I absolutely love how you can come here and get your vehicle inspected without an appointment . I had to wait a little while but its way worth it. All the other garages were either booked up or out of inspection stickers. Very friendly staff very courteous environment here at Durochers Auto. I gave them 5 stars for excellence!!

We did a lot of research prior to visiting. Initially looking for a Wrangler. However, we found the Wranglers to small and too expensive. So we looked at Grand Cherokee’s. We found a good candidate. We sent an email regarding that vehicle. Chad provided a quick response and offered to set up an appointment. We arrived and Chad had several options. All were good choices but the initial vehicle was the best choice. After minor negotiations we bought the car. Delivery was smooth, and Chad showed us all the options. The service team found an issue with the gas fill tube and that part is ordered and will be installed when it arrives. Very positive experience. We will be back!!!

Really happy with my purchase of a new truck here, also equally happy with their service team. Sales was down to earth, easy to deal with, transparent and fair. The service people for my first service (just an inspection and tire rotation, I did my own oil change over the summer) were open and honest (no issues found in their multipoint inspection so they didn’t try to upsell something), seem trustworthy.

The salesman I worked with, Bob Durocher, was very accommodating and thorough during the whole process. Since then, I have been to the service department a few times for some service light and radio issues. They addressed all needs at no charge to me, well past the 60 day warranty. They even went above and beyond by picking up and returning my Jeep to my worksite for me. I would like to thank Lisa, Kyle, and they rest of the service team for their awesome customer service!

I ordered a Jeep on 01/25/2021. I was extremely happy with the first encounter with my salesman, Charles VanAuken.During the ordering process I would contact Charles throughout to see how the delivery was coming and he sent updates. However on March 3rd the vehicle was delivered off of the train into the rail yard. I was contacted by Charles to be made aware of the delivery and he said it should be delivered to the dealership shortly, as soon as they got it on a truck.About a week after I contacted Charles to see if it had been delivered to the dealership yet and he said nothing yet. This same senerio went on until the 17th when I contacted Charles confused why it was taking so long. He then told me over the phone that the Jeep had been updated as delivered on the 4th or March but they didn’t have it. He said they’d been trying to contact corporate for a week but weren’t able to locate the vehicle. The fact that I was kept in the dark about this was frustrating. I explained to Charles that I was frustrated with the lack of communication and asked why he waited so long to tell me there was an issue. He was rude on the phone, interrupted me, takes over me, and explained to me that I was not his only customer and the world didn’t revolve around my sale.I then reached out to Dennis Durocher the sales manager to explain my frustration. Within two days Dennis had found my Jeep and it was delivered to me on Tuesday March 23rd.Dennis did explain that a shipping company was used and this is who dropped the ball, but the communication and poor service from the salesman is why I will choose elsewhere in the future.

Service Department Monday June 22nd. Jamie Major Service Representative. My 2015 Jeep Renegades radiator fan was on its last leg and caused me to park it in a parking lot over the weekend. I sent Durocher a service request online to get an appointment 7 days later. Ouch! I gave Jamie a call, let him know what was going on and asked if the could fit us in sooner. Of course not knowing the service schedule my expectations were maybe 4 to 5 days later. To my surprise, Jamie gave me a call later that day (Monday) to let me know the Jeep was ready to go. Ive had my ups and downs with Durocher (trust me they know how I feel) but the service team has always been upfront and very accommodating. Thank you Jamie and team for the amazing service. I hope I dont need to see you soon but if I do I know I am in good hands.

Thank you so much for making my 2021 Jeep Wrangler a priority on Monday morning!My sister in law and I were 6 1/2 hours from home when the Jeep started acting funny and the check engine light came on... unfortunately for us it was a Sunday and nothing was open.We had it towed to your service center to be looked at in the morning.I received a call from the front desk before opening at 8am—-ask what the issue was and explained that they were short staffed but would have a tech look at as soon as he was finished with his current job. She even gave me a timeframe between 11-12. Fortunately for me, the tech looked and fixed(spark plug) by 1130 and we were able to get on our way back home!

Our vehicle looks exactly as it did before the accident. Work was completed timely and everyone we dealt with was friendly and understanding. We picked it up on the day promised and found it freshly washed and spotless.

So far so good! Got a really nice car for a decent price. I have not experienced the service center or anything but dealing with the sales team was definitely pleasant and Aric was a very nice man to deal with.

Hassle free service. Highly recommended.
