I went to store in Pleasant Hill at lunchtime thinking I would have a long wait. The store was full of customers, but I had no wait at all as Albert, the customer service person, had just finished with a customer. He was very helpful with my request and questions. I felt that together we arrived at the best deal of many possible after hearing my needs. I have used this location in the past and have been happy with my experiences as well as with AT&T.

Daniel was incredibly helpful today when I purchased a new phone and phone plan. For someone who considers herself technically challenged, Daniel made the process a breeze. He is knowledgeable and honest. I will return to him for additional business.

David was extremely knowledgeable and very patient in answering all our questions. Highly recommend him. Also, passed on compliments to his supervisor.

Went in to get help setting up my sons new iPhone, greeted by James at the front door - he immediately understood what I needed and how to help me. He graciously spent 10 - 15 minutes walking me through the parental controls process. He was friendly and accommodating throughout. Honestly in this day and age it was a wonderful experience:) Thank you James!

I went in today and was nervous that upgrading my phone would take a while given that it’s a Saturday, but I was checked in right away and seen within 5 minutes after that. Albert helped me today and he was truly the best. Super friendly, helpful and made this upgrade easy and stress free, and most importantly, super quick! I would 10/10 recommend Albert to anyone. He’s very knowledgeable and can go into as much or as little detail as you want with your best interest in mind. I left with a great deal, even better than I had prior to coming in today. Eva was training with Albert and she was also very friendly and attentive.

I am really satisfied with the customer service o received today from Tammy. She went above and beyond to help me with picking the phone of my choice. Fraud Warning!!! Beware, they established an internet account with my name, address, and social security number without my authorization. I am not even a AT&T customer, I went in to change my cell phone plan. I have been on the phone with AT&T for 4hrs and have spoken with the fraud and identity theft department, the loyalty dept., and the retention department. To add insult to injury, this store established a pass code and security question without my authorization. So basically I cannot contact AT&T by phone to close the account because I do not have that information. Now I have to go in person to the store to reset the security pass code and question just to cancel a unauthorized account. This is criminal activity. I will be reporting this store. Stay away!!!!!

I had a pleasant visit with William. He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. I haven’t had great experiences at other stores, so I’m glad I had such a pleasant interaction. I will definitely be coming back to this store. William was super helpful with helping my family and I upgrade our lines. He was very informative and for every problem we had he had a solution. I’ve been to multiple AT&T locations and by far he’s given us the best service. 10 stars!!

She talked me through what she was doing, As she was assessing my phone she gave me information on what I can do to storage my pictures and videos that would save space on my phone. Thank you Taya! Taya also did a 1 week follow up call to see how my phone was working ( wow )… so not only did she fix my phone, I also left there with information on how to keep my pictures and videos and save space while doing it.If your phone or your device need service i recommend you go see Taya and tell her La sent you lol.
