There are certainly stores with more selection, and covid has been hard on everyones inventory. But this is a local store with good people who will tell you the truth and who service what they sell.

These fine people sell quality refurbished and new products. My dryer was refurbished and washer was new. They service any brand you have and make house calls for a very affordable price! Ive been very satisfied with them over the years and so will you!

Another small town type of business that I love to support

My business has bought no less than three whole houses worth of appliances from here in the last 18 months, but when I called for a repair to one of my personal appliances (admittedly bought elsewhere), I was told they wouldnt (not couldnt) help me because they didnt want to. Apparently they felt they wouldnt make enough money on that one service call to make it worth their time. Really disappointed in this level of service from a local shop.

KP was SO great to work with! The freezer portion of our refrigerator went out so we needed a new refrigerator. We had a tight space to fit one in so we didnt have many options. The great folks at KP sold, delivered, and set it up the same day so we didnt have to risk the refrigerator portion going out over the weekend! My kiddos enjoyed watching and talking to you guys as you delivered and set up too! Thank you folks for going out of your way to help us out! We will definitely be back soon!

HORRIBLE customer service. Extremely rude. Called to buy a part from them, said we had the part out and our dishwasher taken apart. We gave him the part number we had and he stated that that wasnt a part number. I asked where we could find the part number and he stated he wasnt going to argue with us. I informed him that I had the part in my hand and I could look on the part for the number. He stated he had been doing this for a long time and we didnt have the part number. Again we were just wanting assistance with finding the part number for us to buy the part, if possible, from KP Appliance.

OK, i dont do reviews unless they are golden. Polishing cloth in hand, I am beyond pleased with this business. I was referred there by good friends who said, they have always worked out well for us, sometimes they just have to fit you in between. We have a Bosch dishwasher, from Lowes, have always loved it but had a water backup issue. Even though not their fave to work on, KP gentleman came out and gave it a look, did 3 things to it. Said itll work now. It has never worked this well even when it was new 4 years ago.It was off balance in some way. This is supposed to be super quiet machine and it wasnt bad. NOW it is whispering its way through the heaviest cycle. Still working on getting washing machine part but am sure it will be fine in the end. Proof again, local business with people who care, the best.

KP is much better to work with than the big box stores if you are going to be ordering appliances. We built a new house and they worked seamlessly with our builder to get our appliances in on time. They will also service our appliances if the need ever arises.

Nice lady waited on me but did not have what I wanted

I guess I am blown away at all of the good reviews of this business! Because my experience has been the total opposite.I called three weeks ago for my refrigerator to be repaired and its still not repaired and not once have they called me to give me an update as to whether or not the part needed came in or what to expect. All follow up has been on my behalf.And today when I called for an update the gentleman that answered was no gentleman! He was rude and gave me attitude when I expressed my surprise at that three weeks had gone by and nothing has happened. It seems he didnt want to hear my opinion at all! No, expression of understanding or were sorry but were doing the best we can... He had the audacity to tell me I can go somewhere else if I dont want to wait anymore. He said this to me about 4x until I stated, I never said that sir! Am I really supposed to wait 3 weeks and then start this process over again with someone else?Im blown away at the rudeness, lack of customer service and lack of genuinity and concern that both the woman answering the phone and now the man answering the phone have shown us. What a way to treat your new customers! New to Wisconsin, new to town! We are no longer customers and sadly, they seemed happy about it when my husband cancelled based on principle of the matter.

The lady who orders parts is very knowledgeable, helpful and very nice. The parts come in correctly and quickly. Great place to do business.

Literally a horror story. A friend of mine took my washing machine to be assessed and dropped it off. They had said they would let us know the issue and price. Assessment free. They gave us a quote $157 more than the other 3 quotes we has gotten. When I told them no thank you the owner proceeded to shout at me and call me names. All I had said was thank you for your estimate but I am going to go with another company. The owner then proceeded to tell me how many ways he would bury a customer that didnt understand how complicated an estimate was and that unless I paid $156 for the estimate he would not release my machine. At the time I was going through cancer treatment and had zero desire to deal with that insanity. If the estimate was $156 to give me an estimate and then repairs on top? Especially when he had said free estimate. After I expressed this he then said its going to cost $400 minimum to fix your machine. My machine cost $359. That was nuts. At the end of the day I left my machine and our neighbor said they resold it for $275. Great racket. Horrible people.

