My grandma has been having trouble hearing for many years and so we decided that she should look into getting hearing aids. It was one of the best decisions we have ever made, I wish we would have got the hearing aids sooner! Nadine at miracle ear helped figure out what hearing aids were best for my grandmas situation and she also custom fit them to my grandmas ears perfectly. Good morning I am a new patient for NADINE at MIRACLE EAR I’d like to say on my first encounter with her it was very pleasurable very relaxing and very very nice to know that somebody’s not trying to sell her hearing aid but it’s more interested in me and in my hearing situation I did the hearing eval and it did come to pass I need his hearing aids and NADINE was very complementary as far as offering me what was available other one I did settle on ice and had asked if I could get one it I didn’t have to change the batteries because I have a tremor situation which she was very accommodating with she spent over an hour and a half trying to get a proper fitting because I’ve got an ear that turns a hard and I know right and she was very very patient and did a very good job

I bought hearing aids a few years ago and was very disappointed. Not from Miracle Ear. They never did close to what I expected of them. Then I met Nadine at Miracle Ear in Plantation. I ordered them at the end of November and she came to my home to deliver them and install something on my TV to make me hear it better. Not only do these aids do EVERYTHING I want them to do, but they are so easy to use. When I go into the office for service, both Nadine and Mariana are helpful and so pleasant to deal with. From the first time I visited this store I was made to feel like I was at home with people who put me at ease and treated me like family. This may not be important to many people but suffice it to say, when you’re feeling this welcome, you are open to whatever they’re selling. In any event, after the testing and during the demonstration, they had me sold.I’ve worn hearing aids for several years and these aids were the best ever. Blue Tooth, TV transmitters and charger, were almost like a dream to me.The after sale attention is, in itself, a selling point. They are always on top of cleaning and service schedules without me having to remember.Nadine, especially, has been there for me during the times I had questions regarding settings and what I thought were problems with the aids and she always had time to walk me through the resolution. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is in need of hearing aids.

Not to long ago, my grandma went here and came back telling me all the details. Before this appointment with Nadine, she complained about her hearing 24/7. Now, she hasn’t had a problem with her hearing and doesn’t ask “What?” every time I talk to her. All she could tell me was good things. The service was very helpful and now we know where to go next time!

I got hearing aids from Miracle Ear about a year ago. They replaced aids I got rom Costco, and what a difference. Not only is the product much better, but I cant say enough about the service. Nadine and Maiana are the best. Nadine even came to my home to install something to make me hear TV better. And on her own time, came to help me with my Alexa. Unfortunately, not everyone provides service like this these days. I will recommend them whenever possible.

Thankfully, it was a really good experience and my mom was in great hands. Everyone was really nice there. The woman who helped us was really friendly and reassuring. She made my mom feel so much better about getting hearing aids. I think her name is Nadine. She was very knowledgeable. She didn’t rush us and did a great job talking us through the process.
