I was extremely happy with the service and guidance I got from Lori and her office. She helped me decide on the proper hearing devices with TruHearing, with excellent advice and understanding of my hearing issues.I have been wearing hearing aids for over 15 years, and started with Lori originally. She was great back then. As costs for replacements went up, I also went to other audiologists in the area who had the better deal. They were good also, but I am so glad to be back at Adirondack Audiology. Partnered with TruHearing as a supplier has been the perfect combination for both best quality and best pricing.

Coming from a long line of family with hearing impairments, I have experienced many different types of hearing aid care. I am extremely happy to be working with Dr. Laundrie. She is patient, explains things very well, and follows through with the care plans for myself and my children. Some of the services I have been happy with are; hearing test with aids to see their effectiveness, routine cleaning and care, follow up with various dispensers to help provide the best aids and the most affordable accessories needed. It has been very easy to schedule an appointment, and she is punctual. Dr. Laundrie is kind and patient with my children, and communicates with their school staff to make sure any concerns or issues can be addressed helping my kids to get the education and care they need. My family looks forward to continuing our hearing aid care with Dr. Laundrie and her friendly office manager, Kathy.
