Walmart jacked my car up. I took it for a simple oil change then my rear brake ended up locked up a few days later. Came to get my oil changed recently and they said whoever did my last oil change (Walmart!!!) used the wrong size pan and now I need a mechanic to fix it!!!

They said about 30 minutes for an oil change and they were done under 10 minutes.

Poor quality. The woman said it was a hour and a half. They said they could not fix the car and then they said it was fixed. They moved the seat. And they were gonna give us a truck tire.

Mechanics here are super knowledgeable and honest in helping customers make the right decisions. Im most impressed with their professionalism and fast turnaround time. Its a much better experience than Ive had at most other shops whether larger or smaller, franchised or independent.

The thing that separates good business from the rest is the steps they will take to correct mistakes and provide great service.I was provided great customer assistance today when I came in for a tire change. I had a bad experience a few weeks earlier when I booked an appointment and they sold my tires to someone else so I had wasted a trip to the shop. Today, the manager Mark and associate Emily Simmons addressed that mistake when I got my tires replaced. There was no arguing about the past mistake or blame avoidance. I didn’t ask for any special treatment. The manager volunteered to throw in the premium windshield wipers that I was going to buy as compensation for the old mistake.Thank you Mark and Emily, you were very kind and you will have a repeat customer with me!

According to their hours they are open but they didnt answer when I called twice. So I went there and there was no one at the desk and I rang the bell and after a while again and again and nobody was working apparently. Then I couldnt get out of the door because the person at the desk is supposed to open the door for you. They should hire employees that do their job or they are going to lose money paying people that dont and lose paying customers too.
