Most knowledgeable in the industry - Experience way beyond letting a computer tell them what you need - I wont set foot in a big box parts store such as Pep boys, Autozone etc... Wes the manager has been at this location for decades and is by far the most experienced person I know

I went into get a very important piece of equipment to solve an immediate problem, and they did not have the piece in stock, but Wes volunteered to call his friend over at a local auto dealer and his friend found the part for me I got it and pretty much Wes save the day. Jose was also very helpful!

I needed a plug for my radiator. Thank God they had them in stock. This is a place that has better deals sometimes then AutoZone or Advance Auto Parts. It pays to shop around.

Gave exact specifications on what part I want. They brought the wrong part and took mine for comparison. Cheers to them making a 15 minute job turn into my car being on a lift for 3 days and the part still not being here.

Terrible service, my battery died on me after only having it for few months. When I brought the battery in they told me they couldnt help unless i had a receipt. I explained to Fourn that i gave my information when i made the purchased he said he didnt know how to look up the warranty information he then asked a team member if she knew how she she said no i would have to come tomorrow. When I asked if they could charge and test they said it wouldnt make a difference if the battery was bad.

Best manager could not find a better Auto store 😀

Every time Ive been treated with courtesy and professionalism.. and if I had a problem Wes the manager always took care of it.. Just to be fair to all the negative nancys reviews Ive been seeing..

Really and truly...I really dnt buy sh-- from bennettttty as meaning MR> BENNETT and corp.I bought a part in 2001 and had a return issue,SR 7 and davie blvd..In 2008 I bought rotors with 2 year warranty, receipt ink fades or misplace,,one of the reasons they take your info upon purchase for warranty,,,gimmick when you cant provide it and its their product..in fact you cant see their screen anyways to see what they are viewing...lies.the rotors last 4 months and they would not replace it...no receipt...I was told to go there by the car owner,,,i said no! but it was her preference until that experience...actually she only buys air freshner and tire shine there. despite my told of dont go there...Long story,i bought a new AC DELCO suppose to be the one of the best as said by them,,,what the heck it need be the best if its not working...I went for it,,,it was in March 2014 in sept 2014 battery showed up bad tested by auto zone n Napa auto.I then return to them of in fact it was whats is your number and name? and receipt? I look for the receipt but couldnt find it.. I have a box of recipt for tax purposes...it just was misplace..they would not test nor replace it asking how they know if I didnt buy it elsewhere,,bull crap..well why take my info upon purchase time??? lies and tricks..i went to auto zone a got a battery...I have warranty on parts gotton 7 years ago still in their system AUTO ZONE,their great and durable parts,returns are 5 star..warrantiy are 6 star...I EXPORT parts internationally, I repair my autos,i refers new customers and business to auto zone due to the bad experiences...POMPANO IS THE ONE you have to be aware of with all the employees dont ---------other then what they was brain wash to do,for the minimum wage to innocent good standard citizens....THANKS IN ADVANCE .....
