I originally brought my Kia Optima in to be serviced when my car was rear ended. I used this facility because it was one nearest to me on the list given by the insurance company of the person who hit me. On the date service king released me the car, the trunk closed fine. Little did I know when I got home that same day I found damage to my front bumper that wasn’t there before I dropped it off for the service. (For the insurance company I had to take pictures of the whole vehicle so I have pictures of every angle of my vehicle before dropping it off to Service King). When I found the damage I then called service king and they then told me to bring the car back to see what I was talking about. Upon arriving to Service King again the same day, the manager then told me they originally thought they were servicing the front end n that the front end damage came from them trying to take the front bumper off. When asked how he would fix the front bumper he told me I would have to purchase a new front bumper and the paint. I can’t believe he had the nerve to agree that the front end damage was caused in his shop and still wanted me to pay to fix it. Even when my vehicle was in his shop for rear end damage only. Fast forward a few weeks after the service they have yet to call me about the front end damage THEY caused to my vehicle. And on top of that the trunk that they so called replaced is now not closing again. All in all they did more damage than they fixed. I would not recommend anyone to bring their vehicle to be serviced at this Service King location.

My experience from start to finish was unlike any other customer service experience I’ve had regardless of the industry. They are absolutely professional, reliable, fair, honest and they stuck by the date my vehicle was promised. The collision repair industry in South Florida is sketchy at best and Service King has proven to me that there is a resource that is reliable. I would use them again if the meds arises and would recommend them to all who will listen. GREAT JOB!

I’m giving 5 stars based on a great experience my wife and I had with Juan the manager and the quality of work. He was very communicative and let us know what was going on every step of the way. You would never know our vehicle was in an accident.

This business was recommended to me by USAA insurance. I was impressed immediately by the quality of their facilities and personnel. They took necessary precautions for the Covid-19 pandemic. They explained in detail the nature and timing of repairs. They contacted me daily with both text and telephone updates. When they could not meet the original repair schedule they worked with me to meet an alternative, acceptable schedule. When I noticed a new mechanical problem (rough/fast idle) with the vehicle following the repair they promised to rectify the problem upon my return to the state in the fall. I have every confidence they will make this repair and will update this review upon completion. I would unhesitatingly recommend this company for collision and repair needs.

My son couldn’t even get the car home from this shop. We had to have it towed directly to another shop as it stalled out on the way home and he had to push it into a gas station. Their excuse is well they didn’t do anything mechanical, just replaced windows for $1,800. Well aren’t they a service center? Shouldn’t they be able to diagnose what’s wrong with a vehicle and advise repairs? I guess that’s just asking too much from a “service” center. They definitely are not the Kings of service, at least at this location.And do you see the response from the owner? He is sorry. So typical. Lousy service and all you get is an apology and pass the buck. He wants to pass me off to his leadership team. This is a perfect example of what is wrong with our systems today. Everyone wants to apologize and pass the buck. Isnt this an owner? Doesnt this person have the ultimate authority? Apparently not. His leadership team are the ones who dropped the ball in the first place. And does he pick it up and run with it? No, he tosses it back to the ones who dropped the ball to begin with. Not a great way to reach the goal.

Someone rearended me on Easter Sunday. Service King took care of the damagesin great detail.the service they provided was fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone.

Before I start employees are nice. Paint job very nice.but one thing is wrong they didn’t prime anything for the paint to stick.coming home from vacation Iam coming home and noticed something.I thought it was tree leafs on my grill.it was the paint peeling .on my grill and hood.first thing I thought no primer. Very sad cause paint job was nice but took short cut.and they replace horn that sounds terrible

Greeted by front desk girl immediately getting my process started then dealt with Drew. With professionalism he took care of me and got me out in no time with all my questions answered. Throughout the process we were updated with every step which we loved and were very appreciative to be kept up to date. Car was even returned earlier than promised date!!!A+++++ for this shop. My insurance recommended Service King for my rear end repairs to my vehicle. From the moment I dropped my vehicle off. They proved to be the best choice. They were very informative & had an answer to all my concerns & questions. They stayed in touch with me almost daily. Giving me updates & estimate of damages, etc. I was told 2 weeks for repairs to be done & to my surprise it was ready 4 days early! Very professional with communicating, repair job & treating me like a valuable lifetime customer. I recieved my vehicle in top shape. Repair made car look brand new. Car was detailed inside and out. I will forever recommend them to family, friends & strangers . They get a 10 out of 10 in my book. Keep up the amazing work Service King!

