Would’ve given a negative 3 if it was an option.Strongly discourage anyone from getting an extendedwarranty from Furniture & Appliance Mart—- wait timesfor a technician to even look at your appliance areunrealistic——a month wait this time…Then it will likely be an additional 2-3 weeks to get a part& another week or two to actually get repair once part isin…….so essentially 2-3 months wait for repairAsked if they would fund an area technician to service it since the wait is so long… Megan said she’d check with her manager & get back to me. 4 days later no call—- so I call Megan &am told no—they can only use ‘their technicians’ ——but they could put me on their cancellation list.What BSLast appliance I’ll purchase from them—- their service is a joke!

We had an extremely positive experience with a purchase in this store. Prices for Labor Day Sale were incredibly attractive. Thanks to very professional, knowledgeable and friendly help of Andy we ended up that day with a new couch, which we totally didn’t plan to purchase as we stopped at the store unexpectedly and for the first time. We definitely will be back in future. Great selection for both classic and modern interiors.Andy, thank you again for your time and professionalism!

NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR.....more like a -5 .tonight my husband and i went looking for a new dishwasher.... and was working with Jason the assistant manger. He was short very disrespectful, EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. As a repeat customer to Furniture and Appliance Mart we are considering to never make a purchase there again. This was the worst experience we have ever experienced in our lives. Jason should not be in customer service peroid . NOT managment material he is a bad example .

Horrible Customer Service!!We ordered a fridge- last one they had in July of 2020. It took one month to get it delivered - upon delivery both the fridge and freezer door were damaged with scratches along with small dents. We reached out that day- As of today, 10/20/2020- two months later, we have not received the new doors as promised, or ANY communication from ANYONE at this company. We were forced to correspond through text messages-with no updated reply. No answer to emails, and when you call, they transfer you. We acknowledge we are in a pandemic, but I feel we have been more then patient at this point.I would NOT recommend this company, and will not be purchasing anything there in the future. They have lost our business entirely. Completely dissatisfied at every turn with Furnature & ApplianceMart!

We bought our dishwasher over a month ago and have had no problems with it. During the process of trying to figure out what one would work best for us the team at Furniture & Appliance Mart were extremely helpful. I visited the store on 3 separate occasions before we made a decision. The staff was great every time and we will definitely be returning for future purchases.

My experience with Furniture & ApplianceMart was extremely frustrating to say the least. My 3 year-old LG refrigerator (4 door) died last October. I lost hundreds of dollars of food. It took many calls to the service department to finally get a repair person. Of course they had to order a part which took at least 3 weeks. The second repair person actually started a fire in the refrigerator. But, he was honest with us and explained the problems with LG refrigerators at the time. We had to live out of coolers while taking care of 2 young grandchildren. My husband and I stopped at F & A to talk with the manager and let them know how upset we were with the repair service. The manager was extremely rude and arrogant. The woman who answered the phone in the service department was also very rude and unfriendly. All we wanted to hear was, Im sorry this happened. I will look into it. Instead we got many excuses and almost seemed like they blamed us for having the LG quit working. In the end it took almost a month to get our refrigerator working again. Although I believe in shopping locally, I will NEVER set foot in that store again.

Would give 0 starts if possible. Unethical, immoral, dishonest sales people that dont stand behind their claims. Customer service is non-existent. Scheduling a delivery is IMPOSSIBLE if you have a job. Went to buy an Ashley living room set I found online and thought I would support a brick and mortar place rather than an online store. Sales person would not even try to price match what I had found online. Instead would only go on about how long of a lead time there was and how no one is in your corner when purchasing furniture from the online merchants. Continued to go on about some custom furniture that they had and it only had half of the lead time. Went home to think about it and do some more research on the online merchant. Went back to the store to try and negotiate a price that I could afford for the custom furniture and local support. Was trying to get a price within $1000 of the set I wanted. Sales person went to see what they could do and came back with a price of only $800 more. Get to the paper work portion and he had left off 2 of the items that I had requested. Im guessing to try and make me feel like I was getting a deal. Add on those two items and now Im $1100 more than the set I wanted when I walked in. Sales person continued to promise that he would personally be following up on the order and let me know if anything changes. Fast forward to delivery. Called the Friday before my scheduled Monday delivery to make sure things were getting delivered on Monday Sept 21st. Was told the furniture was now scheduled for delivery the week of October 12th. Fast forward to Oct 12th. Called to confirm the date of the delivery and am now told that delivery is delayed unitl Oct 20th but dont worry its not a big deal its only a couple more days. On top of the already extra three weeks. Customer service continues to tell me this is a Manufacturing delay and there is nothing they can do about it other than give me a gift card for in store use. When I pointed out and asked about their lack of communication and how it took me calling to find out the furniture was not getting delivered they tried to claim that one of their representatives did atempt to call me on the 8th of September and there is nothing more they can do. I have 2 missed calls and NO voicemails that day. Neither of which trace back to Furniture and Appliancemart and no missed calls from either number the next day trying to follow up their missed call. Fast forward to today October 19th. I HAVE NOW WAITED AS LONG AS I WOULD HAVE FOR THE CHEAPER FURNITURE I WANTED AND!!!!!!! I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL TELLING ME MY FIRNITURE IS DELAYED. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A TEXT, EMAIL OR CALL TO CONFIRM DELIVERY ON THE 20TH. I dont even want the furniture anymore, I just want my money back and for this TERRIBLE experience to be over.Update as this was all written at lunch time. I finally received an email to confirm delivery for the 22nd. That will now be the 4th day I will need top make arrangements to be available for delivery.