We have purchased a number of appliances from K.P. and have had service from them as well. They have always taken the time to listen, show us our options, with no pressure to make a sale. Recently our old washing machine needed service. Marty explained what was wrong, what it needed and what the cost would be to make the repair. We decided to have it repaired, he would order the part. Two days later, our freezer, full of meat quit. They delivered a new freezer that day, even transfered the meat !!! Talk about going above and beyond ! Also replaced the part in the washing machine. A Big Thank You to, Peggy, Kurt, Marty, Frank. For that kind of service we should grill them a steak from our new freezer Lana & Bill

We have been a customer for over 30 + years and every experience is stellar. Called Peggy this morning because my microwave did not operate when I put my tea in. After a few calls back in forth with measurements and I texted her photo of the one we bought from them 25 years ago we decided on the model she suggested over the phone. She offered to come and pick up a loaner. A loaner I said your and 👼 in disguise. I got there after work and looked at the one she suggested and realized the light under the microwave was not in the location we needed for cooking. Found one on the show room floor with more light, more power and larger capacity. So I changed my mind and ordered the other one. On my way out the door with the loaner microwave she stated they also loan refrigerators as well. WOW really I thought!!! Peggy shared with me the big storm of July 20th that they loaned all of there loaner refrigerators and give priority to people with medical needs first due to refrigerated meds. Another great reason to work with this business. If you are a regular customer they will always give you their VIP treatment. Cant wait for the new microwave to be installed.

Went there with a product in mind, was met with awesome service and information about the product. They acknowledged every customer that walked through the door while I was there and had the best price on the Speed Queen washer in the area. Hard to walk away from a good deal and great service.

I purchased a used fridge from my parents that needed a new fan. Called KP and they found $400 worth of repairs needed so I had them fix it all. Not even two weeks later the fridge died again and when I called to have them come back they refused because I was mean. Ill admit I was short with the man because not only had I paid $400 two weeks prior but I was also out hundreds of dollars in food now.UPDATE: KP has contacted me and is fixing our refrigerator and has offered to replace any of their parts free of charge. I appreciate their swift action.

I have had KP fix my appliances in the past. The last time I called them about my dishwasher, they gave me a suggestion to try first in hopes of saving me some money. The advice worked. I was pleased to have saved the cost of having them come out for a simple fix I could do myself. it is nice to have a place you can trust.

First, let me say that I have bought from KP Appliance on several different occasions and have had them come out for 4 different service calls. Each of them has been very good experiences before today.Heres what happened: My oven broke and I called KP and asked for a price and part number for an ignitor for my oven. I got the price, but I didnt get the part number. When I asked the guy, Frank, why I couldnt double check the part number he hung up on me mumbling something about Ill probably just buy it online. I tried to call back and he put me on hold. Shocked and upset, I drove to the store wanting to talk to the owner or manager. That person was gone on a service call, and Frank asked if he could help me. I asked him if the companys policy was to hang up on their customers. He was completely disrespectful and lied to me saying that he didnt hang up, but instead put me on hold. I asked him if he usually doesnt tell his customers before putting them on hold. No response. I then told him that typically before purchasing an item I like to comparison shop to make sure Im getting a good price. He said that most people who call and ask for part numbers just buy the part online. I told him that that was a generalization and that I had not decided where I was going to buy the part. In his defense, I did get a half-hearted apology shortly before he told me that I should leave the store. I asked if they were affiliated with the BBB and he got mad and said I need to leave right now. I left.What upsets me the most is that I never got a chance to talk to the owner nor did they allow me the opportunity to talk with him/her. Unfortunately, they have lost my business for good, and maybe after reading this, yours as well.

Excellent service! My oven wasnt working, so I called and got an appointment in 2 days. The appointment time was between 10 am an noon. The repair man was at my home at 10 am, quickly diagnosed that the oven igniter needed replaced, had it fixed and was out the door by 10:16 am. Thank you for the promp service and saving me from having to buy a new stove!
