Excellant staff and products. Skin care without needles, whats not to be excited about. Prices are a little higher then some products, but so is the quality. Sometimes special offers help with the price. People always pleasant even when you dont purchase anything.
Wow, I know there were a few negative reviews here, but these people are really helpful. My skin is super sensitive and have lived with this condition for awhile. Its hard for me to find a solution, and they made my skin feeling normal. I dealt the pressure of sales at the end, but they knew what they were talking about for my skin. I bought one of their products, and cant say I regret it.
The Forever Flawless products Ive tied are fabulous. Pricy, but worth it if you can afford them. They have really made a difference in my skin tone, texture and signs of age. The customer service at the store is amazing as well!
Michael was great at explaining the Product to me. Also showed me step by step how to use the product. I would recommend for everyone to try this at be flawless forever in Pleasanton. And thanks again Michael.
I love Forever Flawless Line!!This store is simply awesome, the staff is very nice and knowledgeable, gave me great tip for my skin and showed me the best way to use the Blue Diamond Collection and the Platinum Collection.Highly Recommended!!
I was passing by the store n was pulled inside for trying the stuff after which i was pushed by the sales girl Sophia to buy the stuff. It was certainly a sale which i was forced into. She asked me to buy stuff for $1500 n give me items worth $500 for free. But she charged me for $2200. After getting out of the store when i realized that did not get what was promised. I went to the store the very same day to return the whole stuff but they refused to take the merchandise n refund the money. They told me that the they did not have any return or refund policy. The sales staff is very pushy n force people to buy stuff which is super expensive.
The sales people here are super pushy. I was offered a free treatement with their infrared machine which cost over $7000. When it became obvious I was not going to buy it, the sales guy became very insulting saying all the years I’ve been using other products for skin care was the same as me taking the money and flushing it down the toilet. He said it’s only genetics that has saved my skin not any product that I have used. I had already bought their cosmic wrinkle plumper before the treatment. I tried to return it today and guess what no returns allowed only store credit. Why would I want to do business with a store that insults you ? DON’T PATRONIZE THIS STORE 😱😢😭.
I enjoyed the products. I can be easily influenced to buy stuff, but when its quality products, than I can understand. Apparently, haggling is an option.
I dont know the first thing about this stores products. However, I can speak to their aggressive marketing. Yesterday, I was walking past the store with my wife when a man from the store walked out of the store to give my wife a free sample. She said no, but the man persisted. So I told her to just take it so we could leave. Unfortunatley, when she turned to take the sample, I continued walking expecting her to catch up. When she took the sample, another man came out and physically grabbed her and started pitching her on their products. My wife was not aggressive and did not want to be rude, but she objected. Despite this, one of the men - while standing outside of the store - put cosmetics on my wifes face. My wife was shocked, but did not know what to do because he had a grip on her. As she tried to wipe off the cosmetics, he pulled her off the walkway outside and into the store and sat her in a seat and continued the routine. Then he asked her if she wanted to buy the products. She said, no and he angrily demanded to know why. Once free of his grip, she rushed out of the store at which point, I had turned around and walked back. By that time, she was shaked and just wanted to leave the mall entirely so I didnt take up the matter with the two men.My understanding from others is that this aggression is commonplace for this store. I cant comment on the veracity of that claim, but I can with confidence state that the two men in that store treated my wife with little to no respect bordering on assault.
I was accused of stealing when asking for a replacement of the nail buffer pad (which I was told I could get when I bought the nail kit!). They demanded for my receipt, the kit, and where I bought it. They were incredibly rude and aggressive. The parent company is APPAULED with their behavior, is sending me a brand new kit (I didn’t ask, they insisted!) and will be bringing up their bevahior with the Stoneridge mall management group.
You get what you buyIf you want smooth, radiant, and healthy looking skin you have to buy the Diamond infused Face Lifting Serum! It worked right away for me and hasn’t stopped!
I purchased the Diamond Infused Cleansing Complex from the Stoneridge store, and have no complaints. I will purchase again when I run out.
Taking off makeup has never felt better using this product! It removes and leaves my skin feeling soft and clean
Pushy marketing made me very uncomfortable.