Bought a dining room set in October 2018. Only used for Holidays and gatherings. Two nights ago. A guest sat down on the chair and a piece snapped and my guest went down. Called the store, they won’t stand behind their products. While the warranty was expired, this piece is only a little over a year old. Chairs should not collapse from rare use in a little over a year. I’ve always shopped Mittens and now I know why. Lesson learned.

Giving this store a one star is being generous. Our washing machine and refrigerator were struck by lightning and it took three weeks to schedule the first service call which was scheduled for September 1st. We received a call on August 31st letting us know a tech was not available and we had to reschedule to September 2nd. This left two days for us to make arrangements for someone to now be at the house on September 2nd for a four hour timeframe because we could not get an approximate time.The tech determined we needed new parts and we received a text message from Furniture and Appliancemart with the price of the parts and asked us to call or e-mail them with approval to order parts noting payment must be paid to proceed. We called with payment the next day and it took two weeks for us to get another service date. In that two week time I tried calling management and not one person returned my call.I then called the service department again and waited on hold for 35 minutes to schedule the second service appointment for the next week. The refrigerator was repairable but the washing machine needed an additional part. This last service call was six weeks after the initial phone call.We again received a text with the repair cost for the additional part and payment was requested to proceed. I sent yet another e-mail asking what this meant. Someone did finally get back to me to let me know that the repair of the washing machine would cost more than the washing machine is worth. They asked if they could quote me a price and I reluctantly agreed. They also indicated we could get a special discount because of the service we received. I was naive enough to think that they actually wanted to make this experience better. They promised a call or e-mail back the next day. It was three days later and I hadnt heard anything so I called and asked for them to come pick up the parts and washer that I was going somewhere else. Please keep in mind the parts have never been used. They refused to refund the cost of the parts noting they were nonrefundable and also indicated they would not be able to offer any special discounts and if we wanted to purchase from them the cost on the website is what we would need to pay.This company only has good customer service when you are purchasing from them. We are now going on seven weeks with no washer and are out $413.64 and this all could have been prevented if someone from their company had the common courtesy to return a phone call and help us through the process. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Update: Dishwasher broke once again and once again it’s like pulling teeth to get it fixed. Also was told it hasn’t broken enough to get an exchange. It has broke 3 times now. I have also been ignored 2 different times now. NEVER getting anything from here again.We bought $4,000 worth of appliances from them. Dishwasher was broken WHEN WE GOT IT! Told us it would be a month before someone could come look at it. Called and complained because it was leaking all over, and someone came out and “fixed” it. Leaks water EVERYWHERE STILL! Called and they said they needed to order parts and it would be a couple weeks. Parts came in but now they are saying it will be a month before anyone can come fix it! Called and complained again and got no where. I shouldn’t have to wait 2 months for a dishwasher to get fixed when it shouldn’t have been broken when we got it, and the parts are in but sitting there. Ridiculous! Highly recommended NOT getting your appliances here! I just want my money back for the dishwasher at this point.

We purchased an entire living set including a tv. When our lift table and end table were delivered they were both damaged and scratched. UPON ARRIVAL!!! They denied our claim because we have animals. UPON ARRIVAL they were already damaged. What does are having animals have to do with that??? These people are a joke!!! I called customer service and they sent out a technician. He didnt fix anything. When I called a week or so later I was told he took several pictures of the damage. They also said several parts needed to be ordered, but there were so many they were just looking for a new table. How does it go from that to our claim being denied?

Great customer service until it comes time to actually deliver your purchase. We confirmed our delivery date when we purchased our oven, picking a date that we would specifically be home. The week of delivery (4 weeks later) we received a text stating that we needed to click a link to confirm delivery. When we clicked the link and it took us to a webpage with no buttons or anything, so we thought everything was good to go. We called Furniture and Appliancemart the day before delivery to check on our delivery time. Apparently they cancelled our delivery because we never confirmed it. Now they wont even give us a date or time for redelivery. Extremely disappointed!

Not very good! Ordered our bed, frame, and table. June, 17th. Got bed and table. Frame was and still is the hiccup! July 31st delivery completed. With the delevery crew forgetting to add all necessary screws, August 3rd it broke!!! Then calling and trying to get it replaced August 15th a guy shows up and adds screws and says we will get a new frame. Great news right?! September 17th and still waiting for that! But hey they gave me a credit on the $99 delivery charge for my troubles!

Absolutely horrible service when your having issues with your new appliance. You would expect a brand new stove to work. Then you get to deal with waiting weeks for a service tech who didnt get right part to make repair, then wait another month and still its not repaired. You call several times and get the run around. Almost 2 months... still no working oven. Not acceptable.per Companys response I sent and email 2 weeks ago...still nothing. Seeking a full refund and they are just giving me the run around. We had to buy a new stove elsewhere.

I arrive just at closing to pick up my promotional item. No one comes by for 15 minutes and they tell me its too late. Of course its too late, no one would help me for 15 minutes! Wasted my work break just to get told the back of the store is too far to get my pillow.
