Ray is knowledgeable, direct, honest, and fast. Not the qualities you would find in a lot of repair shops. He reassured me that some of the problems I came to him with are not worth spending money on, and gave me a good account of things that were actually wrong with the car. He finished earlier than expected, too. This is a one-man shop, which has its pros and cons, but I recommend this place overall.

Ray is honest, fast, reasonably priced and just a nice & very knowledgeable guy.

From start to finish, Ray put me at ease. The whole entire time he was so accommodating and not once did I ever feel scared or nervous with what he was going to quote me. He doesnt pull teeth to try and get you to get more than whats needed to be done. I came in for a timing belt and full inspection for my 100k tune up and the process went smoothly. He is 110% professional in what he does. Ray knows what he is doing and is friendly, genuine and professional in every aspect. My family and I will no longer have to search around when it comes to our vehicle maintenances.

Ray is an amazing mechanic. His honest feedback is very rare to find. Our car broke down while we were visiting San Ramon on a work trip. We towed our car by the nearest mechanic shop without knowing Ray or anyone else. I have to say we were very fortunate! He met with my husband that morning and took care of our car in short 3 hours and we were off to hit the road again. Highly recommend him for any car repair.
