Dr was great. Professional and very sweet to my 95 yr old Grandmother. .

TERRIBLE: AVOID AT ALL COSTS.The day before the appointment they call me to tell me that the visit was just going to be my copay. I go there, the nurse sits me in front of a machine for what seemed like hours without telling me anything. I was in a super uncomfortable position. All that to take a scan of my sinuses. The doctor spent 2 seconds talking to me about my sinuses and tells me I should do allergy testing. Couple of weeks go by and I get a bill for $200! it was for that stupid sinus scan that I didnt even consent to. Then an even bigger bill comes in for the allergy test. I call the office manager and she says that is my responsibility and that I should have called the insurance. This goes on for months, long story short I offered to pay most of it and did it in good faith I then requested that the office manager talk to the doctor to remove the $200 charge. Never heard from them, I called multiple time, the manager was always in meetings, lunch, etc. Next thing I know I get a letter from collections for those $200. Terrible situation. Never again.

Would give 0 stars if possible. excessive over billing for a procedure that DID NOT WORK and follow up appointments that any reasonable doctor would have included, especially based on the price of the horrible surgery. two years later and they are still extorting money from me with little to no explanation. avoid this office at all costs or it will cost you greatly

Doctor was rude n did not explain my issue. made money off a test i didnt need! $800 dollars later and i still have the same problem i went in with. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE.

If you can do not go there. You will pay a lot of money on the same day for co-payment, and then you will get more surprise bills on the mail the next month.
