandoren. Both doctors al ok ng with other staff members are very helpful. They take the time to make sure you are happy with you hearing aids.when you need help or questions answered they make the time to help you.
