Ive been with Champlain Audiology since the beginning. Am always more than satisfied. Recently had an appointment with Jessica for a dome problem. She found the source and got me on the road again quickly. I was given a quick appointment date to start. So, great service, great results, wonderful product, what more could one ask for?

Three years ago I was referred to Dr. Macner by a trusted friend and I have had a great experience with her and her staff. Dr. Macner is very knowledgeable and thorough and I especially appreciate the time she takes to understand your concerns and answer your questions. When you are there, she is focused on you. Her questions and feedback are thorough. I’ve never felt rushed. The office is well organized, little to no waiting which is also much appreciated. Her staff take the time to explain things and makes the insurance process is efficient. Dr. Macner and her staff are very professional and genuinely caring.

I went there on a recommendation of my physician. I was rather reluctant at first, as I thought I was going to be given a hearing test, told my hearing was not the best and have to endure a sales pitch for hearing aids. The audiologist was very professional and very upfront and frank with me. She did not give me the hard cell as I expected and was extremely honest as to the condition of my hearing. She did not push the sale of hearing aids on me, even though I know I need them.

I cant say enough about the service I always receive from Champlain Valley Audiolgy. Every staff member is courteous, friendly, patient and helpful. On my last visit, for a fitting of new hearing aids, Sharon spent over two hours working with me to be sure the aids were adjusted properly and that I would understand everything I needed to know to be sure I would be getting the maximum benefit from them. She scheduled a follow up appointment to answer and questions I might have in adjusting to them. I have been a patient there for many years and have never had a complaint about the way I have been treated. I rate them on a scale of 10 at the top.

I have always received the very best of care at Champlain Audiology but this past week gets the prize! I was ONE HALF HOUR LATE (& usually Im early.) Donna was happy to see me! Best experience and very informative of all my options for hearing aids.

No games, no guessing, They provide just what they advertise. Real service and the best danged hearing you could not believe you were missing! My 4th audiologist group, and until I die, my last. I could go on, and on, but if you dont get it by now, you are probably visually impaired as well. Now if I could just find an eye Doctor as good as these Ladies are!
