The posted hours are wrong, but you should count yourself lucky if you arrive when they are closed and you go elsewhere.First the worker kept on trying to drive my car with the parking brake still engaged, revving the engine high trying to overpower the brakes, until I told him to stop. The oil change took over half an hour once in the bay, I felt bad for all the long line of cars behind me as they only do one at a time. To top it off the worker smeared oil inside my car before leaving it in neutral with no parking brake.

Its best to call before you go to make sure theyre not closing early and have time to service your car. Today I had called another location that had already closed at 3pm due to being short staffed. I called this location and they said they could take my flat repair. When i arrived about 20-30 min later i was told theyre not taking anymore cars they have to close at 4 because theyre short staffed. I was upset because I called and they said they could. The technician i spoke to remembered me calling and said he would take me. I appreciated that very much. There were just 2 technicians working and 4 or 5 cars to service. It was only about 30 mins before they started repairing my flat considering.. They finished 3 while i waited.It is frustrating, but it isnt the technicians fault theyre short staffed. So try to be a little understanding. Call ahead to see if theyre closing early, if they have time to service your car and expect to be waiting a while for it to be done. To me, the road hazard warranty makes it worth it to me to get my tires from Walmart and im actually rather pleased with the services ive received.

I got there 5 minutes before open for a simple oil change, and even though I waited about 20 minutes for their opening service worker to start, the service recieved was excellent. He was very friendly, courteous, polite, and gave me a realistic time expectation for the work to be completed. He even made sure the oil light was reset, which is unfortunately quite difficult for my vehicle model. When my vehicle was ready, the woman at the checkout was friendly and efficient. All in all, I would definitely do business here again, just make sure you get here early before the line is too long.

I saw so many bad review for here, but my case was quite good. The staff was kind, and oil change price was good. (Oil change for High mileage $35, and Injection $10, total $45).

I feel so silly writing a review for Walmart knowing that Walmart could give two cents (but not even) about Yelp reviews, but this has to be the worst customer service Ive ever seen or experienced.This review is only for the Automotive center. I brought my car in on 1:30 pm on a Sunday. Worst time to bring it in? Probably, but I accepted the fact that it would take 3+ hours. Check in was fine, told me that the wait would take 2 hours.I come back at 430, wait for 30 minutes for the people behind the counter to figure out which was my paperwork and keys (which again, was fine they were nice enough about it). Finally its my turn to pay and they tell me THEY DECLINED MY SERVICE. 3 hours ago, you couldnt tell me that? Alan, the automotive manager so rudely explains that this is part of protocol blah blah which is totally fine, but please dont be so rude about it? Your customer wasted 3 hours just to find out that no service was done, and youre the one to be rude about it?We called for the Assistant Manager of the store, which we only found because I called the store and asked for the Assistant Manager, Michael, (I guess calling via phone is faster than calling on an intercom? Who knew). He was polite yet useless, got nothing out of it except Alans manager will be notified for this training opportunity.TLDR: Wasted 3 hours to not get my car serviced, Alan the automotive manager was rude AF and I will never shop at a Walmart ever again (like they would care, but I like to feel like Im sticking it to the man)

Tire blew out on Thanksgiving. No one was open. Finally tried Wal-Mart Automotive. They were closed because of Black Friday. I asked if I could just buy a tire so we could get to my daughter’s first Thanksgiving. He said they could sell us one but not install it. I get there and they have the tire, but no rim. They don’t sell rims and you need a machine to put a tire on a rim. He saw the look of defeat on my face and told me if I could bring him the blown out tire he would put the new one on the rim. These guys were absolute life savers and are the reason I am thankful today!

Don’t waste your time don’t come to here. Very slow the staff is not working only wasting the time. I come for only oil change 2 hours ago and still I’m waiting. It really need the new management and more staff.

This is possibly the worst auto store that I have ever visited in my life! Yes - they are literally trying to force customer out of the store by laying out expectations and comments like, dont bother dropping your vehicle unless you are willing to wait for hours and that is without knowing the reason for my visit. Go to Walmart but for sure avoid the auto department.+tried calling them 10s of time but no one picks up the phone.

Gave car for oil change. Package includes vacuuming, windshield cleaning. Even though I explicitly mentioned that no cleaning happened last time and it should happen this time, asked for it when I got pick up call, asked for it while picking up call, still cleaning hasnt happened. Unbelievable why would you put that as package inclusion if you cant do that.

I got my oil changed and they broke my dip stick. I had to go to a real mechanic and thank God he was able to retrieve it from my engine. Then I was stupid enough to buy tires there and have them installed. At a later date I returned to have a slow leak fixed and they told me they could not remove my tire because the lug nuts were rounded. I told them they were the only ones to ever touch the lug nuts. They said there was nothing they could do for me and the guy I talked to handed me a business card for his friend that owned an auto repair shop in San Ramon and said mabe he can get them off do youself a favor and dont bring your car anywhere near this place!

3 calls to the tire department, the first two I waited while it rang for 5 minutes each. The third time I waited 3 minutes, they picked up the phone you could hear some background noise then they hang up. Im already thinking this was a bad idea to buy tires and have them installed here. I really should have read the review first. The manager of this department should be fired, I highly suggest new senior management for not making moves based off the reviews the store is receiving.

Today I went there at 1030 for a pair of new tires. I was given an estimated time of 2 hours and when I came back in 2 hours my car had not even moved yet. I waited and shopped in the store wand I asked them at 2 hours when is it going to be in there and the guy sorta want to ignore me. I kept waiting and it took like exactly 5 hours before my car was even worked on. The manager thanked me but not apologized for me spending 6 hours today in the store. I am very disappointed on the crew. They are lazy and they should be fired. I think another set of people might work better in this place. Worst day ever

Lube opened half hour late due to staff quitting or calling in sick last minute. This happened 3 mornings in a row when I showed up at 7 am. Which I was told was their least busy time with typically 1 car waiting.

I would give this a zero-star if I could. I came in for a battery changed they told me it would be a 4 hour wait unless I come in when they open at 7am. So next day I am there at 6:50. The cashier didnt even come until 7:15, and a technician didnt start on the car till 7:45 they had no technician available. I asked him when the technician was supposed to come in and they told me while hes supposed to be here at 7 no accountability .
