Always treated with the utmost dignity and respect here. I have 70% hearing loss and needed my hearing aid reprogrammed. Time was spent checking my hearing and fixing my hearing aid. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this if you need hearing aids or batteries. They are state of the art. The office is gorgeous and immaculate inside. Kudos to them!

This is the most caring understanding place I have ever dealt with. Jeff and his employees are 150 % for the customers. They are so pleasant and calm people. I had purchased my hearing aids in Florida, he took care of the problems without hesitation. Now I live in Va. and still takes care of all the issues I have. I made an appointment because my right hearing aid stopped working. Jeff was beyond helpful. He fixed my hearing aid and cleaned the left one. He turned the volume up for me and he completed a hearing test on me. All for no charge. I told Jeff I have never been more comfortable with any of my audiologist as I did with him. I would highly recommend Pro Care hearing to anyone with hearing loss. Jeff goes above and beyond .

My Dad had been going to Pro-Care for years for his hearing aids. Then my husband needed hearing aids and Jeff was very helpful and now that I needed hearing aids when I found it difficult to hear when I was on the phone with someone, Jeff was there to help me get the right fit. You are always greeted with a smile. There were even times when we just stopped by without an appointment to see if a minor adjustment could be made and they took us right in. I have been going to Pro-Care Hearing for 4 to 5 years now. I find the staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful (always with a smile). The funny thing about this is that my hearing aids were provided to me from Veterans Hospital in Albany, N.Y. Jeff and his team have always taken great care of the many challenges that I come to them with. The office is top notch and brand new clean. Just a very welcome place to go to for all your hearing care needs.Of all the times that I have been there, they never charged me a penny for all the professional help they always provide me with.When we got hit with the Covid Virus the office was closed and I left a message due to an issue I was having and Jeff called me on a Sunday and waited for me to bring my hearing aids in for repair. Pro-Care Hearing is the perfect name for this establishment. They truly care about their patients. My elderly father was admitted to the hospital with covid. Unfortunately, he had lost his hearing aides and was struggling to communicate. Pro-Care provided immediate replacements and support. I cannot thank them enough.

Omg what a difference in having two hearing aids!! Plus being Bluetooth!!! It has change my life. I can hear my car running. So many times my husband would come in and say Bonnie you left the car running!! Lol Also everyone is so wonderful in Plattbburgh and they explain everything to you and not rushed. These guys are professional and well organized! Im a Canadian whose been traveling down there for years. If you buy your hearing aids there, they dont charge for cleaning, adjustments, etc. Highly recommend.

Moms hearing aid got broke in the nursing home. I took it here and even though she did not get it here they fixed it and cleaned it on the spot.
