The service is more than excellent, and the lady is soooo nice! My glasses (a different brand) need a new screw, and the lady just did it for me for free. I didnt even get my glasses from her store at all. Thank you so much!

Walnut Creek is so nice and helpful... I assumed it was a store thing but IT IS NOT!! This store is rude and would not honor their own return policy of 90 days.

Great sunglasses that are pricey but can be bought on sale!

This store has no ethics. They have been constantly lying about their system being down for past 3 weeks and that they are unable to process any refund whatsoever, in reality their system was able to process refunds made by credit card purchases. Made me visit their store 3 times and finally i had to return them at Livermore outlet sunglass hut.They dont value for customers time just to meet their sales numbers. Call them to talk to their manager/supervisor and they was just avoiding the calls, am going to report this matter to the corporate as well.

Crazy lady who works here, the most unprofessional customer service I’ve experience from any store. For paying $400, buy from Nordstrom’s. Avoid this place!