Their a fraud service that totals cars through health insurance. They got 1 star for lending me a screw driver.

When my car was damaged in an accident I was referred to this place by Allstate Insurance. This was the best referral I have ever received. They are extremely professional and economical. They do take a little long but certainly worth the wait.

My car needed two new doors. The work was done fast and my car was beautiful when I got it back. It looked brand new! Recommend.

Service King has been one of the best places I have used for repair car services! I got into an accident over the weekend and they schedule quickly a estimate inspection then had my car ready less than week from the repairs. The team is very friendly and understanding if under time constraints. Definitely give them a try.

The front staff was incredibly friendly as well as extremely helpful, my car got bumped on a Friday night and my car was in the shop Monday morning, so I dont know what this other guy is taking about. I have yet to see the completed job but they have a lifetime warranty on their work so Im assuming its not gonna be bad in any way shape or form!

This is a preferred shop by Allstate. Not my preferred shop!!!My car was there a WHOLE month! Had to pay extra each day I had the rental while my car was in shop. Brought car back for a second time. & still doesnt drive straight. Ripped floor mats & did not even put spare away. Left it in trunk. Shotty works man ship. Manager said to make it up he would pay the additional for rental. Still waiting to see that $$.

They did a good job

I had a large repair, but the first body work was terrible when returned to me last week, and needed to be taken back and redone again. I have been very patient, but have been waiting over 12 weeks. Waiting on a headlight now, was missing about 10 parts under the hood last week, poor quality control. Still dont have my truck back. One more day...one more day...still not buffed or cleaned....one more day...I hope i can write a better review when I get the truck back...but over 12 weeks!!! SK has paid for 1 week rental car so far. Would not have written this had my truck been returned on Tuesday as promised.

They advertise free estimates piss poor excuse for a body shop I’ve never been so insulted in my life this body shop has no cars in the back for a reason and he brings her car back here I was referred here by my insurance company and they would not give me an estimate

Service at this location is terrible.My friend brought his car and left it for two weeks for the repair. He left a deposit of $500.When in 2 weeks he returned to take his car the car was unassembled.Service was not done and client was very disappointed.Since middle of January he is waiting to get his deposit of $500 back.Still there is no refund the manager whos name is Steve Ward is very rude he never kept his promises and the more he often hang up the phone while speaking with the customer.All I can say this service is terrible and stay away from here.

Just took my 3rd collision repair in a year to them. They do good work and have been easy to work with.

Horrible experience but the girl I was dealing with was let go or quit so maybe better now.

I would rate this place 0 stars if they had the choice. Worse place ever to take your car. Had to go back over 4 times because they didnt fix what they were suppose to! And it is still not fixed! Also the part they replaced is already falling apart and its been only a couple months. Do not trust this place or waste your time or money here.

Probably one of the worst place my insurance could have sent me too. they had my car for 2 weeks and did not fix it properly, they took it back and it was suppose to be only for 1 day now 2 weeks later (total now of 1 month) and my front bumper is not fixed. I called the manager 7 times and still waiting for them to call me. Never called me back as of yet. Avoid calling from 7.30 to 9.00 am even if they are open as no one beside the front desk lady can help and she is simply here to transfer you to the next person. So far i left a message on friday saturday and monday to have someone to call me back. Now it is tuesday 8.43 am and the manager is again in a meeting and my rep nowhere to be found.p.s: The work that needed to be done was only a bumper repair from been stop at a traffic light, letting my foot go of the break so imagine what service you get if you actually have major issues.

This place is ridiculous, my car was put in the shop on 05/25 and it was suppose to be ready last Thursday... I wouldnt have had an issue with them if they didnt promise me that it would take no longer then last Thrusday for it to be ready, It has been a whole EXTRA week after that day which I was supposedly getting my car back. I will surely be taken my business elsewhere next time!

This shop is the worst place to get your car fixed the body shop sucks, they paint any damaged part of your car with different code color is similar but not match at all with the original and when you want to complain they tell you that’s because the vehicle doesn’t have the original color what a joke...0
